On your quest to awaken your psychic abilities, also known as psychic gifts, you will no doubt make mistakes and run into deterrents. So learning to recognize these issues and learning to clear blocks to your intuition is vital. Basically, there are seven major blocks to developing intuition that everybody encounters and must transcend. This, of course, is if you are serious about developing your psychic abilities.

As you experience how to unlock your psychic powers, you may run into one or more of the seven main blocks to expanding these wonderful gifts. You will probably identify with a minimum of three or four of them, if not all of them.

But in looking at these blocks, you will find they all relate to the fact that you are a Spirit, having an experience in a human body. And that you get confused between what belongs to the body and what belongs to Spirit. This can lead to you trying to approach your spiritual growth through body-level consciousness. This doesn’t work because the body is a specially designed-vehicle to navigate physical reality. It’s not its job to navigate spiritual reality.

So one analogy I like to use when teaching people like you to release their psychic abilities is to imagine a horse and the rider. Imagine a wild horse, and you want to be able to ride this magnificent beast. The wild horse is a metaphor for the body, and the rider is a metaphor for you.

You feel that you are a pretty good rider. But this horse has its own temperament. It wants to run wild and free. It’s got its own internal drives and wants to be left alone to do the things it wants to do. And many Spirits, as they take on the mortal mantel, just created a body, and then they leave the body to get on with it. Meanwhile, their Spirit sort of remains in outer space.

But you are meant to be the rider, sitting firm in the saddle, holding your body’s reins, and guiding it. Because you, the Spirit, are the source of your higher guidance. And that comes through your psychic abilities and intuition. So optimum philosophy relates to bringing body and Spirit, horse and rider, together.

You can see this idea when people are training horses. The horses are wild and skittish and don’t want to do anything the rider wants them to do when they are training it. When the rider starts getting on the horse, it wants to buck and throw the rider off. And so they are not friends in the beginning. And sometimes, this is true for you, the human being, and the human body versus you, the spiritual consciousness.

One of the factors in uniting these two powerful forces, the human and the wild pony, relates to the history of the wild horse. Was it abused? If so, it’s not going to trust you. If it’s been abandoned, it’s not going to trust you. If it’s been allowed to dominate and decide its own path, then why should it trust you. But, on the other hand, it’s quite capable of getting on with things on its own.

So this is an excellent metaphor for thinking about psychic development for beginners. As Spirit, you want to take on human form, a human body. Then you may decide you want to develop your intuition. But the first reason that you have challenges is that your body is the entity that wants to do this. You feel you can guide your own lives. You, as the wild horse, go any which way you please. You cannot be guided in why you are here and what you are here to do. And so, to do that, your Spirit must first tame and then ride the wild stallion. Otherwise, there will be you, Spirit, and you, the human form, and they are not coordinated. They’re not riding together.

So it’s a partnership that needs to be developed. And the mechanism for developing that partnership can be and is a path you take through meditation. There is a specific form of meditation that helps to bring body and Spirit together. It sounds straightforward, but it is pretty efficient.

So okay, now what are these blocks that everyone encounters? Now that you understand the relationship between rider and stallion, Spirit and the body, let’s look at the first of these blocks to awakening your psychic gifts.

So the wild stallion wants to do its own thing. It wants to roam free. Whatever it wants, it chases. So the first challenge is getting the wild stallion to stand still if it doesn’t want to. Daily meditation practice is the answer to developing your intuition and psychic abilities. If you follow a daily meditation practice, you may still feel the temptations of the physical world. Still, eventually, you will connect body and Spirit. But if your body is like the wild stallion, it will be agitated.

It’s going to want to run off here and there. It’s not going to want to sit still. So you have to train the body to be able to do that, which is similar to training a stallion to stay calm. So the first lesson, the first block, is how to train the body to sit and meditate during daily practice.

You want to access your intuition, so is this absolutely necessary, you may ask? Or maybe you don’t want to meditate. Meditation is a very focused, powerful path to developing your intuition, especially if you know the correct energy techniques to use while you meditate.

What else can cause a stallion to be skittish? Maybe it sees some of the horses over there, and off it goes. But, on the other hand, it may see some hay or fresh grassland over there.

So its mind is bouncing around. You can call these negative environmental influences. There are all sorts of different environmental influences that can cause your mind to bounce around. This is what you call the monkey mind. The Buddha said that the monkey mind is “the human mind is like a barrel of drunken monkeys.”

He was referring to all those thoughts bouncing around in your mind like a tennis match with 10 players.

You all know that feeling. You all know the monkey mind syndrome. You can’t stop thinking. It seems impossible to control the mind and still the mind. You may have tried some meditation techniques where they have you sit and stare at the wall or close your eyes and just sit there.

And oh, my goodness, all of those thoughts that come. You can’t seem to stop those random thoughts from bouncing around in your mind. They are not your intuition. Those types of thoughts distract you from developing your psychic gifts. They come from the body’s level of consciousness. So you need to train your skittish mind from jumping around here, there, and everywhere. You need to quiet it.

And so, there are many different styles of meditation. Most of the meditation practices bring you into the Theta state. These are like empty mind meditations; you think that’s what you need to do to develop your intuition. However, your intuition is most powerfully activated when your brainwaves are in a Gamma state.

And so there’s a specific type of meditation that helps you to accomplish that. There is a type of meditation that I teach that was taught and known in ancient mystery schools. These schools were the ancient training grounds for priests and priestesses. This meditation is what they learned, and it was not shared with the general population. You had to prove that you had a certain level of control over your wild stallion before entering those temples.

But there are specific techniques that, when you know them, are highly beneficial to tame that crazy mind that jumps around. Find a link below to two guided meditations that will help do exactly that.

The next block to developing your psychic powers you must overcome has to do with your emotions. Imagine that, as a wild stallion, you will have strong emotions and sex drives. So, it has these robust poles, these powerful forces. It may quickly become afraid and run away. Maybe it readily becomes aggressive and rears up. But, on the other hand, it may have a powerful desire to mate it, and off it goes.

These are all aspects of the body level. And they are not conducive to generating your psychic gifts. As well, fear or anger are not forms of intuition. Unfortunately, people will often confuse some of these levels of the body with intuitive gifts. So you have to learn to navigate these intense emotions of the body of the wild stallion. Learn to differentiate what stems from the Spirit as opposed to the body.

An example would be that you are attracted to a specific person and feel it’s meant to be. But is that just sexual desire? Or is it a genuine intuition about this person? Or you might say, Oh, that person makes you so angry. And that’s a sign that you didn’t know you shouldn’t hang out with them. That’s not your intuition. It’s an emotional trigger within the body. So the third part of taming the wild stallion is learning to be in charge of those aspects of the second chakra; the sex drive and the emotions.

If you want to truly steer the ship from Spirit, you must do that. And it doesn’t mean to negate or ignore them. It doesn’t mean repressing or denying them. It just means learning to train the body to be aware and to receive messages from Spirit. “Oh, this is how the body is feeling right now. You can come in and calm the body’s anger. Assuage the body’s fear. Make a decision whether you know the sexual encounter you are contemplating is something that you know your intuition is telling you to follow.”

So let’s say you know you are a horse hooked up to a cart. This cart is filled with apples to take to market. So this cart is a heavy load and a bit of a struggle. Maybe pull it up a hill, and it’s even more of a struggle. Effort takes energy. This dispelled energy to struggle and get up the hill is one of the differences between body and Spirit.

You are interacting with the world on a physical level to move your body, using your energy. Or, you want to do something simple like pick up a pen, a cup of coffee, or tea. These all take effort. But Spirit is outside of the realm of time and space.

Nothing that Spirit does takes any effort. So if you find yourself in effort, when it comes to intuition, you are like the horse forced to pull its load up a hill. You are approaching your spiritual development through the body and the body levels. And it doesn’t work that way. Developing or using your intuition does not take energy.

Have you recognized yourself in any of the four blocks to psychic gifts and intuition? For example, being too busy and too agitated to actually sit down and meditate, having a monkey mind, having emotional triggers and emotional ups and downs, and coming from a place of effort with things.

The next one, let’s say that you, the stallion, have had some negative experiences. Maybe you have been mistreated in some way. Possibly you have been abused emotionally or physically. A man may have whipped the horse to make it work harder. And so that horse is going to it’s going to perhaps judge every time it sees a man. It decides that man is not to be trusted.

