How can you clear self-limiting beliefs and behaviors to create the life that you desire? Most of you understand that you create your reality. So, everything starts and ends with you. That’s good news. If you create your reality and you can let go of pesky self-limiting beliefs, then the sky is the limit. Now for the bad news: your life runs on your belief systems. You are in charge.

You often hear about that small, still voice within you. That voice questions who you are, how you look, and how smart you are. That voice that continuously judges you and directs you. You want to change. You start to make changes but then return to where you were before.

It’s like two different people are living inside of you. Part of you hates the world or some people in it for making you feel less than. You blamed everybody else for the situation you were in. You defined yourself as a victim. And often, you hated yourself for not being the person you felt you should be. At one point, you just gave up. You gave up and quit on yourself. With some of you, the desperation can get to the point of creating a desire within you to self-harm.

Where do these feelings of negative or positive self-worth and self-esteem come from? One answer is that you are a product of your environment. You grew up with the experiences you had, especially from when you were young kids. From birth until about four years old, you are like sponges. You absorb everything. In fact, what you learn in the first four years of your life, outweighs what you do in the rest of your life combined.

So, you are molded and shaped by the environment you grow up in. What you do and experience in life, whether good, bad, or indifferent, are mainly derived from the child’s perspective. That’s why you see generation after generation experiencing the same habits and ideas.

How many times, as you grow, would you say that you will never say or do what a parent says or does? Yet one day, you open my mouth, and your father’s words come out. So, where did that come from? That comes from your environment. And a lot of the habits, values, and beliefs, whether you are religious or socio-economical or whatever you are, come from the environment you grew up in. They are really not yours. They were given to you. In many cases, they are not gifts but do have a tendency to control how you experience life. All these feelings cause limiting beliefs about self-worth.

At some point, most of you have had some form of life-altering experience. You get clarity, and you realize that you are responsible for your life. Not anybody else but you is responsible for the life you had and are living.

At that moment, you make a decision, and you decide that you are going to find out why there are these two people inside of you, the part of you that wants to change and the part of you that drags you right back to where you were before.

You start a new journey of self-worth and self-esteem by working on yourself. You begin studying and reading books, watching videos, speaking with more conscious individuals, and possibly getting therapy.

Your belief systems are not set in stone. They are changeable. Altering your conscious and subconscious mind can be accomplished through different healing modalities. Some ways of changing your belief systems include hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro linguistic programming), Silvan Mind Mind Control, and EFT (emotional freedom technique).

The first goal you can work towards is realizing you want more. Recognize that there is so much of life you may have missed out on, but that is changeable. Then, that little voice will change to a positive state, or at least, that is the goal. One thing that becomes evident is that your thoughts actually do create your reality. And that is true for both positive and negative thoughts, so why not choose the positive?

As you move toward these changes, you will notice events, books, and even people coming into your life to help fit those puzzle pieces into their correct spots.

Well, most people have those two voices inside of them. You have the person inside of you who wants to live this glorious, wonderful life and live the life of your dreams. But every time you start to reach out for it, there’s that little other person inside of you that says, “Wait a minute. That’s not who you are. You don’t want to do this. That’s dangerous. You can’t do that. Oh, that. you are going to get a lot of trouble. You better stay where you are now.” And so what happens is, one of two things is you start to make progress on what you are trying to accomplish, and then that other voice sucks them back in, or it just doesn’t let them start at all.

Well, you are both. What happens is that the part of you that wants to keep you where you are may be in pain or misery. You are creatures of familiarity, and you like to do what you are familiar with, even if it’s something terrible. You would instead decide to choose something you are familiar with than do something different. The old saying that man’s greatest need is survival is not valid. A very famous psychiatrist, Virginia Satir, said that man’s greatest need is familiarity because you will choose a habit that you are familiar with, even if it will kill you. So unless you become awake and aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, and your habits, it’s very hard for you to step out of that automatic response you have to change in your life.

One thing many of you forget is that you are more than your human entity. You are Spirit, and Spirit is part of God, The Universe, whatever you may call that great source energy or higher being. This is the real you. And this part of you is all-powerful. So how do you access it?

Accessing your higher nature can be accomplished simply through the practice of daily meditation. Meditation will allow you to connect with your energy and aid you in grounding your negative energy and activating the positive. Different modalities work for different people. Finding the one that works the best for you is a personal journey. However, most of these modalities have a lot of commonalities, and the main commonality is that they all found a way to access the subconscious mind.

You would think that you do almost everything consciously, but the reality is that scientists have taught us that about 85 to 90% of what you do is at a subconscious or an unconscious level, and very little of what you do is conscious. So, really, all change takes place in the subconscious mind. And it’s really not that hard to access the subconscious mind. However, it’s important what you do with it once you access it, and that’s what makes a difference. Hypnosis is a very popular healing modality.

Hypnosis is not as woo-woo as people think. It’s just giving your subconscious an alternate way of doing something. Just give it the choice of doing it in a different way. The hypnotic state of mind is a natural state of mind. You are in and out of a hypnotic state all day long. For example, how many people drive to work the same way back and forth every day? And half of the time, you don’t remember driving to work. You drove there. You didn’t kill anybody. You follow the rules of the road, but you really don’t have any conscious recollection of getting there. Another example of hypnosis is getting engrossed in a movie in a movie theater. If it’s a great movie, all of a sudden, the entire world fades away in the background, and you become part of the movie. A couple of hours go by, and the movie ends, and it seems like only a few minutes have passed. This is a form of a hypnotic state and is a natural state of mind. The challenge is taking control of it and using it for the hypnosis benefits.

Some of you may have a slightly different perspective on the driving from A to B example and not be conscious of what’s happening. You feel that you are actually not present in your body and not grounded in your body. This perspective is once more that you are spiritual consciousness, and your physical body is your vehicle. So, the idea of becoming awake and aware is to be present in your body. And a lot of the time, people are not present in their bodies, i.e., Googling something and being lost for three hours or that classic journey to work. Many people are not awake, aware, and present most of the time. You are not consciously directing their life. You are on autopilot.

So, the idea of changing a belief is to become aware of what you are thinking, where it comes from, and whether it is really yours. What’s important is to understand that unless you are awake and aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, and your actions, it’s really hard to change them. So, becoming aware of them allows you to take control of them. The moment you become more awake and aware of any feelings and thoughts, they become just thoughts. You, as a human being, have the ability to dismiss a thought or change a thought, but if you are not aware of what you are doing, you will continue to act out what you have learned from your past programming. Yes, programming. You have all heard the phrase, garbage in, garbage out.

One of the modalities for a healing change in your belief system is hypnosis. You are conditioned to act or feel in a particular manner to specific triggers. These are your beliefs. You believe that you must do A when confronted with B. So how do you stop this behavior? Simple. You change the response.

Yes, that sounds way too easy, and in truth, it is not necessarily so, but it is simple. For example, you eat out every day at the same restaurant. This is a habit. You have done it forever. One day, a new deli counter opens up next door to your regular haunt. One day, you notice how busy it is in the new lunch bar, so you go in and give it a try. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Well, your belief that the only place you are to eat lunch is in that original restaurant is gone.

This is the basis of hypnosis and almost any other therapeutic type of healing around belief systems. The central concept is to give your subconscious a different choice and the understanding that it is okay to choose that new alternative. Once you grasp this concept, belief systems will lose their magic hold on you, and then it will just become practice and training. Easy, not necessarily. Simple definitley.

Connecting with your higher self through meditation can also affect this type of change because your Spirit can produce this change within you. Your energy changes. Your habits change. Your actions change, and their outcomes change.

Dr. Lesley: Hello, everyone, and welcome to today’s Channeling Showcase. And our guest today is Jessie Beyer. Welcome, Jessie. Jessie owns Serenity Intuitive, a spiritual healing and intuitive coaching practice in the Pacific Northwest. She is a certified spiritual life coach and a skilled animal communicator. She’s also trained as a facilitator in the Sedona Method, a medical intuitive, and a channel in the School of Intuition. The School of Intuition is my psychic development school.

Jessie focuses on helping people with spiritual awakening, soul healing, raising vibration, and reconnecting with their inner knowing. She wants to help others to be Shining Souls acting as beacons of light that help everyone else to do the same.

Dr. Lesley: So, just before we dive into the channeling itself, I have a few questions for you, Jessie. The first question is, why did you select channeling? Why is that something you were attracted to?

Jessie: Funnily enough, I wasn’t attracted to it initially. Medical intuition was something that Spirit put in my path, as it were. As most of you know, you can only ignore Spirit for so long before it brings you around to unveil your life purpose, which is your Why on this life journey.

Dr. Lesley: So you were led by the nose into doing this?

Jessie: Yes. So I’m happy I was.

Dr. Lesley: During the channeling course, you’ve had unique experiences and channeling various amazing beings. The one you will channel for us today is called Ishnan. So tell us about Ishnan, who is Asian, as you understand it.

Jessie: Yes. So, when I first connected, they told me they were an Ascended Master. Their most recent life on Earth would have been in the Mesopotamia area. They explained that where they lived was on the Red Sea and was a trading route. So, they had access to Egyptian culture, Persian culture, Asian culture, and a lot of those mystery schools.

Dr. Lesley: So yeah, it was a melting pot of all the major spiritual teachings on the planet at that time. Wow.

Jessie: Yep. And so Ishnan is an Ascended Master. Funny enough, they didn’t want to give me a name at first because they said it wasn’t important. What was important was the information. But I said it was important to me to name them. So that was the name I received, which, interestingly enough, means cleansing in the Sikh culture.

Dr. Lesley: So, how has Ishnan helped you personally?

Jessie: Well, I get a lot from the messages, especially those I did in our class. There was a lot of information there. And when I’m channeling, I’m not always absorbing that information. Only upon listening to it later do I get a lot out of it. I’ve channeled them a lot but found much of what they had to say to the point, and the message is exactly what people needed to hear. So, yes, Ishnan has helped me personally.

