Our next podcast will commence on the 19th of August. I will be continuing the topic of gratitude.
In this episode, I will be continuing where we left off on the Dilemma of Forgiveness. I will be exploring three topics in this podcast:
1) The sting of unforgiveness, 2) The spell of unforgiveness that we can become bound by as we hold on to the past and 3) Why we should tread what can at times be the painful path of forgiveness.
Forgiveness is one of the most demanding tests to pass!

The journey of life is filled with experiences and situations that can hurt, harm and afflict us. These experiences can cause us to be driven and influenced by unforgiveness for short and long periods of time.
Getting stuck or lost in the event of unforgiveness is something we all experience at some point in life. We all have the choice if we are going to follow the yellow brick road of forgiveness so we can become unstuck and find ourselves internally.
In this podcast, I will explore why forgiveness is important, why people find it difficult to forgive and the value and benefit of forgiving those you have wronged us.
I have worked with hundreds of men in various settings and environments, including 1-2-1 based interventions, coaching sessions, group-based interventions, and delivering training/workshops within prisons and the community. Something that has been a common theme and often a persistent stumbling block has been around expressing their emotions and communication. In this podcast, we will explore one of the main reasons why this is such a difficult subject for men to address and simple but effective strategies that can be used to address it.
All of us experience fear from time to time. In some cases or particular areas of our life, fear can have a permanent home in our heads and heart. This can create real and consistent problems for us as we navigate life in survival mode, avoiding and dogging situations that we know we need to address. It is time for us to take back authority over our lives and begin to conquer the False Evidence Appearing Real (FEAR) that seeks to hold us captive! If you are ready for change and want to develop your courage and fortitude in combating fear, join me as I answer questions sent in from the public to address this fundamental topic on Managing Fear.