Or let’s say that the horse is a racehorse, a dressage horse, or some form of competition horse. And it will compare itself to other horses and needs to be the best horse. And you know, you, as the stallion, want to win. You feel you are the only one that can or deserves to win. So these concepts of judgment, competition, or even performance expectations on this horse create particular internal struggles. Basically, every time the master comes by, you try to live up to their expectations, regardless of who that may be.

Your psychic gifts, your intuition, do not judge. There is no judgment as Spirit. No better or worse. And so, one of the qualities of developing your intuition is learning to be a neutral, nonjudgmental observer of your reality. So, if you can do it, this is a great power, giving you dominion over all of these blocks being examined.

Because now you are not enslaved to them. Now, you are not tossed around on the stormy sea. But you can be the neutral observer, see what it is not be pulled into any form of turmoil. It is by accepting it instead of resisting it and railing against it. And that really is the key to starting to be in charge of your reality. Because for something you don’t like to change, you must first accept it. If you resist it, it’s not going to change. Resistance creates persistence. What you focus on grows.

FEAR- False Expectations Appearing Real. That wild stallion might be afraid of humans or of the rider. There are all sorts of things that you may want to experience, especially expanding and using your psychic powers. To do these things, you must first banish fear. When it comes to psychic abilities, people like you can have pages of examples of what they might be afraid of:

So what are you afraid of? It would be best if you banished fear. Think about what happens when a wild stallion sees a man or an animal caught in a car’s headlights. It might run away, or it might freeze. If it freezes, there’s no movement. There’s no forward progress because you are stuck on what you are afraid of. And when you are running away, you are not facing what you need to face. All of these things are all FEARs – False Expectations Appearing Real. The best way to get over it is to feel the fear but do it anyway. In most cases, the fear will instantly disappear.

The last block you will need to get past is your intellectual mind. This is the part of you that analyzes and weighs all the pros and cons of EVERYTHING. And that process introduces doubt. So your intuition is instant. No need to think about it. Because as soon as you think about it, you start diluting it. You start to dissolve it, you start to control it, and you start to overlay preconceived ideas on top of it.

So it would be best if you were clear about what you are experiencing. It would help if you learned not to confuse the human brain, the intellect, with intuition. Regardless of which blocks affect you, it is worth working through them. You may even want to find a psychic advisor or mentor to help you along your way. The benefits of awakening your psychic gifts will bring you and others great joy.

You may be aware that you have access to 22 psychic abilities. However, most of you do not understand the body, mind, spirit connection and the relationship between them, your psychic abilities, and your body or your body’s personality level. The body personality level is an element of your consciousness that has chosen to live in your body on planet Earth at this time.

Of course, you are so much more than this body and this unit of consciousness occupying your body. You are a multi-dimensional eternal being, and you can create in multiple different realities. Unfortunately, understanding this concept can be difficult for your human side to grasp.

A simple way to do this is to use a metaphor. We will use one from my book, ‘Intuition, And Chakras‘. In the book, you will find the metaphor for the Mars Rover. Let’s begin by imagining that you are a heavenly star. Think about a star. A star is very bright; our Sun is a star. And that Sun or star is radiating light in all directions. It also shines light throughout the universe. This light travels far and wide.

Your light travels into multiple realities and dimensions. And that’s you, your higher being, your soul, that higher, more significant level of you. And now imagine one of those beams of light emanating from this massive radiant star of your multi-dimensional consciousness. Then, finally, envision one of those light beams finding its way to a small blue-green planet in the Milky Way Galaxy, otherwise known as Planet Earth.

And you see this beautiful world, this beautiful blue-green planet full of abundant life and adventure. And you say, “I would like to explore that world more deeply.” The thing is, though, that world is made of dense physical matter. And therefore, the energy in that physical world is of a much slower frequency than your energy.

Also, this physical world does not obey the same laws of reality that you are used to. It has two limiting factors, time and space. And it has this linear progression, where things shift and change through time. And you have this multi-dimensional version of you wondering how your infinite multi-dimensional will fit? How can you experience that three-dimensional world and experience it as fully as possible? The answer is to create a body that you can use to explore this blue-green planet.

And you make the body. You construct the body from natural materials found on the planet. So atoms and molecules that make up the dense matter of Earth are used to create this physical body. You can now use this body as a vessel for exploring.

And think about something from our not-too-distant culture. Think about NASA and how they sent the Mars Rover to traverse the terrain on Mars. So that’s the metaphor. It’s a bit like you created a Mars Rover, your earth body. It’s like an earth rover.

And, of course, just like the Mars Rover, you want your body to operate independently. And so you create your earth rover to transverse this physical world. You kitted it out with sensory apparatus capable of interacting with the environment. You can store information in it. And so it’s got a level of capability of its own to interact with the environment. Still, you also remain available to guide it. Remember that, in truth, you are a Spirit Being. So you have a link, a communication link between you and this earth rover that you’ve created.

And you also assign an aspect of your consciousness to stay with it. To be in charge of that clear communication. This is similar to how NASA’s control center interacts with the Mars Rover. Clear communication between you and this body is essential. So you, Spirit, and the creator of this body install a relay system that can transmit and receive energy signals to and from your body.

The relay system is your chakra system. Your chakras are the communication conduits between your higher being, the higher aspects of yourself, this radiant star infinitely shining its light in multiple realities, and the body personality or earth rover version of you. So, your chakras act as the communication conduit.

Your chakras are the non-physical channels that exchange energy and information between your higher aspect and your body’s personality level. So just think about that. The non-physical channels are similar to the energy transmission signals the Mars Rover uses. These are radio waves; it might be something else, right? The critical concept is that they are non-physical. It’s an energy exchange that’s taking place.

It’s an energy broadcast and receiving that’s taking place. So your chakras transmit and receive information, and how they do that is through your psychic abilities and Intuition. So these are all part and parcel of your onboard system for being an earth rover.

You have seven major chakras, energy information exchange centers, positioned along your spine. Each is a channel for spiritual information relating to a different aspect of your reality. So just like on the Mars Rover, other communications deal with different parts of the onboard experience of being the Mars Rover. The same thing occurs with your chakra system. Each one deals with a different aspect of your reality.

Each one transmits and receives information on a different part of you. The Chakras are also associated with your endocrine system, your nervous system. So this is the basis of the physical body and Spirit interface. These chakras interface with your hormonal, endocrine, and nervous systems. They help direct energy flow through your body. So they are giving you the signals that enable you to operate as high-vibration energy being personified in a physical world. As well as all of those major chakras, hundreds of additional minor chakras are associated with smaller nerve clusters throughout the body.

Also, you access your Intuition through your chakras. And by tuning into your chakras, you, the higher being assigned to this body in this time and space reality, can access your Intuition. You can receive your higher guidance through your Intuition. This will help you become consciously aware of your purpose for being here, your life purpose.

You know, maybe today the Mars Rover has to go over to the mountain in the distance and take some samples. But, likewise, today, you may have a particular purpose that you’re accomplishing guided by your higher being.

By mastering your chakras, you can live your purpose. And you can deal with all the ups and downs of the terrain you are navigating. The Mars Rover is kitted out to deal with things that it might encounter along the way. And so are you. And it’s called your Intuition.

Planet Earth comprises three-dimensional space and time. And as Spirit, you are outside the dimensions of time and space. So you are a multi-dimensional being. But your vehicle, your earth rover, has the sensory apparatus perfectly suited for interacting with its environment on Earth. So it has five physical senses, sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch, that will help it navigate the physical reality system.

But you also have these chakras. They are the body-spirit interface and are channels for you to receive your higher guidance through your psychic abilities from your higher being. And these give you information beyond the five physical senses. They give you guidance from that higher being. This is just like the Mars Rover might receive a directive. Instructions may include a new direction to go or a data upload or download of a program sent to it from NASA on Earth.

Your Higher being may convey to you a new direction to go in through in your life. And if you are in touch with your Intuition through your chakras, you will hear that signal loud and clear. And you will be able to follow your higher guidance and be directed to an appropriate course for you and your life.”

Your spiritual path leads you to the unfoldment of your psychic abilities. Or the desire to develop psychic abilities has led to your spiritual development. They go hand in hand with one another. Suppose you go back to ancient Hinduism, ancient Egypt, or ancient Tibet. In that case, you will see that their teachings are related to this concept. The idea is that when you turn within and have an inner focus, a spiritual focus, and meditate, you can heal yourselves.