Dr. Lesley: I’m very excited to have an interaction with Ishnan. Before we do, I’d love to ask you one more question. As you are enrolled in the School Of Intuition’s channeling course, what’s your favorite part? How have you found that helpful for you?

Jessie: Well, I love being in the high energy of vibration when you’re channeling. Also, I’ve enjoyed working with several new spirit guides, including my Master Guide. But I’ve also forged quite a partnership with my channel and guide. So that’s been fun.

Dr. Lesley: Do you think channeling is something that everyone should do?

Jessie: Not only is it something everyone should do, it’s something everyone can do. So yes. As we’ve discussed in the course, we are all channeled entities. We are all Spirit that is being channeled into our body. I received a written message this morning from Ishnan before we started addressing that.

Dr. Lesley: Interestingly enough, I was going to ask Ishnan about embodiment because that came to me before we started. So, obviously, it’s a message that wants to come through. I’ll invite you to get into the channeling state without further ado. Let me know when you’re ready to begin.

Jessie: Before we begin, though, I would like to read what they gave me.

“Your wisdom and mine are no different. It’s all universal knowledge, accessible by every energy, every energetic life force. It is not hidden. It is not only for the special few because everyone and everything is special. And everyone being part of the One, has access to all. All the knowledge, all the dimensions, all the realities, all the possibilities and outcomes. The only thing blocking all of the everything is your filter. All energy life forces have a filter. Yours is not only your unique filter but also the filter of humanity. Humanity as a collective has chosen a filter with which to operate, thus limiting what information can be received and comprehended.”

Dr. Lesley: I love that very much. It’s very unifying. It’s one of those messages we need to listen to a few times to absorb fully, but it is very unifying. And I believe absolutely that that is true. And you know, none of us is any more or less superior than the other, and we all have access to all knowledge and information apart from the biases we’ve put in place. Thank you for sharing that Ishnan. Let’s delve more deeply into Ishnan’s wisdom.

Jessie: Okay,

Dr. Lesley: Ishnan, welcome. Thank you so much for joining us. I’ve got a few different subject matters I thought we could discuss. The first one is something that Ishnan was also keen on talking about Ascension. So, what is Ascension?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Ascension is merely a remembering. When you incarnate, you forget. You forget who you truly are. You forget your connectedness. So, Ascension, as you use the word, is merely the remembering of who you are. And your place in the Universe.

Dr. Lesley: Are we all ascending, and do we have a choice?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: You’ll always have a choice. Free will is the second rule. Love is the first rule; free will is the second rule. So, you always have a choice. Think of Ascension as a continuum. You’re either stepping towards it or stepping away from it. And that can be in every moment. So, yes, people are ascending. And people are choosing not to ascend. It just depends on the moment that you’re in.

Dr. Lesley: Yeah, you just answered another question I had, which I’ll ask anyway. Did we descend before we ascended? And will we descend? Again? The answer to that is yes, based on what you just said. But you could expand on it.

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: You are correct, Lesley. I think it’s more important you think of it as a wheel. A wheel has no beginning and no end. It merely is one continuous. And therefore, sometimes you’re at the top of the wheel, sometimes at the bottom, sometimes in the middle, or sometimes on the outer edges. It’s not a linear progression, as humans like to think, but rather a choice. It is a choice as to which dimension, possibility, or reality you choose in that lifetime. In that moment, as you’ve spoken to your students about many times, all lifetimes are happening at once because all we have is this moment, the present. So, in the present, you were all spokes of the wheel at all times. It just presents as different lifetimes. Has this helped you understand?

Dr. Lesley: Yes, and I love the analogy of the wheel. I think it’s a fantastic analogy. And it made me think of the wheel of fortune in the tarot deck, which I believe comes from ancient Egypt anyway. The other thing it made me think of is that the Ascension and dissension are part of the natural pulse or the in and out breath of the Universe. You know, it’s like a natural rhythm.

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: That’s an excellent way to put it. It is the in and out breath of The Universe. Actually, it’s the in and out breath of everything. Beyond the Universe, The Universe is merely a part of it.

Dr. Lesley: Can we spin the wheel faster? Can we accelerate our Ascension? And if so, should we?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: It’s possible. However, as humans, I sense that you are trying to do the human thing, which is to skip the process or the steps. Everyone’s Ascension is happening as it’s supposed to and precisely at the time it’s supposed to. And comparing yourself to others leads to this feeling of needing to accelerate it. Enjoy the space that you’re in right now.

Dr. Lesley: Exactly. Because faster or slower is not better or worse. Here’s another question. Is Ascension becoming more loving, and is dissension becoming more afraid?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: I believe you’re asking what role love and conquering fear play in Ascension. Would that be a fair assumption?

Dr. Lesley: I like the way you phrased it.

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Oneness, the whole, the Void is all love. Love is the first rule. So, everything is love. It’s the filter of fear that creeps in and helps you perceive that you are descending. And therefore, becoming further from the one. The reality is that you are always part of the one. There cannot be separation, there is only love. And fear is merely a filter.

Dr. Lesley: Humans have quite a well-established fear filter. Yes. Why does fear play such a significant role in our reality? Why do we get so afraid?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: You’re on Earth the have human experiences, and you always have free will. It is human nature to continue on the same path until it becomes uncomfortable. And only then do you make the choice for betterment or change in your mind. So, fear and conquering fear are the tools that help you choose betterment. I know you want to make it something more, something bigger, something needing conquering, but it is merely a tool.

Dr. Lesley: So, fear is a tool. And you said we often wait until the fear gets so unbearably intense to make the change. So how can we learn to make the change sooner, or should we?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Everyone is on their own path. Some only need to see that taking a different path leads to a different outcome. And therefore, they do not need to use the tool of fear. Others who are not awake or as awakened as you are calling it will often need the fear of an outcome to make a different choice. For centuries and millennia, humanity has been oppressed through fear. So, it is deeply ingrained that we should be in a fearful state. Only through spiritual practices, such as meditation, prayer, and seeking inner guidance or discernment, can you stop living in fear. These are 3 ways to overcome fear.

You can conquer fear and see it as a tool for change.

Dr. Lesley: Considering the conversation we’re having now, what are the most common, both conscious and unconscious, fears that you observe in humanity?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: The biggest fear that has been here since the dawn of time is the fear of being alone. Being alone is the primal fear that causes you to believe there is separation. The belief that there is the other and the self. The other fear we see is the fear of not being enough or not being the perfection that you are. And lastly, we see the fear of your own magnificence. This fear causes people to try and control other’s experiences. It causes people to stay stuck in the belief that they are helpless, and it causes them not to see the love that is all around them, available in infinite supply to every energetic life force, always and forever.

Dr. Lesley: So, let’s talk about loneliness. We could all agree that there is a loneliness epidemic on our planet right now. And people feel separate from one another and separate or disconnected from Source. You explained a little bit about why that is. But what can we do about it?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Instead of answering your question, I pose a question to you. Is there actually anything wrong with that?

Dr. Lesley: We humans feel uncomfortable with specific emotions. We feel very comfortable with the emotions on the positive end of the emotional spectrum. And we feel uncomfortable with it more negatively polarized emotions. Ultimately, the answer to your question is no. There’s nothing wrong with it. But we feel so uncomfortable with negative emotions and want to bypass them. We want to avoid feeling them.

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Correct. But it’s that uncomfortableness where I will use and interject your words; Ascension begins. You must first feel uncomfortable to create change. So, this loneliness is the original sin and is here to help you do the very thing you chose this Spirit before you incarnated on this planet. And that is to be your true self and know the true oneness of the Universe.

Dr. Lesley: And there is a segue to the next great fear, the fear of not being good enough. And I’m yet to meet a human being who doesn’t have a fear of not being good enough. So, where does the sense of unworthiness come from? And also, and I get it. In a way, the answer is the same. We need to sit with these feelings and fully accept them to change. But where does our unworthiness come from? And is there any other wisdom to help us master that experience you could offer?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: Part of the reason for the feelings of unworthiness is because your religions have taught you that you are unworthy. It is systematic programming, if you will, to control instead of help you realize that God is in you. God is everywhere, and you are not separate. Religions have tried to control by taking away the very message that every prophet has tried to convey throughout millennia. As frustrating as that may be, it is now part of the human filter.

And those who are awakening or ascending are starting to see that this is not true. These humans are starting to see that they are enough. But that’s many, many millennia of programming to overcome. And we are always here to help. We were always here to assist. And we are always here to send the love. The love that, you know, means that you are exactly enough. You are precise perfection, exact perfection in your imperfection. And that’s what makes you special.

Dr. Lesley: Thank you. The next fear you told us about was fear of our own power and magnificence, which is the flip side of unworthiness. And you have already given us quite a lot of information about that. There’s a misunderstanding about power and what power is. For the same reasons you’ve been talking about, power can be misconstrued to be something you do to manipulate and control others. And that you need to do that in order to be okay.

So, we must realize that true power is in knowing the self, being in balance within the self, and expressing our true self and authentic nature. So, one of the things that’s bandied about a lot in modern spiritual circles is the word authenticity. So, what does it mean to be authentic and to live authentically?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: There is a human whose life may give you a good example of authenticity. And that would be Gandhi. Gandhi had no power, politically or otherwise, yet became very well known. Gandhi lived an authentic life, knowing who and what he was at all times. And that allowed him to make real change in the world. I could tell you many ways to do it. But often, humans need the example of one who’s lived that way before. So, I encourage you, if you are still questioning how to be in your power, to look to the life of Gandhi.

Dr. Lesley: That is a beautiful example. We definitely see through that example one human who helped many other humans and helped change the world. So, being our authentic selves is the best way to contribute to our planet and our fellow humans. And yet, most of us continue to lie to ourselves about who we are and about who others are. And we remain in denial of the true self. You’ve given us a lot of reasons for all the fears and things, but help us understand in a bit more depth. Can you comment on why it’s so hard for us to be authentic?

