Kimberly, Sonia, and Tom answer a question from Catherine in Memphis: “Women very often are not the most vocal about themselves or their accomplishments, and despite their great resume, fail to demonstrate the presence that would get them the position they really aspire to have or are capable of holding. What suggestions or guidance can you provide to help women stand in their own presence?”
Among other things, Kimberly tells Catherine that being an advocate for your own accomplishments is not self-centered.
She also mentioned the book “How Women Rise,” which Tom loves, too.
Sonia challenged Catherine to explore the blueprint of her career and to write it if she hasn’t yet.
Tom envisions Catherine allowing herself to be un-armored as a way of finding her voice.
And that was just for openers.