Let go of your misunderstandings about who you are. Let go of the lower base nature of this animal form. A natural side effect of this letting is you will awaken your psychic abilities. So if you heal yourself and raise your vibration, your psychic abilities emerge. It is a spiritual path. Likewise, if you are motivated by a genuine want to develop your psychic abilities, to do it to a very high degree, achieving a level of mastery, you must also heal yourself.

So the spiritual path leads to the development and awakening of psychic abilities. The desire to develop an openness to psychic abilities leads to the spiritual path.

If you don’t treat your desires to open the doorway to your psychic powers as a spiritual path but maintain your physical nature and don’t heal yourself, then you will get stuck. You will reach a point beyond which you can go no further unless you take those steps.

Once you begin to expand your psychic abilities and begin trusting your intuition, you must also consider your physical body and the connection between mind, body, and Spirit. The main reason for this examination is that your body is the lens through which you focus your spiritual light, your psychic light. And also, you, who are Spirit in nature, are not the same as your physical body. So even though, when you look into the mirror, all you see is your physical being, there is much more to who you are. Therefore, before you can express your psychic and intuitive natures, you must first connect with that higher being, Spirit, because that is where they emanate from.

So let’s examine the relationship between Spirit and the physical body. Well, another word for Spirit that can be more understood is consciousness. You are consciousness, an energy being of light and Spirit. You, in essence, are not your body.

You do, however, have a body. You literally created your body. It’s your vessel. It’s your vehicle for you to shine your light of consciousness, the light of Spirit, through.

Many people spend their whole lives wishing they weren’t in a body and trying not to be in it. The issue is that they genuinely do not understand what their body is. Yes, you are blood, skin, and bone. But there is a reason for this physical representation. Once you grasp the incredible gift of your physical emanation, life will change for you.

The simplest way to understand your body-Spirit relationship is to examine some of the differences between body and Spirit. As previously explained, you are Spirit, consciousness within a body.

As Spirit, you are an eternal being. This means you never die. You just go on and on as an ever-expanding Being, creating, and so on. But your body is finite. Physical bodies do die. Right? You live a lifetime in a body that is a finite quantity. But you have eternal life as Spirit. So the first difference between the two is that one is never ending and the other is finite. There is a beginning and an end to the body.

But as Spirit, you are the Alpha and Omega; you are the beginning in the end. Actually, there is no end, just continuing on.

Another difference between body and Spirit is it’s saying something similar but a bit different. As Spirit, you are omnipresent. In the body, you are here and now. The body can’t be anywhere else but in the here and now. But as Spirit, you can be here, there, and everywhere and do it all at once.

Your Spirit is part of the greater One, God, the Universe. And therefore, you are in the experience of Oneness. In your body, you are in the experience of duality, opposites. As Spirit, you are interconnected with all things. While in your body, you are experiencing being separate. Even though this is only an illusion of being separate from everything, it seems very real.

This is why you can feel so alone in a crowded room. As Spirit, you experience togetherness, a complete interconnectedness. Whereas in a body, you are an individual and experience separation.

Spirit is a multi-dimensional and interdimensional entity. Spirit, you might say, because of its omnipotence and multi-dimensional, you could think of it as galactic. It’s intergalactic. It’s universal. Any of those words that you can think of?

The body, however, is limited by time and space. The body is earthly. It’s on Earth; it’s on this planet. Unless you are one of the ones that get on one of Elon Musk’s tickets to Mars, your body is earth-based. As Spirit, you do have some focus here on Earth. Still, simultaneously you have experiences beyond this planet, galaxy, universe, and even beyond this dimension.

As a multi-dimensional being, you, as Spirit, can create in all realities, which could be on other planets or universes. It could be in other lifetimes. You create your reality.

Now, another thing, if you think about being omnipotent, being unlimited by time and space, everything exists simultaneously. Every thought, all possibilities, and all probabilities exist at once. And so there’s no delay when you create. Your desired creations are already there.

That sounds strange, doesn’t it? But when you are in a body, there’s kind of like a delay to you creating because there’s time and space that factor into the process.

You can make choices. And then, as time and space progress, the result of each choice you make or each action you take is reflected back at you. This mirroring is a reflective quality resulting from being in a body embedded in time and space. You do not get it if you are not in a body and unlimited by time and space.

Another difference between Spirit and body is consciousness. Your body is made up of physical matter, so it is tangible and touchable. Spirit is pure consciousness and is intangible. So you can’t touch Spirit.

As Spirit, you are a high-frequency light. Your body has a much lower, denser electromagnetic energy on this plane. So there’s a difference in frequency between them.

As Spirit, you are all-knowing and all-seeing because you have no limitations. But in a body, you have limited perception. Therefore, you cannot experience seeing and knowing all at a physical level when you are in your body.

So as Spirit, pure consciousness, you have an expanded perspective compared to the limited perspective you have when operating through a body.

It is Spirit that experiences intuition and psychic abilities. Your body has its intellect, emotion, and animal drives.

It’s interesting because you find that when you try to do things in life, even spiritually, you try to force it physically. You try to push. In many cases, this happens when you first try to awaken your psychic abilities. You try to force them physically. It doesn’t work.

This is because Spirit doesn’t use effort. The body uses effort. That’s another one of the differences between your physical body and Spirit. Another way of trying to conceive of this is if you think about a model railroad.

Some hobbyists have an extensive model railroad in their attic. Well, in the body, it would be like you are imagining that you are riding on the train. You are seeing the immediate environment. Right? So here and now. Oh, look, there’s a tree. There’s a house, a lake, and a mountain, and you move through time and space as you ride along.

Spirit is more like a balloon floating above the landscape. And looking down and seeing everything, every part of the whole landscape. You see the attic itself (the world), the outside through a window (the universe), the beginning, middle, and end of your journey, and any side rails, junctions, or depots.

You can see many things:

As Spirit, you see the entire landscape at the same time. Whereas in your body, you are not privy to everything.

And what that means is that as a physical being, you can surprise yourself. You are constantly revealing new things to yourself that wouldn’t be a surprise if you didn’t have a body because it would all be known to you. You are learning new things all the time, new things about yourself, new things about the world. And you are making choices like which train track, this one or that one.

Spirit sees all the train tracks and both sets of creations. Therefore, Spirit can have the experience of knowing both aspects of that fork in the road. Whereas, in the body, you have to choose one direction because you can’t do everything everywhere all at once. You can only do the here and now.

And so you choose a particular track, but you won’t know the result ahead of time. Eventually, you see the reflection of that choice of going down that particular avenue. It shows up in your reality. Damn, you chose the wrong track. The track is blocked. There’s been a landslide. Spirit can see so much more and has a different perspective than you do as a human in this physical reality.

So if being in a body is so limiting and as Spirit, you have such a fantastic expansive view, why do you choose to incarnate? Why do you go into these things called bodies? Perspective.

Your body gives you a different perspective. It’s more focused and intense. It’s magnified, but you see less. It is somewhat like focusing light through a magnifying glass. As Spirit, you can see it all, but you do not have an intensive experience. But focusing your light, your energy through a body, it’s more concentrated and focused.

For example, think about how the sun might not necessarily start a fire on dry ground. But if you take a magnifying glass and focus the sunlight through it, it intensifies that energy. So you have a more intense experience. But you are seeing less because everything’s magnified. It’s all in your face, isn’t it?

This is another example because this is essential to trusting your intuition and your human body. Imagine trying to read a newspaper with a magnifying glass. Without the magnifying glass, you might see the newspaper, but it may be a little fuzzy, and you can’t see clearly. You know it’s a newspaper, and there are all these different stories.

Now, when you take a magnifying glass, you are really focused. But you are only concentrated on just one part of the newspaper, and you can see that blown up, magnified, intensified. But you can’t see the rest of the newspaper. So there’s a more specific, more focused experience through a body and a less specific, less focused experience outside the body as Spirit. So yes, you get to see the whole newspaper, but you don’t perhaps get to see the sharp relief that you get when you are in a body.

Being in a body and the difference between body and Spirit is quite intense. Each has its different way of creating. And because of that intensity and difference, enormous growth can happen. So in a way, you can think of yourself on your journey, a kind of hero’s epoch of self-discovery.

During this journey, you are searching for meaning and seeking to express yourself. All the aspects of Spirit are still with you because they are part of you. But things may be revealed to you along the path, slowly, if at all. So again, it’s a journey of revelation and self-discovery.