Jessie Channeling Ishnan: We’ve spoken about filters, but I don’t think you fully grasp my meaning. In your words, not being honest with oneself is the filter of not wanting to deal with the layers. Dishonesty is a filter that allows for the illusion to continue. Yet you say this is no problem because everyone will eventually reach it at their own pace.

Some may not reach it in this lifetime, and that is okay. Some will get very far along the path in this lifetime. Again, that is okay. Some may reach full realization and authenticity and become bodies of light. You are not meant to do it all in one lifetime. You are not meant to strip away all illusions all at once, which would be far too much for the mind and the body. And this is why it appears to be a gradual process on your planet. That is not to say that some don’t do it in an instant. But those souls are rare. My best advice is don’t be so hard on yourself and enjoy the ride.

Hello, everybody, and welcome to today’s channeling showcase. The guest today is Jesse O’Brien. Jesse is on the path to accessing spiritual abundance. Over the last few years, he has dedicated time to his spiritual growth and psychic development. His background is in art and music, where he is constantly in the space of inspiration and receiving downloads. Channeling has become a significant part of his spiritual journey and healing.

These channeling sessions are in a Q&A formatted structure. Dr. Lesley Phillips and her School Of Intuition students ask pertinent questions regarding spiritual abundance and growth. Channeling has been part of Jesse’s creative life for a long time. So Dr. Lesley asks him why he has taken it a step further to the type of channeling where he is connecting with spirit guides and bringing forward information.

Jesse: Well, with much of it, I just stumbled my way through. My path led me to seek out my spiritual nature.

It’s opened me up to many different experiences and reconnected me to beliefs and things I had pushed out of my world for so long. I didn’t feel complete anymore. I realized I had to turn within and find answers to what was going on. This search led me down the road of developing psychic gifts that led me down the road of finding a sense of peace within a spiritual abundance. I’m interested in learning to channel more than just spirit guides and the such. I also want to get in touch with my higher self. There is so much more to channeling. There are many times when I play music where I’m in a trance, and things come in and out, and I find this very spiritually powerful.

Dr. Lesley: Wonderful. And how have you been enjoying the channeling course,

Jesse: The course has been great. There have been some unexpected hits for me, like the ET and galactic things, which were significant points. Recently, there have been some breakthroughs, and I enjoyed them. I relish the different realms and learning how to match my frequency to reach out and meet things halfway. And it’s been an excellent course for me to take.

Dr. Lesley: In your opinion and experience, is channeling something everyone should try?

Jesse: If they feel called to it? Yes. I guess not everybody has the capacity to step into something like this. The world is changing, though. I believe future generations will be so accepting of this as a new frontier for many people who don’t have the time in their busy lives to turn to this or have time to even think about spirituality and channeling.

Dr. Lesley: Yes. Totally. I agree. As we move forward, more and more people will be able to do this, and it will also be much easier. Without further ado, let’s talk to Isa. Let me know when you’re ready.

Dr. Lesley: What do you know about Isa? Who is Isa?

Jesse: Well, I first experienced Isa during a session with you. You were the first one to make the connection of who he is. He is somebody, an energy that came to me. That’s how I developed a relationship. Isa is the Islamic version of Jesus. I thought this was slightly weird because I saw a lot of dogma surrounding him.

Dr. Lesley: Jesse, you’re going to be channeling Isa today. Please tell us a little bit about Isa.

Jesse: Yes. Originally, when he came to me, it was in a dream, and I did not associate Isa with who he was. Isa is the Islamic name for Jesus. The Koran speaks of Jesus as Isa the Prophet. I unknowingly came across him, not knowing that connection. I believe that talking to you was the first time that I made the connection. So, since then, I’ve accepted it. It makes sense that he came to me that way and not as Jesus because I do have a Catholic upbringing.

Dr. Lesley: You would have rejected him if he said Jesus?

Jesse: I believe so. Definitely, at the time when I had my first dream with him, and I was in such a spiritual place, I definitely would have rejected him. Yeah, that’s how I came into contact with Isa.

Dr. Lesley: And what have you learned from Isa through your channeling?

Jesse: Just the ability to take things as they are, to be present in the moment. I also want to start working on my internal side, opening up my connection to my higher source, you know, to God and spiritual teachings. You know, just really dropping the dogma to it and accepting it.

Dr. Lesley: (Jesse has entered a trance mediumship state) Isa, can you tell us who you are and how you can help us?

Isa Through Jesse: I’m an Ascended Master. I’ve walked many times on planet Earth as a human spirit. I want to expand on the teachings of spirituality abundance and how it has a healing effect and brings people to enlightenment. I want to bring clarity to the separation of the individual’s Spirit and the world and help humanity move forward.

Dr. Lesley: Would you say that our biggest challenge is how we separate ourselves from one another and God? Or, if not, what is our biggest challenge?

Isa Through Jesse: There are many answers to that question. I believe the separation from God is a big challenge to overcome. I also believe the separation of man from nature is another aspect. There’s a lot of fear in this world. The more you can find peace within yourself, the more you connect to others, the planet, and the Universe/God. This connection brings unity, which can benefit today’s world.

Dr. Lesley: What are some ways that we can create more union as people?

Isa Through Jesse: Find more trust in your ability and learn how to coexist and accept others. Accept the fact that other people might not be on your path. There has to be room for allowance and tolerance. The more you fear facing the people around you, the more you are harboring low vibrations. It just creates more division. A good starting point would be to figure out what you truly want in life. What core principles do you need to survive in this world to feel safe, define trust, and show trust to others? One way is to give them the power to trust you.

Another important way to create a union is to be in a state of love. Many of the principles of the teachings of love are a good starting point. It’s the acceptance of all things and staying neutral to different things. That’s a good starting point.

There are so many vital steps in the process of finding peace within a long road that people sometimes dedicate multiple lifetimes to this endeavor. Having the strength and courage to stand up for what’s right is not something that can happen overnight. These are different aspects of creating a better connection and moving in a better direction.

Dr. Lesley: You said at the beginning when you were introducing yourself that you wanted to help us to heal and help us with healing. I have two questions I want to ask you. Every human has a concept of what healing is, but what is your concept of healing? What is your definition of healing? What does healing mean to you? The second part. Is every single human on a healing journey? There may be a third part, which is understanding how we heal. What simple principles answer the question of how can we heal?

Isa Through Jesse: Healing is the shifting of energy. It is changing the energy that is disruptive to people and destructive to all things around you. The idea of healing people would be to show people an alternative and give and receive some positivity and radiate love. Show and give people the power to be healthy and secure. I want to help guide people in changing their beliefs.

Utilizing the energy within yourself, and a lot of that comes from coming into alignment and doing the spiritual work within yourself. And understanding that anything that happens in your life is an extension of what’s within your life. You create your reality. So, to heal yourself and fix these things, come into alignment with yourself as a whole person. You can follow your path. Then you find joy in things, and that joy spills out. It gives people the ability to change the vibration. Healing is lifting Spirit out of the density, the low in frequencies.

Dr. Lesley: That sounds like one of the essential things about healing is to come into balance and alignment. What can you tell us about being in alignment? How can humans know if they are in alignment? Or if they’re out of alignment? What can they do to shift themselves into alignment?

Isa Through Jesse: Well, if you’re a person who finds yourself frequently at odds with things, or you have a lot of issues, and trouble seems to be your constant roadblocks, that’s a good sign that you are not in alignment. The way you know is if bad people are entering your life and bad things keep happening to you. The chances are you need to find spiritual alignment and accept things. You have to go within, do the work, and understand that what’s happening in your world is an extension of what’s happening inside you. You are the mirror. If your frequency is not up to par, you’ll attract those same things into your life, and it will perpetuate itself, bringing you down further.

A good way to overcome the challenges people face is to go inside yourself and figure out what you are reflecting onto the world. That is the cause of that same energy coming back to you. Whatever happened in your life that shifted your frequency to draw in those things over and over again will repeat itself until you can learn to have fun and find where all those damaged parts within you are. Then, change them and use that energy, transfiguring it and turning it into a higher vibration.

Take those challenges that you know. Those things that have changed you, and learn to accept them, accept them as a lesson, and learn from them. Move on and live in the energy of acceptance.

So that’s the process of healing your soul whether you’re in the process of finding enlightenment, on a path searching to know yourself, if you are a healer, or whatever the case may be, raise your vibration and bring your life into unity with Source and the world around you.

Find a good flow where there’s no more of the constant friction. Once you can heal yourself from within that way, you begin to reflect the healing parts of you that no longer have resistance. Then, those begin to thrive. And it’s a snowball effect that brings that same positive effect into your life from the external world. The pathway to enlightenment or healing starts within. That’s one of the main foundations spiritual advisors have taught for as long as humanity has been around. These are the processes of changing your life for the better and bringing yourself into worldly and spiritual abundance, love, acceptance, and peace.

People have a tendency to separate themselves from these beliefs. People separate themselves from the planet and the world around them. They think they’re different and don’t know they are part of something more. More is at play within their reality than they have an idea of.

You can only make that connection when you put in time and work to change the negative energy you harbor within. We all harbor good and bad. That doesn’t mean somebody’s worse than another because they have more things to work on. It’s just a matter of awareness. Once you’re aware that you are part of Source, constantly connected, and that what you fear and dislike, all the things you bring into focus in your mind will manifest into the external world around you. It’s essential to heal within in order to heal your surroundings and bring back the connection of who you are as Spirit and how you are all connected. It is about improving your behaviors and how you treat one another.

It’s the unity that facilitates spiritual healing, and that’s the reflection. What we put out into the world is what we get back, and that’s hard for many people to understand. A good thing would be encouraging others to look at themselves, find the root cause of these disturbances and frequencies, and try to heal that within. That’s the process. That’s the process of manifestation. That’s the process of spiritual abundance and fulfillment. That’s the process of humans in the physical realm and their fulfillment here. It’s just something that’s been lost. And it’s a very simple concept. But when people understand that, that’s all they have to do to change them, to change the world around them, and lift it up.

