It's Men's Mental Health month here in Australia... we bring back a long time friend of the show Duncan Burns to discuss the fact you probably didn't know that.  Duncan has been helping Men on their Healing journeys for many years now, we open up on the different issues we've seen and share our perspectives on the ongoing problems facing us in these strange times. A little while ago I sat back down with one of the original coders Matt to discuss Politics Down Under.  Matt ran back in 2019 for his local seat and has a deep level of understanding about how it works in Australia.