If you were creating this life purely as Spirit, knowing all, with all your psychic abilities, you wouldn’t get the surprises. You would know all the results before you made the choices before you even took one step on the path. But, the physical adventure allows you a different way to experience things. And you are kind of doing it semi-blindfolded and, in a manner, semi-handcuffed.

This is because, at birth, a veil has been placed forgotten on your remembrance of being Spirit, and you have completely forgotten who you are. You can’t bring all that you are here. You can only bring a part of who you are, an infinite being, into a finite vessel. You can’t. And so you are experiencing this life as a physical being. But, and this is the “big but,” there are aspects of a more extraordinary being, the multi-dimensional eternal being still present. Yet within the human language is hard to express these things. However, you are that being and are an aspect of that being.

You are this magnified, intensified version of yourself with the power to create worlds being focused through a physical body, but it is hidden. And this means you can create in the same way you can create outside the body.

However, your body can try to fool you into believing this is impossible. It has lots of ways of sensing things. And those are to help it navigate the physical environment that it’s in. It is a bit ironic. You come into this world as a mighty Spirit, a part of God. It gets wrapped within you, and then you spend the rest of your life trying to find it.

It’s you, Spirit, that bright spark of divine light, that is the one who has these wonderful psychic abilities and spiritual senses that help you navigate through multi-dimensional space through non-physical reality.

Your body can’t do that. It wasn’t built for that. It was built as a vessel as a vehicle to transport you in the physical experience. And it does a great job of doing that. But it isn’t the one with the psychic abilities and the intuition. However, there are ways to tap into these beautiful gifts. People often ask me, “how do I get psychic abilities .”Well, the answer is simple. You can’t get them. You cannot get something you already have. So the question should be, “how do I awaken my psychic abilities.” The answer is simple.

You can awaken your psychic powers through specific meditations that help you access your higher self. Also, you can learn from a spiritual mentor such as myself, who will guide you through the process. When you first look at learning how to develop psychic abilities and even the basics of these wonderful spiritual gifts, you may find something interesting. Like almost any other topic under the sun, there can be various opinions on the best ways to go about the process. My passion is very much related to psychic abilities and psychic development and using them to access your higher information. The following is my personal perspective on awakening your psychic powers and how to use them.

Let’s first look at a general overview of what you believe about psychic abilities. This is so you can get a bit of a flavor of where I am coming from regarding the information I teach in my psychic development classes and courses.

I don’t often talk about myself, so you may not know much about me and my journey. But, first, I have been doing psychic readings professionally since 1999. And before that, I was doing it for fun.

To develop my psychic abilities to the degree they are today has been an exciting voyage, to say the least. Initially, that journey involved undergoing some very intensive psychic development training. I spent about six years devoting all my spare time to these rigorous psychic development classes and programs. This life path was not the easiest decision I made.

I am called Dr. Lesley. This is an actuality. I am a Ph.D. in Microbiology. I was a scientist. Now I am a professional practicing psychic. My training also encompassed a spiritual curriculum which entitles me to the designation of Reverend Dr. Lesley. So That is just a small amount of background on me.

Since my 180-degree career path transition, I have done 1000s of psychic readings and energy healings. And, of course, over time, I have matured and evolved and have my own unique perspective about psychic abilities.

First and foremost, I love to help people like you with awakening your psychic powers. Why is this so important?

You can spend years and years searching for answers to life’s tough questions. But, the exciting thing is that the answers are within you. Choosing this path of psychic development is mainly about connecting to your true nature, Spirit and accessing your own spiritual information. This connection allows you to access your own higher information. From here, you can learn to guide and consciously create your life, the life you want. This is also called actuating your life purpose. This is why I love teaching people how to tap into psychic abilities.

Searching for ways to develop your psychic abilities can seem daunting. When you look at the statistics of the people joining our Facebook group, the majority of them want to expand or understand their psychic abilities in some way. Yet, the most interesting thing you find about those people is that very few of them are ready to commit to it. They just want to immediately “be” psychic. However, just like with any talent, you need some form of training and practice to fully grasp and employ the gift.

There’s a lot of misinformation out there. But some spiritual teachers and mentors can give you correct and accurate guidance. And it takes it does take commitment, it and dedication.

And so yes, you do have to be prepared to meditate and to do the work to get the results.

The first thing that requires clarification is you do not become psychic. And the first thing you must understand and believe is that you are psychic. Every single human being is psychic. It isn’t something that is only reserved for special people, the seventh son of a seventh son. You all have psychic abilities.

This is because psychic abilities are part of your spiritual sensory apparatus. So, okay, just like you have physical senses that help you navigate the physical world, you also have spiritual senses that help you navigate the spiritual world. And it’s through the psychic senses that you communicate as Spirit.

So one of the foundational beliefs that you hold this everyone is psychic. And that means anyone who comes to me who wants to learn how to access their psychic abilities. I can help them to do that. Because it’s part of who you are. As human beings, you are Spirit within a body.

And so the psychic abilities belong to the Spirit. Spirit is not bound by time or space. You, as Spirit, can travel to the past or the future. You can go anywhere in the known or unknown Universe. You can even travel the Astral Plane. And you can access all of this from the human beings you are.

As you start to awaken your psychic abilities, many of you are worried as you begin feeling what you may call the symptoms of psychic abilities. Here voices or seeing spirits. You feel like you may be going a little crazy, or you are imagining things. It doesn’t mean that you are crazy.

It means that you are awakening and going through a spiritual awakening. Having your psychic abilities emerge is part of the awakening process. There’s not a spiritual master that has existed in this world that did not also have access to their psychic abilities. So they are part of the same journey. You wake up to who you are as Spirit and raise your vibrational frequency to do healing work on yourself.

And the natural side effect is to awaken your psychic abilities. So you can come at this intending that your goal is to awaken your psychic abilities. And if that is your goal, you may find that you end up healing yourself as a side effect of doing that. So you end up raising your vibration along this path to awakening.

Or you can come at this from the perspective you want to awaken and evolve. For example, you want to become enlightened. And suppose you are on that path of focusing on raising your vibration and healing yourself. In that case, it’s a natural side effect that you will open your psychic abilities. So you can’t awaken or become enlightened without also awakening those higher senses that you all have.

One truth is that the answers to your questions lie within you. And that by developing your psychic abilities, you can tap into them. You can access the answers to your own questions. You are a self-contained unit. Everything that you could ever need to know is available within you.

And so you never need to give your power away to anybody else. You don’t ever need to give to put someone else in a position of authority over you. You are sovereign within your own space. Remember that you are an aspect of God and divine consciousness.

And you can access any information you need to create the life you want. Any information you might need is present to make the choices you need to make anything. And the most straightforward path to developing your psychic abilities is through meditation. There are specific guided meditations that you can follow to ground negative energy that holds you back from access to your higher self. Also, these meditations can open access to the psychic path.

And your higher being, your soul, talks to you through your psychic abilities. So some of you may think you want to develop your psychic abilities because you want to talk to your spirit guides to get answers. But you are your own ultimate spirit guide. And you are the one that has the information. So you are most aligned with yourself, and your unique perspective is that of your higher being.

Often, your spirit guides will meet you along the path that are other aspects of our higher being. So as you develop your psychic abilities, you can think of your spirit guides as consciousness tools.

You have heard of Chakras. They are essential in your quest: how to develop psychic abilities. Your chakras channel, your psychic abilities.

There are 22 core psychic abilities that are channeled through the chakra system. There are seven major chakras which are information conduits. There is a lot that has been written about the chakras in terms of health and healing. And most people think about them as a connection to health and the energy moving through them. That is true.

But there’s a lot more about your chakras, and it’s more than just healing. Did you know you channel your higher being and different aspects of your higher being through your chakra system? You process your reality through your chakra system. And, of course, you access your psychic abilities through these energy centers.

Because psychic abilities are channeled through the chakras, the way to master your psychic abilities is by mastering your chakras. So by learning all about your chakras, you can learn about your psychic abilities.

So to master your chakras and master your psychic abilities, you need to understand how opening your chakras impacts your reality experience. Like if you open your crown chakra too much, what experience of reality do you get? Is that an experience of reality that you really want?

And so, for example, many people may go through challenging experiences, and symptoms of psychic abilities, where they may even be diagnosed with some form of psychological problem. Yet, it’s because their crown chakra begins to open.