Dr. Lesley: The principles of healing, then, to reflect on what I believe you said, is the first thing they taught in the Mystery Schools: know thyself. That means knowing the core essence of who you are. Knowing the projections you’ve made and are making because of the energies within you. Then, as you look at that, accept everything that you find because if you don’t accept it, you can’t change it. Then, let go of the things that do not allow you to have a pleasant reflection. Then rinse and repeat.

Isa Through Jesse: Basically, yes. If they don’t figure it out, it can take a lot of people many lifetimes to solve the problems they carry and bring into each life manifestation. If you don’t come into oneness and unity with those ideas in this lifetime, you will carry those into your next life. They will be something that you will work on and keep working on. That’s okay. You know, it’s not a race. The first step to fulfillment, happiness, and love is knowing it’s that easy. That it’s simple and the correct way of going about it. Maybe not necessarily in a linear fashion. However, this is a core teaching that one must have in order to change anything, and we have an eternity to do so. So yes, you are correct.

Dr. Lesley: We have an eternity. Yet, so many of us, I think, especially in our modern spirituality, are in such a hurry. I hear many people say, I don’t want to come back. I want this to be my last lifetime, and, you know, they put pressure on themselves to perfect themselves. They focus on becoming perfectionists of physical things. Can you comment on that? Because, presumably, you’d say that’s not really what it’s about. I talk about energy being like the window, and you want to shine it, to clear your window so that it’s your essence shining here on Earth. I guess the question is, should we be in a hurry to do that? Are we putting too much pressure on ourselves when we think we must do it this lifetime?

Isa Through Jesse: By constantly being in a hurry, you exert too much pressure on yourself. This rush to finish is because the length of their lives is an unknown factor that causes hurry, as you know. One who separated from Source doesn’t understand that. Our lifetime now is just a fraction of our existence. There’s no need to rush anything. Things happen when they’re supposed to happen.

People have their spiritual awakenings at different points. They come into their strides at different times. There is no hurry. If one doesn’t have faith in their soul continuing past this life, that’s what that minute brings. Even having that minute lie in their mind will cause them to want perfection. Occasionally, this brings ego into it. It’s not about that. It’s about you becoming the creator of your life and you becoming the highest version of yourself. It’s something that some people can do quickly, others can’t, and that’s just the way it is. And that’s the way it’s always been.

Maybe, for people who have not found their spiritual calling or purpose, it’s not their time yet to wake up, and they’ll rush through life and all the things that they thought they fixed might have to face again or do it another time when they come back in another life. There’s no rush to it. It’s a problem rushing things because you skip things when you rush. There are many facets, aspects, and different parts of yourself and your spirits, including who you are and what you want to go through quickly. You can slow down. Humanity should slow down instead of racing to the next stop sign.

Dr. Lesley: I’m going to ask a final question. Then, I might give the people watching the opportunity while I ask my final question if they want to write any questions in the chat box. Does what we do with our lives matter? Or is how we live them more important than what we do with them?

Isa Through Jesse: I’m glad you asked that. The importance is how you live your life and the decisions you make during your life, not what you do in your life. In the world, you might be defined by what you do. But internally and in the spirit realm, you’re defined by who you are. That’s what defines you, not what you do. Live your life based on yourself. It’s not about what you do. It’s about how you find peace in the process.

Dr. Lesley: You said, I’m glad you asked that question. Is there any other question you wish I had asked?

Isa Through Jesse: No. That’s a good question to end on. More and more will come. But that’s for another time. You know, the idea of living a life based on who you are is the true essence of who you are. That’s who you are. It’s not what you do. Thank you for the questions. Thank you for giving me this time.

Welcome to Tracy Frederick, today’s special guest on the Channeling Showcase. She will channel a spiritual teacher, Jesus Christ, whom many consider THE Master Spiritual Teacher. First, I will talk a bit about Tracy and the wonderful spiritual teacher she is.

Tracy began communicating with the non-physical world after hearing a voice she later learned was Jesus. She considers it all about communicating with Jesus through friendship and conversation, which is also the title of her book, “Meet My Friend Jesus: Connecting with Jesus Through Friendship and Conversation.”

Tracy is also a medical intuitive practitioner. She has taught herself automatic writing to connect with her friend, Jesus. He often shows up in her readings. She’s a student in Dr. Lesley Phillip’s School Of Intuition, where she trained in medical intuition. Tracy is taking the Channeling The Infinite Self Program with Dr. Lesley. When people think of a spiritual teacher, two very different kinds of teachers often come to mind. Living spiritual mentors are embodied teachers you can meet—someone who guides your growth, answers your questions in real time, and models the path through their own life. Divine teachers, on the other hand, are nonphysical beings like Jesus, spirit guides, and ascended masters who connect with you through channeling, prayer, or intuition. Both kinds of teachers have value: a living mentor offers grounded, human feedback and accountability, while a divine teacher communicates at the level of spirit, meeting you in the higher consciousness where words and ego fall away. Many seekers benefit from working with both — a trusted mentor to walk beside you and a spiritual master to reach your heart directly. In the section below, Tracy demonstrates what a relationship with a divine teacher can look like.

Tracy enters the channeling state and prepares to receive a message. Channeling is very much like having a conversation with another person. The communication goes back and forth. The speaker is identified at the beginning of each exchange. Occasionally, Dr. Lesley will interject with a question, and the answer comes through Tracy.

Tracy: OK, let me get myself ready. And then, I’ll recount the message I received from Jesus a few minutes ago. Alright, I feel like I’m ready.

I was sitting here trying to feel his energy. I was just talking, and this is what He said.

Jesus: It’s great that you prepared for a conversation with me. But tell the people this is optional if they want to get my attention. Treat me as though I am your friend. Would you do all this before speaking to your friend? I should think not.

Tracy: But Jesus, we have to prepare our body to reach the higher level of consciousness to hear you.

Jesus: Not much longer. A time is coming when communication is instant. I tell you this so you can prepare for that day. Many of you already do this. I speak to all who call upon Me. Listening is what trips you up.

Tracy: So, how can you help us with that?

Jesus Through Tracy: When your friend speaks to you, you don’t interrupt. You listen to what is said and remove all biases. Listen to the information and allow what is being said to penetrate where it needs to go. Some words hang on to your body. Other words merely pass through.

If you do not want any disturbances in your body, then allow words that are hurtful to find a place other than your body, especially the heart.

Tracy: Oh wow, great advice. Thanks.

Dr. Lesley: That is excellent advice. Yeah. Wonderful.

Tracy: If you are ready for your first question, let’s start with some fun ones.

Jesus Through Tracy: I’m not any good at asking fun questions.

Tracy: Let’s find out. (Jesus had a fantastic sense of humor when He was alive and has a fantastic sense of humor now.) How can you help us have more fun and be more humorous within ourselves?

Jesus Through Tracy: Laugh at yourself and take nothing to heart. Lighten your heart. Laughter is the greatest pleasure. It gives the body relief and release. Always find something to laugh about.

Dr. Lesley: Sometimes we have things we find hard to laugh about, don’t we? But five years from now, we can laugh about it. But sometimes, it takes us a while to get there. In that case, what should we do? Should we find something different to laugh about to bring that vibration in?

Jesus Through Tracy: You can laugh at someone else’s joy. You can laugh at someone else’s pleasure. Get your mind off of yourself. And sometimes that will help. But think of things that make you want to laugh. And take pleasure in other people’s pleasures.

Dr. Lesley: One of the things I latched on to there was getting out of your head.

Jesus Through Tracy: Yeah, it was about our minds. So he’s saying the mind can be deceiving. But only if you allow it. Don’t let your mind trip you up and get too much into your head. When you feel like you’re too much into your head, go to your heart because that space is much lighter. The heart is much lighter. So, does that answer your question?

Dr. Lesley: Sometimes we don’t even know that we’re in our heads, do we? So how can He help us know we’re in our heads?

Jesus Through Tracy: Be cautious about what you choose to think about. Don’t be so severe. It’s like Marlin mulling over the same thoughts over and over. That’s getting into your head. Let the thought come in. Then decide whether to bring in more information or let it pass.

The impression I’m getting is to let it come in, but don’t grab hold of a thought. If you’re unsure about it or start to feel sad about something, decide whether you want to be sad or let it pass through.

Dr. Lesley: What about sadness or another emotion? It’s a bit like a cloud. It arises, and then it floats through. Other times, we have compressed emotions deep within our physical body. And those emotions are percolating to the surface for release.

In that case, we still want them to pass. But perhaps it’s a bit different than an emotion arising in the moment. So how can Jesus help us with those situations?

For example, many people are purging intense things right now, which is taking them some time. So, how can you help us with an emotional release like that?

Jesus Through Tracy: It’s a good idea to take your time and lean on others who have been through this before. Lean on those you can talk with. As for me, come to me, lay your burdens at my feet. I can bless you.

Tracy: I see Him in service. It’s like he’s just giving a blessing. Suppose you call upon Him and ask Him to take the burdens that you’re experiencing. It’s like He gives you an energy exchange. And I see Him putting his hand on someone’s head and just giving them a blessing. And that’s an energy exchange for him. And that’s how He can transfer some calming energy, peaceful energy. That’s what it looks like to me.

Dr. Lesley: Wonderful. I just laid a whole bunch at his feet right now.

Tracy: He says I take them all.

Dr. Lesley: Thank you. OK. If I ask a serious question, Jesus, I’m sure that you can lighten it up. Here’s a question. You’re inviting everyone to lay their burdens at your feet. And over 2.4 billion people call themselves Christians and say they have a relationship with you.

I’d like to know if you can talk about the personal relationship that each of those 2.4 billion people has with you. How many have a genuine relationship versus a projected one? Because the religions on our planet are often quite didactic in their teachings about you, which may or may not reflect the accuracy of your life and teachings.

