Kimberly, Sonia and Jonathan answer a question from Bill in Anaheim:
“I’m in a difficult place because I interact with two groups that don’t get along. It’s not their fault, the organization managed the change of their leaders poorly. How can I stay neutral when it feels like there are factions between colleagues?”
Sonia explains how the brain works when we lose trust and how to move to the part of the brain that builds trust.
Kimberly suggests that “ground rules” be established to define neutral ground.
Jonathan coaches Bill to be impeccable in words and deeds. Consider becoming a “corporate seed carrier”.
And that is barely the beginning!