If your crown chakra is wide open, you are entirely open to the multiverse. You are opening to all it is, and that is infinite. However, you are now living a finite life in a finite reality. These two concepts are at different poles of your understanding. Can you see the issues that could arise?

So there are many misconceptions about the chakra system and how to access your psychic abilities. It is not about opening it all up and walking around with everything wide open. It’s about modulating your chakras differently to get alternative experiences and access different abilities. It is all about learning to tune into different vibrational frequencies. This allows you to communicate with different beings and guides, depending on how you tune your chakra system.

So you are psychic. You channel your psychic abilities through your chakra system. Another fundamental belief I hold is that your psychic abilities support your life purpose. So you understand that each and every one of you:

Also, you each have a unique psychic ability blueprint. Nobody else has the exact psychic ability blueprint as you do. It’s like a fingerprint. And you came into this life with that specific psychic ability blueprint. The reason is that you each came in with an individual and specific life purpose. Thus you designed your psychic ability blueprint to support that life purpose.

You are here for a reason and fulfilling that purpose depends on your clarity about who you are, why you are here, and the clarity in your energy. That unique spark of divine consciousness reflects through your body into the world.

However, there are some prevalent blocks to your intuition that pretty much everyone has to work with and overcome. And then there are some very specific intuition blocks that are unique to you and unique to your divine purpose and your unique life path.

And you also believe that your chakra system encodes specific lessons for your personal growth. And so, everyone is on a unique journey through their own chakra system. Nobody opens their chakras in precisely the same sequence, with exactly the same experiences. Your unique life experiences are determined by these blocks and overcoming them. They are unique to you. You have unique challenges. And you go through different life themes.

Often you have themes in your life that relate to different chakras, and as you overcome those challenges. As you clear those chakras, then our psychic abilities naturally emerge. Likewise, they naturally emerge as you transcend our unique chakra challenges.

So you are psychic, you channel your psychic abilities through your chakras, and your psychic abilities relate to your unique life purpose. There are common and specific Blocks to psychic abilities. And the fundamental key to overcoming these intuition blocks.

And so what happens is most people try to access their psychic abilities through body levels, intellect, emotions, effort, and various other things. And so those are the common intuition blocks that we are speaking of.

In this episode of Dr. Lesley’s Unlocking Your Truth, she will give her listeners free psychic readings online. When you think of psychic readings, what do you imagine? Whether they are psychic readings free online or in person, you all may have different ideas. Many people think that they are hocus pocus. Some think a psychic reading can only be a foretelling of the future and can’t be altered. However, it may shock you to realize that, in some way, you all have had a psychic reading or given one. Let’s look a little deeper into this.

There are all different terms for psychic readings, which you don’t exactly consider synonymous with them. But you don’t think there is a lot of difference between them. But some people have different definitions. So, for example, we use the word intuition and intuitive reading, clairvoyance or clairvoyant reading, extrasensory perception or ESP, highly sensitive person, Empath, and so on.

These all refer to, in my opinion, psychic abilities of some form. And they are the same kind of sensitivity to be aware of things beyond the normal range of physical senses. And some people might call it an intuitive reading or others might call it a psychic reading. Some people might call it Mediumship.

Regardless, these are all ways of using your nonphysical senses to tune in to the nonphysical world. It is all about tuning into the world of energy.

And so, when I do a psychic reading, I read from a trance state. I go into an altered state of consciousness, including using some very specific energy and meditation techniques. This also involves consciously working with my chakra system by reconfiguring the chakras in a particular way. This tunes out the physical world and tunes into the spiritual world. This allows one to read energy directly.

So, when they do a psychic reading, some people may use a pendulum to ask questions. Others use a card deck such as Tarot cards and deal cards in response to a question. Also, one can use runestones or some other object that enables one to access information intuitively. And while you could do any or all of those things, you may instead choose to use your psychic abilities directly.

There are several different ways to accomplish this.

There are four primary forms of psychic abilities called the Four Clairs you can use:

Regardless of which of these psychic abilities you may use, you basically tune out your physical senses and tune into nonphysical senses to access the world of energy. And so, in that sense, it’s possible to look at anything about anybody.

So, for example, you can use these wonderful abilities to look at somebody’s energy field, auras, chakras, and meridians, or look at anything to do with their energy. You can see their astral body, for example. You can also sense the energy channels running through their system, such as their chakras, the energy centers you all have.

Why would you want to see someone’s energy? You can see somebody’s energy field and look at the electromagnetic-like energy of their chakras. These energies are configured in packages, which relate to memories, beliefs, emotions, thoughts, experiences that they’ve had, relationships, and all manner of things. You can learn to perceive that electromagnetic energy and translate it into meaning.

Using your psychic abilities, you can look at somebody in the present time. You can look at their energy system and give a reading based on what’s going on right here right now in that person’s life. This can uncover what spiritual growth they are going through. You can see the energy level of each individual chakra. This can uncover someone’s current primary growth cycle because each chakra relates to a different aspect of life.

So, for example, if somebody was more interested in their career, finances, or home life, you might read the energy of the first chakra. And you might read the energy layer that emanates from the first chakra because that relates to those kinds of things.

Or suppose somebody wanted to know about their relationships or romantic partners. In that case, you might read the second chakra, or even the fourth chakra, because those energy centers are related to the fourth chakra. Unconditional love and the interconnectedness of all things. The second chakra is related to sexuality and emotions.

Now, using your psychic abilities, you can tune into anything so you can look into what you might perceive as the past. What you might perceive as somebody’s past events that happened to them this lifetime, or even to look at other lives and existences during a Past Life Reading. And so, sometimes, people refer to this as reading the Akashic records.

You could say every psychic reading you do is reading the Akashic records. Because the Akashic records are simply a record of everything that ever was, is, and shall be. So whether you read somebody’s chakra, aura, past lives, or future lives, it’s all a reading of the Akashic records.

The strength of these readings is that you can look at past lifetimes and how they relate to the current lifetime. And because you create in any reality, from your soul’s perspective, frequently, different existences follow the same theme. So it can be helpful to look at past lifetimes because you can learn through other experiences. Whether they are similar to or even the opposite of what you are going through now.

So when people come to you for reading, depending on what they are coming for, sometimes you read their aura. Sometimes you read their chakras. Sometimes you read your past lives. Sometimes you communicate with their spirit guides. Because you specifically ask who their spirit guides are and what their guides have to say to them.

So you can tune in to nonphysical beings using our psychic abilities. This is called Mediumship. Occasionally, and this may not be something you mainly specialize in, it happens that somebody comes to you wanting to speak to a deceased relative. Again, you can apply your psychic abilities to this.

It is all the world of Spirit and the world of energy. And that is what your psychic abilities do. They allow you to tune in to that nonphysical world and anything and everything about it.

Whether you give psychic readings free or not, they can be beneficial. You can help people with their relationships. Their energetic interaction between people and their contract for being together and interacting with one another.

Sometimes people come because people are not feeling well on a physical level. It’s possible to use psychic abilities to scan the physical system to do a medical intuitive reading. To scan the physical system and look specifically at the organs in the body and how the energy flows through the body.

Sometimes, then, people are not feeling well on an emotional or a mental level. And again, it’s possible to look at that person’s emotional or mental body. Uncovering what’s causing the symptoms they are complaining about.

Other times people come and say they were invaded by a being. So you can use your psychic abilities to perceive nonphysical beings.

Others need help understanding or meeting their Spirit Guides and the messages they receive from these beautiful entities.

The journey is fantastic regardless of why you help people with your psychic gifts. But, we are all here to experience life together. Most of you have questions about Kundalini Energy, Kundalini Awakening signs, Kundalini Awakening symptoms, Kundalini blockage symptoms, and even Kundalini Awakening dangers. So it seems appropriate to start with an explanation of what Kundalini is. Simply put, it is your life force energy.

The Kundalini lifeforce energy is available to everybody. Even the planet has a specific life force energy. In other words, the planet has Kundalini. This incredible energy, Kundalini, is also considered to be a neutral spiritual energy. It is a powerful transformational force. It will spiritualize your system.

So when your Kundalini awakens, it will take everything in its path and raise it to a higher vibration. That is its job. It’s a spiritualizing force and helps bring body and Spirit together. Sometimes that can be a pleasant experience. And sometimes it might be unpleasant depending upon the person and the circumstances.

Your Kundalini is coiled near the base of your spine. And when it’s activated, it has a major pathway up the spine. This is not always an instantaneous experience. The Kundalini awakening experience and the control of this energy can take many lifetimes to achieve mastery.