Jesus Through Tracy: First, it doesn’t matter how you come to me. I will grant you that if you ask for a personal relationship with me.

Tracy: But He is also waving his hands as if sending out collective energy. I can see the energy going everywhere.

Jesus Through Tracy: I’ve sent energy out to the collective to help with the planet. But anyone who calls on me will have a personal relationship with me. The religious part doesn’t really matter. If you come to me through religion, if you come to me with your heart, I’m going to hear you, see you, and acknowledge you.

Tracy: He’s explained that He doesn’t get into the religion part. It is a personal relationship; it becomes personal when you come to me from your heart.

Dr. Lesley: Thank you. I don’t think it matters what biases, judgments, or beliefs we have. If you’re genuinely coming from the heart, then you’re connecting directly with him.

Tracy: Yes, that’s what He was trying to say.

Dr. Lesley: I can see that. That’s a really good answer. Here’s one. Over time, I’ve met several people who believe they were Jesus in a past life. I’ve had about three or four clients who, while doing this work, said they thought they were Jesus. What’s going on, Jesus?

Jesus Through Tracy: They are like me, in one sense. In that way, you know you have a friend, and you share so many qualities with them. It’s like that. I cannot say they were me, but they have qualities and traits like me. Therefore, they think they are me. But there’s only one Jesus.

Dr. Lesley: Of course. Yeah. That answer makes absolute sense to me. It’s the same with the apostles. Each reflects different aspects of humanity. And we can resonate with those different aspects because we’re similar. Yeah. OK, so here’s another one. Quite a few people channel Jesus. Some are fantastic.

An example would be the Course in Miracles material. Sometimes, they seem biased, judgmental, and not neutral. Can He comment on that?

Jesus Through Tracy: You’re correct. I cannot control the spin that some put on my words. I speak from my heart. But again, people interpret what I say. And I cannot control that. But I do speak to those.

Some people will get my message out, and I speak to them and through them. That also tells me that sometimes publishers change the words. For example, publishers sometimes change the words because they help the material sell. Yeah.

Dr. Lesley: Interesting. OK, well, talking about your words. We’d like to hear from the horse’s mouth. Tell us some of your key teachings that you were going from town to town, telling people 2000 years ago, but that still apply today. What are those core teachings?

Jesus Through Tracy: The biggest thing I was teaching was how to control your mind, how your thoughts keep you in despair, and how your thoughts keep your crops from growing. I had to use analogies that they could understand, so I used stories about crops.

I talked about goats. I used phrases and metaphors that they could understand. But it was about energy control. Learning to control your thoughts and what you say. And that was my main teaching. Teaching about energy.

Let me see what else. I was teaching kindness and how to be kind to each other. I saw people in town who lived on this end of town and people who lived on the other end of town, and they didn’t want to associate with each other.

I tried to bring them together to help them understand that they could better help each other together than separately. Back then, people wanted to be in each other’s business, much like today. They had their own opinions and wanted to tell each other what was right and wrong. And I was trying to teach that. Let each person be an individual and let them have their uniqueness.

Dr. Lesley: Thank you. I want to delve more into your teachings and life as a healer. Tracy suggested that we might look at some quotes from the Bible and ask you what you really mean by them. So, I’ve chosen a selection.

One that spoke to me is a simple quote. It spoke to me because I feel like I don’t do this: “Let your yes be yes and your no be no.” So, what did you mean by that? It sounds obvious. But I feel like I have difficulty letting my yes be yes, and my no be no. Probably other people do, too.

Jesus Through Tracy: That means to be firm in your decision. Be firm in your choices. And it’s also about giving and receiving. When you say no, I can’t. That means no, you can’t. And you should honor that within yourself. Let yes be yes. Let no be no. Yes, I can. I can help you. No, I cannot help you. But it’s about your choices. It’s like when you make a choice, honor yourself for the choice that you make.

Dr. Lesley: That makes sense. How about this one? “Unless you become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.“

Jesus Through Tracy: I didn’t say that.

Dr. Lesley: I bet there are a few that He did say.

Tracy: Yeah, I know. But I have asked Him plenty of times. I will go to the Bible. I will pick up words that He supposedly said. And he’s like, that’s not what I meant. That’s not how I said it. He keeps saying this again and again in this very moment. He’s pointing me to the dictator. He’s saying the dictators commanded those words to be put into that book.

Jesus Through Tracy: I have said some of those things. You cannot even trust that many of those things came from my mouth. OK, so if you want to ask about that again.

Dr. Lesley: I deleted it when you said He didn’t. OK, we don’t have to do the Bible quotes.

Tracy: No, I mean, I think so. I spent a lot of time asking Him if this was true or if that was true. If you want to ask him, I don’t have a problem with it. This is my interpretation from speaking to Him before, and it’s about some of the things I said. He’s saying I can explain what they’re trying to say. But He also says, which I believed for a long time, it’s the translation. Sometimes, the translation gets mixed up because it’s been translated many times.

Dr. Lesley: I would advocate that if you’re going to read the Bible, read it using your clairvoyance. Please don’t take it literally. OK, so the chat is just on fire with questions from people. I liked this one from Jesse: What is the silliest thing one could do in their spiritual practice?

Tracy: What is the silliest thing one can do in spiritual practice? Well, the first thing I heard was to not believe in yourself. But I don’t know if that’s silly enough.

Dr. Lesley: What’s the most fun thing we could do in spiritual practice?

Jesus Through Tracy: Raise the vibration, like have fun raising the vibration. I see lots of people getting together and having a good time. It’s like when you raise your hands above your head like this. You feel the world with excitement. And that raises the vibration for all. Dance around.

It may seem silly to some, but it’s not silly. Yeah, I see all kinds of dancing and drumming. Your world would think it’s silly, and it would be a mockery. Some think it’s a mockery, but it’s fun.

Dr. Lesley: OK. May would like to know ” how Jesus feels about the Ten Commandments.”

Tracy: He showed me the number one.

Jesus Through Tracy: There’s one central commandment. I didn’t write the 10 commandments. There’s one primary commandment. Love. Love everything. Love everybody. Love everything. Everything has consciousness. Love everything with consciousness.

You can’t go wrong when you love someone. And when you put forth the effort to see others for who they are. That’s all you need to do. See people for who they are. See people for who they are and love them for who they are, for their unique qualities. Love them for what they can do that you can’t.

The impression I’m getting is that instead of being upset with what you can’t do, say something, because what somebody else is doing is their uniqueness. Love them for who they are. Love them even if they differ from you because we’re all created in God’s image and likeness.

Dr. Lesley: Misty wants to know “how to change beliefs.” She phrases it as, “How to change beliefs.” Are we meant to? I think we might ask, “How do we change beliefs?” How can we change our beliefs? If our beliefs are limiting, how can we change them?

Jesus Through Tracy: Open your heart and mind to something new daily. Changing a belief doesn’t have to be like moving a mountain. It doesn’t have to be something big. It can be something small.

Beliefs are changed when you are willing to look at a situation differently. And you are willing to know that an answer or solution can come from a different perspective. That’s all belief is: changing a perspective.

(And he’s shown me like religion.) Religion says you have to believe this way. But the minute someone chooses to challenge that belief, it no longer has power or hold over them. It’s a matter of choosing to let it go. There’s power in choice.

Dr. Lesley: Whitney has asked a question that is also on my list. It was about his relationship with Mary Magdalene. Was she a principal apostle? And did He have a child with her?

Tracy: As soon as you said Mary Magdalene, He goes to his heart.

Jesus Through Tracy: She was the love of my life. She was a great spiritual teacher to me, as I was to her.

Tracy: Let’s go back to the first question about Mary Magdalene.

Dr. Lesley: Was she an apostle?

Tracy: Yes, she was.

Dr. Lesley: Did they have a child?

Tracy: He says two

Dr. Lesley: Whitney wants to know “what modern-day women can learn from the relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene.“

Tracy: When you asked that question, his eyes started sparkling.

Jesus Through Tracy:

Many of you are doing this. You do live the life that my beloved Mary and I lived.

Communication is the key. We communicated about everything, everything under the sun. We could communicate about everything. Share your sorrows, grief, thoughts, and emotions. Share everything. You have to.

People on your planet have difficulty sharing their emotions and thoughts, especially males, but just as many females have trouble. You choose not to share these thoughts, and you condemn yourself with guilt, which can block your system. He says, throw away the guilt. You don’t need that energy in your system. Guilt is not a spiritual gift. It is a man-made curse.

Dr. Lesley: That’s beautiful to hear about their relationship. In some relationships, one partner may be open to those things and another closed to them. What do you do?

Jesus Through Tracy: Those are your greatest challenges. The only thing you can and should do is love them despite these misalignments. Remember, you made an agreement. You are helping that person even though you cannot see it; by living your life and doing your spiritual practices, you contribute to the other person.

Like Paul and me, even if he didn’t get it all, being in its vibration still helps. It’s not your responsibility to help someone get on board with spiritual practices. That is not your responsibility. That is your partner’s responsibility, and they have free will not to choose that path.

But don’t let it stop you from doing what you came here to do. You can choose not to let it hinder you. That is not necessary. Keep being you. Sometimes, that benefits you. When a partner does not completely understand, it’s a lesson for you. It may be a lesson in control, patience, or perseverance, but don’t worry.

So what are affirmations, and specifically powerful affirmations for manifestation purposes? More important are you attracting abundance in your life? First, so everyone is clear about the subject, let’s start with defining what an affirmation is and the importance of affirmations.

An affirmation is a positive assertion or even a decree. It’s something that you are saying or thinking to cement something in your consciousness. Powerful affirmations are used as a tool to help you shift. Affirmations can be used as a statement to either reinforce and amplify a belief or to change a belief, and the general purpose is to attract more of what you want.

The broad perspective is that affirmations are interlocked with your beliefs and belief system. This is because you must believe what you are saying in order to manifest it in your life. If you don’t believe what you are saying, the affirmation is just empty words. Remember, words have power.

Here are a few examples. Let’s say you are somebody who doesn’t have much money. And you’ve been struggling with that for a long time. If you say affirmations about money, something like “I’ll always have enough money,” you might find a cognitive dissonance going on.

This is because while you say you always have enough money, do you really believe that? Or is that so far from your everyday life and personal experience that you are saying the words, but at the same time, you are really not feeling it. You really do not believe it.

So you have to find a statement that will work for you, given where you are and given your belief structure. Somebody like that might say something like, “I am worthy of abundance,” or “I have everything I need.” You have everything you need within you to create abundance.

And that might be the easiest step to begin creating the life you want. You have everything within you to create abundance. The key word is step. Affirmations are a way of moving into that belief system that will attract your desired outcome.

People think that it is all about affirmations for positive thinking, whereas it is positive thinking and using positive affirmations for manifesting the things you want or need. Affirmations are a step, a mechanism for shifting you from where you are to where you want to get to.

You can use positive affirmations for manifesting anything. There’s an old but famous book by Louise Hay called You Can Heal Your Life. It’s focused more on health. For every health condition, she has a positive affirmation about what the basis for the illness is. Then, she helps them transform the illness into a health condition.

For example, she looks at the health condition and, in a general way, determines the underlying state of this particular health issue. If you have problems with your gallbladder, her idea is that its root may be resentment. And so her affirmation would be something that helps shift that resentment, which is the underlying energy that’s led to the physical issue.

So if you are in a situation where you are resenting somebody or you are resenting a situation, and you don’t want to give that up, you could be saying the affirmation, but really, is your energy matching the affirmation?

Your energy has to match the affirmation. It can’t just be empty words. So, if you are saying, “I attract abundance,” everything in your being has to be in that positive vibration and the belief that that is the case. That’s what determines the energy you are putting out. And the energy you are putting out is what determines what the Universe reflects back at you. They can’t be empty words.

Affirmations can be a good tool, but it depends on you and how you use it. They are not quick bandaids for your issues. Just because you say you don’t like your life once or twice doesn’t mean it will change. They are powerful daily affirmations. You are going to say these words over and over again to change your life. You must be prepared to change and mean it.

The fundamental framework of your life is based on beliefs that resulted in you creating your life in the first place. If you don’t change those beliefs, your life probably won’t change. So, it has to go deeper than the words. It has to go into your belief system itself.

Imagine repeating a phrase repeatedly like “I gain money effortlessly, I gain money effortlessly, I gain money effortlessly.” And you could see a situation where you were saying that, and you really believe it with every fiber of your being. That’s going to work for you. But if you repeat that repeatedly but don’t believe it, there’s no matching vibration there. You will not become a money magnet.

Also, the Universe likes specificity. Let’s take a classic case. Somebody who broke up with their boyfriend and wants their boyfriend to come back. And they did decide to do affirmations. They say a powerful affirmation like, “I know Johnny is in love with me, and he comes back.” So that’s very specific.

What’s very specific about it is specific to one person and what the person saying that affirmation really wants. Yet, is that really what they are looking for? They are lonely and miss Johnny. They want a loving, supportive relationship that brings them and the other person happiness.

So, if you limit it, and the affirmations are specific to Johnny, you have infinitely reduced the potential that could come to you. You may have rejected all the different ways that the universe could bring love into your life because you are saying you want Johnny. Meanwhile, Johnny has free will, and he might not want that. And so you have shot yourself in the foot by being specific in that manner. Yet the actual desire is very specific and leaves the fulfillment open to many more results, including the possibility that Johnny will return.

Referring back to the affirmation, getting money effortlessly. That can mean anything. It looks specific, and it is, but it is also a closed loop. For example, it could be answered by walking down the street, finding a penny or a dime, and picking that up. You found money effortlessly, but that is not what you meant.

So you find a penny effortlessly on the street. What did you do? Are you thankful? Do you even recognize the fulfillment of that specific affirmation? It’s working. If you are not thankful for the penny, why would you think the Universe will send you more? Your energy is not in the same vibration, and of course, you will only get a penny. Ultimately, it’s up to you.

Affirmations do work. Success relates directly to your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, biases, and energy vibration. Again, powerful affirmations for manifestation aren’t magic. They are tools. But it is a tool that has to be used appropriately. And appropriately means they go hand in hand with self-examination.

Okay, so you are a shy person, and you want to do public speaking. So maybe you say, “I am confident and courageous” as an affirmation. So you need to really tune into feelings of confidence and courage and truly feel and believe them within yourself. Examine yourself to see if you are in alignment with that affirmation. Are you confident and courageous? Can you believe it? Do you believe it? Or are you still running off the program that you are shy and afraid of public speaking? You can’t just slap and force the affirmation on top of that. You have to shift your beliefs and your feelings. You have to become the affirmation in your energy.

Affirmations are good tools with the potential to be misunderstood and misused. And, and the reason is, in order to manifest what you want, there can be some deeper, some different self-examination that’s required.

The strongest way to manifest the life you want through affirmations is to connect to your higher self. To be in alignment with your higher being? What better affirmation could there be? You are in your highest vibratory state when you align with your higher self. You are authentically you. Through that energy, you can authentically create whatever is with that energy and whatever is the best for you.

The best way to connect with your higher self is through a daily meditation practice. Meditation techniques will help you shift the belief that is working directly with the out-of-alignment energy. That’s the way to make that shift within yourselves.

You tend to think of an affirmation as something that’s verbally stated. But a vision board is a kind of affirmation. And it’s actually a more powerful one because it’s evocative. It’s full of imagery. It’s suggestive of an energy and situation that you are seeking. So, you could say that it’s an energetic affirmation. You are making an energetic statement, and you are putting a specific energy out and asking that that energy be reflected back at you. It’s a manifestation technique.

It creates a vibrational match to your desires. Every time you look at it, you are literally talking to yourself. It starts to help you shift your energy into the feeling of what you are asking for. It makes it more tangible. Because now you’ve created a physical representation. So, in some senses, a vision board could be more powerful than an affirmation.

Because the affirmation could say you are capable of success or have a successful life. But what does that mean? The vision board would show the relationship relationship to desire. Success to you could mean a beautiful home or whatever your definition of success is. Seeing the outcome of your affirmations of what you want to bring into your life now is made more tangible.

One of the things that is key with affirmations is to have it stated in the present tense. To say it as if you already have it and are enjoying it. That gives you the actual sensation of that thing that you desire. When you use the present tense, you are creating that feeling and energy. It is much easier for the abundant Universe to match it in your reality.

You have heard of popular mythical creatures and places like Sasquatch and Stonehenge. And many of you have had your own personal experiences of some form of mythical creatures or mythical places. Not all experiences are created equal, though. Let’s examine some of these encounters. For the purpose of this podcast, the term mythical refers to mythical and legendary creatures that may or may not exist in our reality.

These encounters with mythical creatures can fall into three categories. The first of these would be physical creatures. They seem to be physical creatures, still under the mythical creatures umbrella, that people say they have experienced with their physical eyes and physical senses. The next category would be nonphysical creatures. And then there’s something in between them: a semi-physical or an interdimensional type of being.

So, the first type of encounter is physical in nature. And the name that’s commonly used for these types of creatures is cryptids. A cryptid is considered to be an animal that cryptozoologists consider to inhabit the wilderness, but science disputes their existence.

In examining a list of cryptids, the mythical creatures, it boils down to three possible kinds: air, land, and sea entities. So, there are rumors and sightings of mythical creatures from around the world.

Being from the UK, the first example that stands out is different versions of the sea serpent, known as the Loch Ness Monster. But worldwide, there are different examples of lake monsters and people’s reports of sightings or beliefs about them. Here are just a handful:

And many of the pictures taken or sketches people have drawn of them look similar. One theory is that these lake monsters could be a leftover from dinosaurs of the Jurassic period. So they look like the Plesiosaurs in people’s renditions of them.

And there’s more of them. So, stories and sightings of these mythical creatures and monsters exist worldwide.

Of the flying creatures, a few more popular mythical creatures are the Moth Man and the Jersey Devil. Other mythical creatures going back to the days of King Arthur would be dragons and flying dragon-like creatures, mainly of the fire-breathing variety.

And then there are the forest or wilderness-dwelling earth-based mythical beasts, which fall into two categories. First are the hominids, like us, like Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, and Yeti, or the Australian name for it is Yowie.

There are examples of these legendary creatures worldwide in different cultures. And then there’s a number of other ones that are like cats.

Of all those listed, the only one I have had personal experience with was a Sasquatch. I’ve definitely seen a Sasquatch. But I question whether it was in physical form or the form extra-dimensional beings take. Not necessarily occupying the same dimension as we are. Interdimensional creatures can bleed through into our dimension occasionally. People have said that they are one of the original hominids of the planet that evolved to be in a different phase or dimension.

So we were a form of hybrids, genetically engineered hybrids, the theory goes, and they are more like purebred Earth creatures. So I’ve seen one of them with my clairvoyant sight. I can validate that one from my own experience.

People have stated that they found things like footprints and feces and heard calls they attribute to the Sasquatch and other mythical creatures from around the world. Those are some of the popular mythical creatures supposed to share the physical realm with us.

The other realm is the nonphysical. These include the angelic kingdom, the devic realm, and maybe even what might be called the demonic realm. So, these are occupied with nonphysical beings. The angelic and demonic realms are occupied by forces of nature. These great mythical beings tend to be nonphysical but serve the physical realm. So, this is a separate evolutionary pathway from the physical realm.

They include everything from the great Archangels, who are more like the forces of nature. You can have an angel that looks after the magnetics of planets or the element of fire throughout the cosmos, down to a tiny devic creature who tends to flowers or a particular type of plant.