Kundalini energy, life force energy, touches many parts of your life. And here are some of the things that Kundalini can help you with.

Another thing you could say about Kundalini, because it is lifeforce energy, is that it is involved in transformation. So if you look at the human life cycle, there is a transformation. There are new beginnings and transitions from one stage of life to another. So Kundalini is the life-giving, life-affirming, transformational force that helps you make those changes.

Kundalini has a role throughout your life. However, one of the most potent transitions that have to do with physical symptoms of Kundalini awakening is birth.

Conception is one example of when there is a major trans transformation because now Spirit is becoming a physical entity in the physical world. The process of birth is a very transformative and high-vibration process. Kundalini is involved in birth, in the new soul being born into the body. That involves Kundalini.

So you have the high vibration of Spirit moving into the density of physical matter. And then the next part is gestation. So when the new body is growing in the womb, your Kundalini energy is vital for that growth to happen.

The next major transition is puberty. This change from being a child into an adult is significant. Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, and its hot flashes, are all physical experiences that relate to the physical symptoms of Kundalini awakening.

Kundalini energy can be involved in amplifying your psychic abilities. First, it helps you transform on a spiritual level, moving out all the lower, denser vibrations that you have in your system. Then it aids in fulfilling your purpose. If you have prepared your body, it is much easier to go through and accept the kundalini awakening stages.

For example, suppose you are someone who meditates, especially grounding meditation or kundalini meditation. In that case, you will find the kundalini awakening symptoms much milder. When you are already on your path of cleansing and clearing your system, consciously running your Kundalini is a natural next step.

It is not such a leap for the body to handle that energy level because you have already been preparing it. You have already cleaned and removed some of the blockages to raise your system’s vibration.

So Kundalini Energy can help with many positive things. But you have probably heard scary stories about Kundalini. About people going through nightmare kundalini awakening symptoms and experiences. That only happens if the body isn’t prepared to channel this high vibration energy. What happens, then?

Those nightmare-type experiences happen when you have a spontaneous Kundalini awakening and have not prepared your body correctly. So this is where a Kundalini meditation comes into play.

I teach an in-depth Kundalini course. One of the prerequisites is to first take Unlock Your Intuition course. During Unlock Your Intuition, you will learn to run other energies, such as Earth and cosmic energy, through your system. You will spend time healing yourself and working with that energy on that level. And only then will you learn to run your Kundalini. This process ensures that it is a positive experience.

However, if you do not prepare yourself first, it can be something that is experienced as painful. It can cause physical pain. Why? If you do not clear your system, your will already have some negative energy locked in your system. Then when the powerful force of Kundalini energy hits that, it can cause physical pain and symptoms of physical pain.

Other symptoms are intense experiences, such as extreme emotional experiences. Negative kundalini awakening symptoms can include inappropriate behavior. It can cause any problems you are having at the time to be exacerbated, amplified, and made worse. In addition, you may experience unexplained body phenomena.

You may feel disassociated from reality. This can include instantaneously vacating your body. You may encounter an enhancement of unwanted energies. So quite a lot of things can happen if you are not prepared. There can be physical, emotional, and mental symptoms of a Kundalini awakening.

As mentioned earlier, you can experience physical Kundalini awakening symptoms. These can consist of rashes, which are really common. And if you think about it. Let’s look at the example of a garden hose. When you turn your garden hose on and put your thumb on the end, the water spurts all over the place sideways.

So think about an energy channel that is flowing like a garden hose. If there’s a blockage, it can cause the Kundalini energy to spill out, and that can cause a rash to form. It may also be represented as backache because it initially rises up the column within the spine. And whatever you have stored in that spinal column, it will transform it, it will spiritualize it. And so, again, when it hits energy that perhaps is an out of alignment, it may cause physical pain.

Headaches are common as well. Because it’s hitting energy blockages in this Kundalini channels in the head as well. And an extreme example is seizures. So a spiritual explanation for epileptic seizures is blockages in the Kundalini channels in the head.

Other negative Kundalini awakening symptoms could be tingling sensations, sweat, perspiration, feeling hot, overheating, and possibly even feeling too cold and shivering. So there’s a range of physical symptoms that can occur due to Kundalini turning on.

And then let’s talk about the emotional level. So, if your Kundalini comes on in an uncontrolled manner, you can have rapid emergence of emotions. Emotions are coming up in an unexplained fashion. As an example, all of a sudden, you are really angry or feel some other overwhelming emotion.

One other experience you may encounter is the Kundalini awakening will dig up buried emotions. So if you have repressed emotions, hidden them, or stuffed them down, that is negative energy in your system. For you to be in your highest alignment with your higher being, the Kundalini will start to bring those up to be cleared. It can stimulate and amplify current emotions.

So maybe you feel mildly aggressive, but you would feel a more amplified version. Or maybe you feel a little bit sad, but you would feel a more overwhelming rendition of it. Also, you may feel out of control with your grief, your anger, and so on.

Any of these or any other uncleared emotion would be accentuated. So you could feel more triggered out of proportion with what’s going on. And any inappropriate emotional outbursts can potentially be examples of negative Kundalini awakening symptoms.

And again, it will accentuate things you already believe and make them seem much more menacing. So feeling alone, isolated, different, like you don’t fit in, paranoia can be heightened. The other end of the emotional spectrum can be affected as well. Feeling powerful and invincible, unique or more special than everybody else, euphoric, ecstatic, and even mental symptoms can be exaggerated. These can extend to the degree that you might get diagnosed with a psychiatric illness.

Okay, so those are some things that can happen with a Kundalini awakening if you are not prepared to gently and in a controlled manner turn your Kundalini on, and it turns on spontaneously.

Do we have free will? Or do you feel your life and reality are preordained? You can create significant and vital impacts on your life by understanding whether you have free will to create your reality. Understanding the significance of free will, predestination, preordination, and creating your reality is essential. Which of those is real and active in your life?

So what is free will? Your free will is the ability to choose those feelings, actions, and emotions that are authentic to you and put you in touch with your needs, wants, and desires. And most importantly, to connect you with your passion. Free will is the gift of knowing what you want, how to get it, and going for it. You proactively choose what you want. That is one definition of free will.

The opposite of free will would be the idea that another force is compelling you towards particular choices. Something else is chosen for you. Another concept is that life just happens to you. You are a victim of circumstances. So, having free will, you consciously choose.

And let’s break that down a little bit in a metaphysical way. So, here you all live on planet Earth in your human bodies. The consciousness looking out through these human eyes is you in physical reality. You are in a body, in physical reality. Physical reality has certain qualities about it. Time is one of the qualities, and space is another. Time and space are things we all deal with as humans.

There is no time or space when you are not in physical reality. This is one of the fundamental differences between body and Spirit.

Another quality of physical reality is action-reaction. And that is a form of a side effect of time and space. In that, you take action, and the consequences of your action are reflected back at you. So when you make a choice, that’s a form of action, and it is in time and space. So the results of your choice are reflected back at you. Because in physical reality, everything is not happening at once. Everything is spaced out and separated by time and space.

If you weren’t in physical reality, there is no need to make choices because everything would exist simultaneously. So you have free will on Earth, in physical reality, because of time and space, because of action-reaction.

You get to make choices this or that, here or there. Now all of these opportunities are the result of free will. And a little bit of clarification about these free will choices. These are conscious choices.

Now, by the way, you could be unconscious, couldn’t you? Many people are. You could be unconscious, making choices unconsciously. And in which case, action-reaction is still operating. The vibration that you are is what is being reflected back at you through time and space. So whatever you are putting out is what is coming back at you. So, in essence, you are still choosing your reality, consciously or unconsciously.

If you choose consciously, you are configuring your energy in a particular way to make that choice and then taking those actions to follow through.

Free will seems to give you some idea that you might be able to control your reality and create abundance. It seems to give you some idea that you can forge a specific path to create your life and then follow it to completion. So what about predestination?

Predestination sounds like it’s the opposite of free will, doesn’t it? What does predestination mean? Predestination is the concept that every aspect of your life is predetermined, your present and future. It implies that every moment of your life is somehow decided for you before this incarnation. So herein lies the paradox of free will versus predestination.

Is the idea that your future is predetermined? Yes, it is. And no, it isn’t.