So, in some ways, we consider angels separate from what we call them. There are so many names for the occupants of the devic realm. There are fairies, elves, and brownies. One thing that they all have in common is they are nonphysical beings. And they relate to nature and the forces of nature. They tend to be guardians of different aspects of nature, whether that is a single plant, tree, volcano, waterfall, an entire planet, or even an entire solar system.

The Bermuda Triangle is related to some advanced technology from pre-Doluvian times that ended up under the ocean but is still active. You have all heard of the mythology of Atlantis going under the water and how there may have been an advanced society on Earth that pre-existed the written history of the planet and to which the explanations of the Bermuda Triangle are attributed.

The Mythical civilization possessed some technology that continues to function and create distortions. You can consider these to be dimensionality distortions or time-space reality distortions. But that is what is happening in that area.

There are so many stories of strange places around the world that offer unusual energies. Places like Stonehenge and other Stonehenge-type stone formations, the Pyramids, Aztec Temples, and many other locations around the globe.

For those of you who are unaware, you are the light of the world. That may sound biblical to some of you. In a way, it is, except there are so many famous and enlightened people in recent history who talked on this subject. It is a concept that is part of the awakening conscience. In turn, you and they are all part of this new consciousness.

Before examining the meaning of the phrase you are the light of the world an excellent way to start is with a few different quotes from various people referring to the statement. Then, we can scrutinize the concept in more depth and find practical ways to let your light shine and how you can be the light of the world.

So, apart from the biblical quotes, here are some modern-day versions.

This is a really famous one by Marianne Williamson. It’s often attributed to Nelson Mandela because he included it in his inaugural address. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us the most.” That’s the short version of the quote.

And then that quote goes on. And it says, “We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You’re a child of God. You’re playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are meant to shine as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

That is, it’s just such a wonderfully powerful statement. It is also very true. Most of you are really frightened of standing in your light, in your brightness, and in your power. Sometimes, it can be because you are afraid of what kind of attention that will draw. It’s actually quite common in this culture.

When kids are born into the world, they’re straight from God and full of light. They, you as children, are little powerhouses. And mostly, that is an energy level parents are no longer familiar with. They don’t know what to do with it. And so they’ll say, calm down, be quiet, behave yourself, and you’ll get the wrong kind of attention for being your boisterous self.

So, the programming to turn the light down starts really early in life for most people. Then life happens, and so do life issues and traumas. These experiences are noticed and singled out for various reasons. They also tend to affect you in ways you cannot see. They can cause you to want to hide your light.

So the most famous quotes are from the Bible, from one of history’s greatest spiritual teachers, Jesus. He is known to have said in Matthew 5:14, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others…, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”

And in John 8:12 – Jesus spoke to the masses, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life.”

The following quote is from Eckhart Tolle, “You are the light of the world. You are the consciousness that illuminates the world. Know yourself as that, and that’s freedom, liberation, awakening, and the end of suffering and madness. And it’s happening here.”

Right there, in that sentence, Eckhart Tolle states, “You are the consciousness that illuminates the world.” That statement really describes and exemplifies what was meant by Jesus when he said, “You are the consciousness that illuminates the world.”

Know yourself as that. When you know yourself as that, as Eckhart Tolle says, “That’s freedom, liberation, and awakening, the end of suffering and the end of madness.” Doesn’t that sound like heaven here on earth if you can achieve it?

And so you are light, spirit, high vibration energy, and consciousness. You are an infinite, eternal being with enormous power and light. And here you are, incarnated in the physical world. You came here because you wanted to express that unique spark of divine light that you are. The difficulty is that when we come into this world, it’s through a veil of forgetting. So, you come into the physical world and enter a polarized environment. Pretty soon, you have forgotten that you are the light of the world.

You think you are something else, ego. You are the personality and all the experiences you have in life. And if you were to be asked who you are, you wouldn’t reply, “I am the light of the world. ” You would respond with I’m a doctor, a mechanic, a mother, or something like that. So you have forgotten that you are the light of the world and what it means to be the light of the world.

Nelson Mandela said we’re not worried about not being enough. We’re worried about being too much. One keyword that comes to mind is responsibility. Most of you are afraid that if you step forward, you automatically become responsible for many things.

Take people with the knowledge and ability to be spiritual teachers, and most of you do. You don’t step into that role, even though you are capable and would like to do so. You worry about the responsibility of helping others. What happens if you accept that responsibility and fail?

Believe it or not, one of the main principles that a true spiritual teacher will instruct you to live by is the belief that you are not responsible for anybody else. You are responsible for yourself. And when you’re responsible for yourself, you’re responsible for bringing your light and energy into the world and being your brightest, most beautiful self. Offering what you have to offer. Each of you has that responsibility for yourself. You are not answerable for their thoughts or actions unless you are bringing up a child who is incapable of looking after themselves.

So, being a spiritual teacher doesn’t mean taking on responsibility for the whole world and everybody in it. It’s more about teaching them how to be the light that they are and taking responsibility for shining their light.

Another quote from John 8:12 in the Bible is from Jesus as he spoke to the people: “I am the light of the world; whoever follows me will never walk in the darkness.” John 8:12. That doesn’t mean to worship him as a guru. What that actually means is, “I’m being an example of how to live and be in the world. I am showing you how to bring your light into the world.”

If you follow that example and bring your light into the world, you will never walk in the darkness. You have a light that illuminates your life and extinguishes the darkness in your life. So He wasn’t saying that because He was being responsible for everyone. He was saying that because, as a teacher, he wanted to teach everybody, specifically by example.

Here’s a quote from Francis of Assisi, “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” When you think about it, it’s true. Very true. So many of you think, “Well, why bother? The world is in a mess. You know, why should I bother? What difference can I make?” And that quote by Francis of Assisi tells you you can make an enormous difference. A single lit candle in a dark room will illuminate the dark room. You are the light from that single candle, and you bring the light. So, each of you, when you bring your light into the world, you make a difference.

You may think your light is weak, so what do you have to offer? As an example, consider a flashlight. You walk into a dark room, you turn on a flashlight, and the room becomes illuminated. You don’t need a flood light or super powerful beam. Just the light of a single match will bring a light into darkness. But how intense is your light? Will the darkness extinguish it?

No. There’s no equivalent thing that will bring darkness into a room full of light. There is no such thing as a dark flashlight light. You can’t go into a lit room with a dark light and turn it on, and the room goes dark. Your light cannot be extinguished by any means other than yourself.

Martin Luther King said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that.”

Nothing can stand in the way of love. Nothing can stand in the shadow of love and be there to grab you. You are there, and you are love.

Paramahansa Yogananda talks about the light that is present in everything, and you are that light. “Behold thine immortal Self resurrected with Christ in the light of illumination, present in every soul, every flower, every atom!”

There are all kinds of influences as you are growing up that can cause you to feel invalidated. Unworthy, afraid, sad, in pain, or traumatized. And if you don’t know how to heal them and have forgotten ways to let your light shine, they will build up over time. Things appear to get darker and darker. It is like a dark veil that covers your own light. It does not have that power because darkness does not stem from the great Universe, The All That Is, God. The light is God within you, and you are part of God. When you shine your light, you’re bringing your unique, God light into being. So, if you think about God or the divine source as all things, then each of you is a fragment of that whole. And so each of you brings a unique perspective, a unique frequency of light. And so, if you don’t shine your light, you deny the world of that brilliant, unique perspective because there is only one of you. There’s no one else quite like you with your unique flame. And so, if everyone in the world would shine their unique light, it would be a magnificent symphony of souls.

Have you ever considered self care vs selfishness regarding your life? It’s very pertinent because all of you are susceptible to imbalance in your life. One of the main reasons for this is that you are always giving to others, helping others, and not considering your well-being. It can be difficult to turn people down. When and if you do take time for yourself, many of you will be haunted by the question, “Am I self-centered?” And so you can end up being emotionally, mentally, or even physically wounded. So when is self-care selfish?

So here is the channeled message from one of my Spirit Guides regarding self care vs selfishness.

“What is it that you have? What you have is you. If you don’t have you, what or who do you have? You are precious, irreplaceable, unique. You have your one light, your one life force, your one consciousness, your one body, your one expression of the light and life force through the body. The body helps you focus your energy here on Earth. It helps to have a vessel to radiate your light through and establish your presence. A focal point for you to create through.

If you don’t have your body, you don’t have anything here on earth. You still have your consciousness but not your focus on Earth. So, if you want to remain focused on Earth and continue creating on Earth, you need your body. Your body is different than the Spirit you. It has different requirements and characteristics. It’s not always easy for the Spirit to comprehend the body’s requirements. The body doesn’t shift instantly in the way that Spirit does.

Your body is created in third-density reality, in three dimensions of time and one dimension of space. The body is matched to that reality. So, it takes time and space for the body to shift. And it can be frustrating for Spirit when the body doesn’t change fast enough. But that’s the dilemma.

Why do you take care of your body? Some might say, “Oh, yes, but you are transitioning to the fourth density reality and the fifth dimension.” But right now, you’re in a four-D body adapted to time-space reality. If you want your body to accompany you on your ascension journey, you must heal it.

You need to operate it in alignment with your higher being and help it get used to the higher vibrational frequencies. It’s absolutely crucial for you to look after your physical body. What’s the best way to do that?

Listen to it, and certainly don’t ignore it. And how do you listen to your body? It will speak to you through physical feelings and emotions. If you are experiencing physical pain or some form of sickness or illness has manifested in your body, it is because you are out of alignment. There is resistance to the flow of your unique vibrational frequency in that area where the pain is some form of block to the natural flow of light and lifeforce through your vessel. And what is a block, if not a form of resistance?

And your body might offer resistance because it’s trying to tell you, “Please take me into consideration.” Or it’s not understanding something about the reality that you’re creating through it. So listen to your body’s messages.

If there is a physical pain, allow yourself to sit and feel it, allow it. Be aware of it. Listen for the message through it. Respond if a response is called for, and hold the space for the energy to start shifting and release. Offer no resistance to your higher being and allow this natural flow through your person. Be curious when you have a pain or other kind of energy block. Ask yourself if a belief or behavior from the past is energetically affecting you. You can shift your perspective in a way that allows the energy to be released.