Remember that time and space rule in physical reality. Outside of physical reality, there is no time or space. Everything in creation exists here and now. There is no separation. There is no time and no space, as well as no separation. All possibilities, all probabilities, all combinations of experiences, everything exists. It is referred to in modern spiritual parlance as the quantum field. It contains all possibilities, all probabilities, everything.

So any future, any experience that you could possibly have exists within that quantum field. So you have free will, and you get to choose. And the beauty is that it already exists. Because outside of time and space, everything in creation exists in the here and now. In that sense, your future is predetermined.

So this is the perspective that your higher being sees as your Soul. It exists outside of time and space and has that perspective. It has the perspective of all possibilities, likelihoods, probabilities, anything, and everything. So the viewpoint of your Spirit and your human body on Earth have very different perspectives.

And so, most humans can’t see that entire landscape of possibilities and probabilities from any point in time and space. So, for example, you cannot be in In Canada (or another country) and just be in Africa in a split second. Right? You don’t believe that. The reason is that you understand that you are affected by time and space. And so, your outlook on what’s possible for you or what’s probable for you is narrowed down by these two realities.

Escaping space and time is just science fiction at this point. You have set up this belief structure within your belief system. Beliefs are powerful, yet they are still controlled by our space-time reality.

Let’s say you go to school and train to be a doctor. And you study for eight years at university, and then you go to work as a doctor. While you believe you are a doctor, you are not about to go and be a ballet dancer the following week. Because the story of your past that you are carrying with you causes you to believe in the range of possibilities open to you as a doctor, and so odds are, you will continue to work as a doctor in your hospital in a GP practice or whatever it is because that’s your belief structure about the story of who you are. And so you limit your choices by the stories you tell yourself about who you are.

And you construct those stories about who you are, through this timeline, which you think is your history. However, what’s actually happening is that you are blinking on and off in every billionth of a second. And you are quantum jumping through the field of all that is. And so the one that you are in the next billionth of a second is somewhat predetermined by the one you think you are in the current billionth of a second. So your consciousness travels through the field by blinking in and out of pre-existing realities every billionth of a second.

So and how you connect with each reality is based on Affinity. It’s based on a form of magnetism. So who you are now will attract and connect you with a match in reality. So you get to choose your reality by the energy that you are. You get to change your reality by changing the energy that you are.

Most of us build momentum, saying, “I’m headed in this direction.” And sometimes, that momentum you have built up in that specific direction is fabulous. But sometimes, perhaps it isn’t. But you can change your direction by changing your energy and changing your beliefs. You can alter your reality by letting go of the story of who you think you are.

You shift train tracks and change the momentum as you journey through the quantum field, selecting different choices. So you can be on a trajectory with a specific momentum, creating a likely future.

Can a psychic see your future, or are they just seeing your trajectory? When you go to a psychic who reads your future for you, you may say, “Hey, your future is predetermined.” What does fate really have in store for you? What they are actually doing, if they’re any good, is looking into the quantum field of possibilities. They are examining your energy and how you have your energy set up.

And they’re looking into the quantum field and saying, “if this person continues with this configuration of energy, then this is the direction they’re most likely heading towards.”

For example, Jane goes to see psychic Mary and asks, “When will I meet my soulmate?” And maybe psychic Mary says, “oh, gosh, I see a lonely future for you.” Because perhaps, Jane has a set of negative beliefs about herself. She may feel that she is ugly, too old, a bad person not worthy of love.

Her psychic Mary reads these energies Jane has constructed about herself. And so psychic, Mary senses the likely trajectory that Jane will continue unless she changes her energy.

Even though Jane wants to know when she will meet her soulmate, she doesn’t believe it will happen. This is because she doesn’t believe in herself and feels unworthy. So then, psychic Mary may make a prediction. She will foretell she’s not going to meet her soulmate because the path that Jane is weaving for herself through the quantum field is that it will not very likely happen.

However, if Jane shows up and feels fabulous, life is fun, she’s enjoying herself, and she’s choosing all the things that make her happy. And she thinks her life might be enhanced if she met a partner, psychic Mary might see a different outcome. So she would prophesy that the odds are good and in Mary’s favor regarding meeting her soulmate.

You believe in yourself, and you believe that it is possible. Because of all this positive momentum, you are building for yourself, you know that you are attracting positive things towards yourself.

What is preordination? Let’s look at a simple preordination definition. Many people feel that preordination is the concept that when you are born into a life, you have pre-chosen your family, socioeconomic status, culture, and so on. However, you can still think of it more as a choice. Your higher being, your Soul, is creating a particular incarnation to have some particular flavor of a worldly experience.

And so these parents whose dad is a workaholic and mum is concerned about appearances might help that individual work on letting go of perfectionism, for example. And so the parents are chosen to give the new human the opportunities which that Soul is looking for.

There is a stigma around the word preordained. It has a specific vibration that you read in it. It feels like this is being done to you and decided for you. It might feel that way to somebody whose in a family, where they’re saying, “Why am you here in this family? What do you have in common with these people?” They may feel like the black sheep or that “someone up there is punishing me.” It can feel that way. But on the level of the Soul that’s created that lifetime, there’s a positive choice. There’s a positive reason for it.

Your level of consciousness plays a part even in rebirth. Life is the next iteration of what you want to experience or work on in another lifetime. Because if you are unconscious and you are not working on yourself, and you are not changing that, then that will continue on to other lifetimes until you learn that lesson. But you could also be highly conscious and consciously decide from the physical lifetime what you want your next incarnation to be. And you can work on what you want your next incarnation to be from the perspective of a lifetime that you are living. And so, in your reality, you can make your choices consciously or unconsciously, as this level of who you are living the human lifetime.

So in summation, you are responsible for your life and experiences. The energy you put out shows up in how life is flowing. Change your energy, change your life. It is as simple as that.

Are you living in the present moment? Do you enjoy the moment? Or are you not living in the present? Maybe you live in the future hoping and wishing for things to happen how you want or somehow change your life. Do you live in the past in pain or joy about what has occurred? But don’t know how to live for today? So why should you concern yourself with living in the now? And why might you want to do that? The answer is simple. Living in the present moment can create significant and vital impacts on your life.

And what is meant by the present moment? The present moment is the here and now. You may have never noticed if you actually do. For however many years you have lived on this planet, in this lifetime, have you ever experienced a time when your body was in the past or in the future? Of course not.

There is a single one of you who can say your body was in the past. But, as much as your mind may think it is in the past, your body would still be in the present moment. Definitely, so your body, your physical body, can only be right here, right now in this time, space reality.

The nature of your body is that it exists in time and space. However, your true nature is spiritual consciousness which animates the body. The body is actually a vessel for your Spirit. Your Spirit can be anytime, anyplace, anywhere. It is not limited by time or space.

Yet there are times when you and your body are in different places. Indeed, you have all had this experience. Your body is in the present moment, but your essence is not. Here are a couple of examples.

Did you ever take a simple car trip and travel from point A to B? You got in the car, and off you went. Next thing you know, you have arrived at your destination. But you have very minimal, if any, recollection of the time that has elapsed in between. You don’t remember the drive itself.

What happened? You were conscious when you got in the car and when you arrived at your destination. This is really, really common. It mainly happens on a trip that you do every day, like driving to work. It may occur on public transport as well. In those situations, you commonly phase out of this reality. You go somewhere else. So where did you go?

All manner of places. You might be in the future because you are thinking about your meeting with your boss. Maybe you are focusing on all the to-do lists that you have. You might be in the past and thinking about your argument with your life partner last night. Or you hope your child will do well in his math test. Your focus may have been on an unwell relative who lives abroad, and you are very concerned about them.

So your consciousness can be in a place other than your body. It can be in the past, future, or the present. But your body can only ever be here and now. So that’s what you meant by the present moment. It is right here, right now, where your body resides. So again, you, the Spirit, are not limited by time and space as your body is. This is because you are an eternal multi-dimensional being. And you exist beyond this current time-space reality.

So how can you be in the present moment with your body? And why would you want to do that anyway?

Think about your body as a focal point. It is a focal point. In this lifetime, it is your focal point for focusing your energy. Everything happens from this vehicle, this vessel. You create your reality from here. This is the piece of you that is in the here and now. It is what is continuously radiating energy that is the determining factor for creating your reality.

So if you vacate the vessel and relocate your consciousness, you are still creating your reality. But it is happening all very unconsciously. So if you can learn to be grounded, present, awake, and aware within the body, you can direct the vehicle. You can make conscious choices about your life. And you can be in charge of the energy field within your body.