So self-care is truly deepening your relationship with your body and listening to it, not just paying lip service. Indeed, it’s seeking a balance between body and spirit day in and day out, not allowing the pendulum to swing so far in either direction. While you are in polarity, there will always be a movement from side to side. But if you catch the symptoms and your body’s message early, you can correct it and move back into alignment sooner rather than later.

So self-care is all about body-spirit communication. It’s not just about you in your body receiving messages from your higher being and carrying them out to fulfill your life purpose. It’s not a work to be done. It’s about you being here. Bringing your light embodying unique vibration into this vessel, your body, and shining your light here on Earth. And to truly do that, you need to align with your higher being. So it’s not just about you receiving messages from your higher being. It’s about you listening to your body, receiving messages from your body as well, and responding to the messages that your body is giving you.

In the old way of being, in the old earth way, you were used to planning out your time, creating segments of time, pre-arranging meetings, and having a to-do list. This is a human work-based way of living life. But there is another way. That way is to be directed from your soul to be directed from your higher being, your higher aspect. It is to be perfectly attuned and resonant with your higher being and to be in a state of flow with the energy of your soul and the impulse of the universe. In this way of being in alignment, you can be healthy. In this way of being in alignment, you are caring for yourself.

There is no way in which alignment with your higher being leads you to be ill, exhausted, overwhelmed, or overburdened. That is something that you do to yourself when you are out of alignment. And when you operate from belief structures and behavior patterns that don’t serve us.”

So that was the end of the channeled message. I hope you enjoyed listening to it and that it made sense. Because it is true. So often, you are on a spiritual path and say you want to receive your messages. You want to hear your intuition. You want to know who you are and why you are here so that you can get on with your life purpose.

In some senses, there’s nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, you’re doing it through a body. And so you can’t afford to ignore the body because the body has to be a willing and supportive partner. And it will only be a supportive partner if you take care of it by listening to it, responding to it, and ultimately healing it.

Otherwise, it will become your enemy rather than your partner and will fight you. It will resist you. And then it will be much harder for you. One of your supreme purposes here, on Earth, is to be a fully embodied spirit. This means bringing your unique light and creativity here. To do that, you have to do it through the body because the body is the focal point and allows you to manifest on Earth.

And so the body is part of that equation. Taking care of the body is part of that equation. You can know all manner of spiritual information, but if you want to create from it, you need a body. You need the body to be it’s home. It’s your Spirit’s vessel and the mechanism for bringing your spiritual energy here. You have to take care of it because otherwise, you won’t be able to be fully embodied. After all, energy blockages and out-of-alignment energies will be present instead of your true essence.

So, of course, sometimes you end up with some illness. Don’t judge yourself and go, “Oh, no, I have not lived a life perfectly because I let myself get out of balance.” It’s a mechanism, in itself, to help you pay attention and come back into balance. And the earlier you can listen to the messages, the earlier you can move yourself back into alignment.

So, having balance in your life every day is essential. Because talking as an energy healer and a psychic reader who just took ten days off, I know there could have been many people who needed my help. But if I gave in and kept working without giving to myself, I would get out of balance. I would not be serving those who need me. So, you see, self-love is not selfish.

It is far better to pay daily attention to your body and take care of it. Take the time to listen to your body every day. Take the time for your personal self-care.

Is there proof of life after death? This is one of the most profound and emotion-provoking questions humans can ask. So what happens after death? Is there an afterlife? What happens when you die? What happens after death to the soul? These are all very pertinent and emotion-stirring questions. However, an excellent place to begin is answering two fundamental questions: what is life and death?

From a general perspective, there’s just one eternal existence. So, life and death, in a way, are human concepts or concepts of a physical being who doesn’t live forever in the physical body. Let’s start with some truths that you can all identify with. Here are some statements. Examine how you feel about them.

You exist in the present moment. You exist in the present moment, vibrating with energy that attracts your reality. You are part of all that is, and all that is is within you. So, you exist in the present moment, here, and now. At least, this is true if you think of your body. Where is your body?

It’s here, and it’s now. Have you ever been conscious of not existing? Not to your knowledge? You have always existed while you have been conscious. And has your body ever been anywhere else other than here and now? No, it’s always been here and now.

And then you get into the Law of Attraction. It states that you are a vibrational energy being, constantly putting out an energy signature or frequency. And those of you on the spiritual path know that the universe is based on reflection. So what you get showing up in your life reflects what you have put out.

And you are part of the “all that is.” And the “all that is” is within you. You are all unique fragments of the one divine consciousness. So, apart from that, everything else is changeable. And everything else does change.

You change from one incarnation to the next. You are constantly growing and changing while incarnated in a body on Earth. So, change cycles of growth are also an underlying truth of your reality. Nothing stays the same apart from you continuing to exist, or you seem to. You are always in the present moment, or you seem to be. And your life is a reflection of who you are. And whether you know it or not, you are God.

What do humans think about when they think about life after death? What you call life as humans is living in the physical, in a physical body, in the physical reality of Earth. That’s what you say life is. And what you call death is leaving the physical body and the earthly realm. That’s what you call death.

You, therefore, exclusively validate life through physicality and your physical beingness. So, a dead body is not animated. What happens after death to the soul, your spirit? Your spirit is a mystery to you. Where does it go? What happens? And when you see the dead body of someone who has passed away, you tend to wonder if they still exist. And it’s one of humans’ big questions throughout the ages.

All sorts of belief systems have been created around it. All religions and many nonreligious groups have developed beliefs about it. If you are an atheist or an agnostic, you might say, well, you are alive, and then you simply cease to exist. If you are a Christian, you could believe in Heaven and Hell and perhaps resurrection. Many people seek proof of heaven. If you are a Hindu, you believe in cycles of birth, death, and rebirth. And there are other belief systems. So, there are many belief systems regarding life after death.

And suppose you come into this world and end up belonging to a religion or becoming a scientist. In that case, you end up with a particular belief system about life after death. Mostly, you must hold it on faith because how do you know? You know, you exist. You know you are here. And now, you know that nothing has ever changed for as long as you have been conscious. But how do you know these things exist?

So, interestingly, many religions believe in resurrection or reincarnation. Most of them do. The Hindus, the Muslims, and the Jewish faith, as well, have a version of that. And even the original Christian teachings included concepts of reincarnation. Throughout the ages of man, religions have tried to guide people in their beliefs about God and the afterlife.

That’s what the Egyptian Book of the Dead is. That’s what the Tibetan Book of the Dead is. A form of guiding people through the death process, what they need to do, what might happen, or who they might meet along the way. It attempts to describe the death process and navigate people through it.

So, what do you believe about death? This is important to ponder. Remember, you create your reality through your beliefs. And this is true about death. And it’s true during life and death, as well. So what does that mean? That means that you can create your death experience according to the beliefs that you are holding. Reality is a projection of your consciousness. So, if you have certain beliefs about death, that might be your immediate experience when you die. It may be precisely what you expect to happen.

Because what you believe about death may also be a determining factor in your next life, these beliefs could set a particular trajectory that continues in the afterlife and into the next incarnation. Again, it depends on the individual and your beliefs. You find yourself in whatever view of heaven that you expect it to be in. And that can be an illusory experience. Eventually, your spirit guides will help you transition out of that.

Now, does this happen to everyone? Again, it may be. It depends on your beliefs. Some people find themselves out of their bodies but know that they’re dead, yet still being in the world. Or people who find themselves outside of their body, and they don’t know they’re dead, and find themselves in the world. Right.

So what happens immediately when you die? Once more, it depends, and it’s different for everybody. And it’s not the same for every lifetime that you live.

So, let’s talk about the transition out of the body. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to make that transition between the physical world and the nonphysical world. This is true whether you are on the way in or on the way out. It takes an enormous amount of energy to transition from the nonphysical into the physical or vice versa.

If you are sensitive to energy and have ever been in a room with a dying person, you might have noticed that the energy is palpable. The energy is very high. Indeed, it has to be to fuel this process. Often, death can be very peaceful and doesn’t have to be awful. It’s a natural process. There comes a point when a person’s energy is released from their body. And as a sensitive person who’s in the room, when that happens, you can feel it. You can feel that person being released into a higher vibrational state. You can feel that high-vibration energy in that presence in the room.

Before death, the person starts to withdraw their energy from their body. And that is also something that depends on the person. It could be that it starts a few days before. It could be a few weeks before. It could be months or a year before. Think about the people who have Alzheimer’s or another neurodegenerative disease. Their consciousness is withdrawing over an extended period. This is different than someone who has a sudden death.

The soul can start withdrawing energy from a particular life, and it can be a sudden or protracted experience. And often, that will happen when somebody is looking to leave. They will send messages to their relatives through dreams. Or even they might start to have a feeling that death is coming. They might feel protective about it. They might say things like, “I don’t think I’ll be here for much longer.” So there is a leading up to the death, which is different for everyone. Just like everyone’s life is unique, everyone’s birth is unique, and so is everyone’s death.

Most people are programmed about the grief related to death. Death can be a very happy, joyous experience. This person is emerging into the higher vibrational state and is truly relieved from what they may have been going through. And then, in that time, afterward, there might be visitations. The departed might visit relatives to let them know what’s happened. You might see them in your dreams or have waking visions of them.

People tend to shy away from the topic of death. It is not a conversation piece that people participate in. Generally, it’s feared. So, this energy can translate into grief. Death is strange. However, it’s just another transition, and most of you fear it. Entertaining conversations about death or dying, and how you feel, are acceptable. Because powerful emotions are involved, many of you are keeping them inside. Emotions will eventually expose themselves.

The physical body’s biggest fear is death. Spirit doesn’t mind. You know, you are in, you are out, you are in, you are out. The body is very frightened by it. Grief is your way of coping with this unknown adventure.