This energy is what rules your manifestation, your ability to manifest. It is determined by that energy field by that energy vibration. So you want to be in charge of it, you want to be directing it. So that’s one excellent reason to stay close to your body. But how do you do it?

You have all heard of mindfulness. Well, mindfulness is probably the most common type of meditation practice that’s out there in the Western world. Mindfulness what does it mean in essence? It means being very present, awake, and aware. And how do you do it? Pay attention to the body and what’s going on in the body.

This practice draws you into the present moment, the point of maximum power for you to create your reality.

So the body has five senses. And when you focus on any of these five physical senses, such as sound, listening to your voice talking helps you come into the present moment. Because you are speaking in the here and now through your body, this brings your consciousness into focus. Your body is in the here and now, and if you listen to that sound or any sound around you, it helps keep you in the present.

Using your physical eyes to look at what is around you also grounds you in the present. You may see a plant or some flowers. This focus takes your mind out of the past or future thought process. It keeps you on this side.

Focus on your sense of touch. Feel your clothes, your skin, or anything. Touch it, feel it, sense it. It helps you come more fully into the body. Tastes or smells do the same as well.

All of these signals are from the five physical senses. They are being experienced by your body in the here and now. And focusing on them helps bring you into the present moment.

A widespread technique in mindfulness practice and most forms of meditation is focusing on the breath. Because as you are breathing in and breathing out, breathing in and breathing out, it is your body that is breathing. This focus on the body’s breath pulls you quickly into the present moment.

Suppose you find yourself angry, in a state of fear, or experiencing other negative emotions. In that case, you are probably slipping out of the present. Take a deep breath and exhale completely. Do not breathe back in. Hold it for as long as you can. Your mind thinks you are going to die and goes into survival mode. Instantly you will forget your negative state because you are facing peril in not breathing.

The body does some other things. For example, it has a heart, and the heart is constantly beating, constantly beating and distributing blood, oxygen, and nutrition around the body. So if you focus on the heartbeat that’s happening in your body, that also pulls you into the present moment.

So the more you focus on your body and what’s happening within your body, the more you are in the present moment. And as stated before, it might seem obvious, but actually, it is not so obvious. Most humans are not in the present moment and not in their bodies.

Like in the example earlier, you go on a trip and don’t even remember how you got from one place to another.

Both grounding and centering can help you be present in the here and now within the body.

Grounding is a spiritual energy technique to create an energy flow from your first chakra to the earth’s center. And it helps anchor you the high vibration consciousness into the body. It helps make it safe for high vibration energy to come into your body. There are lots of different ideas out there about what grounding is. For some people, it is to go and stand outside in the grass barefoot and connect with nature. And that can be an excellent way to focus on the here and now and your body. As Eckhart Tolle states in the Power Of Now, go and hug a tree.

The spiritual technique of grounding is potent and is also a way of helping you heal whatever reasons have caused you not to be in the body in the first place. So when you have pain and trauma, it may cause you to be unable to meditate. This discomfort often stems from painful situations and memories stored in the subconscious. Grounding helps you release that and make your vessel and body a more pleasant place to hang out.

The second spiritual technique is called centering. And it teaches you to place your conscious awareness in the center of your head. And so, of course, this instantly brings you into the present moment. And It is another way to bring your focus here into the present time where the body is. This is because by centering, you are sitting within the seat of consciousness within the body.

It also has many powers, one of which is the power of neutrality, which is brilliant. Because if, for some reason, you’ve stored some things in your body that you don’t like, and you don’t like being there when you are in the center of your head, you can be neutral and accepting. And then It is easier to release and let go of all anxieties and traumas.

Another common distraction from living in the present moment is spending time on the internet or playing a game online. It sucks your attention into that virtual space rather than being present within your body. So there are many common examples of how you do that and phase out of reality. And many people will be outside of the body because the body is not a pleasant place for them to be.

And why is this? It is because you have stored some unpleasant things within the body. So you start to come into the body and say you don’t like this place. It is not a pleasant place to be. So you are out of there.

Examples are if you’ve been through a traumatic experience. Often in a traumatic experience, your immediate reaction is just to leave. Or if you’ve spent a lot of time being drunk or high, you are not necessarily in the body when you do that. There can be other reasons like physical or emotional pain that’s going on in the body that you are in denial of. You don’t want to face or deal with it. And so you tend to float around in spiritual space, rather than time-space.

And it is a common thing as well, in many new age spiritual practices, to have your focus on heaven rather than Earth. But the more significant part of you is always out there and forgetting about down here and being here.

Meanwhile, you’ve created this body. So why have you created this body? You’ve created this body for a particular purpose. You have done so to have the experience of being in time-space reality. And then you forgot to drive the car, your physical vehicle. So you need to learn to drive the car. The vehicle, look after it, keep it clean and tidy. Hello, make it a pleasant place to hang out because you are driving. You are meant to be driving around in it all the time.

Has everything you desired become fulfilled in your reality? Do you attract abundance into your life? Are you a talented manifestor? Or not? There are ways to attract abundance and get what you want and need. There are some simple rules to manifestation and opening the flood gates to your desires.

The first rule of manifestation is to recognize where you are in life regarding your desires. So one good way to look at attracting abundance and manifestation is to think about the coaching wheel. If you are unfamiliar with a coaching wheel, it’s basically a wheel with many segments. And each segment is a different aspect of your life. So the segments may refer to aspects like career, family, friendships, spirituality, health, or wellbeing.

Generally, there are about twelve different areas. You can take the time to contemplate or meditate on each of those areas. Asking yourself questions like:

If you do that exercise, you can break your life down into those different areas. And you will see that perhaps in some areas, you generally feel quite fulfilled. But in other areas, there may be some work for you to do, because life is not feeling as wonderful as you would hope in that particular area.

Of course, to know if your desires are fulfilled, you kind of have to know what your desires are in the first place. If you don’t know what they are, how can you ask for them? Right? So step one is answering the question, “what do you want?” And this is how the idea of the coaching wheel can come into play.

You can get out of date with your desires. What you wanted to create when you were six years old might have been a white pony or an Action figure. And now, whatever age you are as an adult, obviously, these desires have changed. It is essential to be in the present time with your desires. You can easily have your energy invested in those passed desires you have not cleared. So it’s an excellent idea to pull your energy out of past time and those desires so that you can focus on what you want in the present moment.

Are you focused on yourself and what you need or desire? Some people are not. A mindset that is really common on the subject of knowing what you want is pleasing others. This is especially common in women. You can be so focused on caring for others, pleasing others, and prioritizing the needs of other people in your life that all your energy is taken up in that. Whether it’s the needs of your parents, children, or partner, your total energy is consumed.

Indeed, you have met many women over the years, including me, at one point, when having their needs come first was a completely foreign concept. Regardless of who you are, there are things that you can actually want. And it’s not always about everybody else. And yes, of course, you do. And it’s not all about everybody else. And that is okay. But if that is where your energy is tied up, you can be entirely out of balance. You will be out of touch with yourself. You can be completely unaware of your own needs.

So you need to know what you want to ask for. And to do that, you need to focus on yourself. And you need to be in the present time with yourself. Then, once you know what you want, it’s important to actually ask for your desires and believe that you can have them.

So now you know what you desire. How and who, do you ask? There are different ways that you can ask for what you want. You could write it down in a list, use a visualization technique to visualize it, and so on. In my manifestation course, much of what we do are visualization techniques and energizing your visualizations to make them more energized, so they’re more powerful.

As a quick review regarding how to attract abundance:

Being in the present time also means that you visualize what you want or desire as existing right now. State it in real time as if it is happening at this time. For example, instead of hoping for a pony one-day, use statements as if your desire has come true. Use statements such as “I love my pony,” “my pony makes me so happy,” and “I feel special because I have my pony.”

By hoping for future fulfillment, you are keeping yourself stuck in the wanting. You don’t have it, but you hope you get it one day. If you do that, then you are diluting your energy. You need to be present in the body, too, because your body is the point of power. It is from your body that you are radiating matching energy and magnetizing your attraction to that which you desire. So if you’re not in the body or not in the present, then it’s not actually going to help manifest things into your life.

Feel precisely how you will feel in the situation where you have a pony. Actually feeling it. Be the vibration of it. Because you create your reality from your energy state and being in a low vibrational operational state will create a reality you do not prefer. Being in a high vibrational state will help you to align with your higher being, and you will feel better. Your emotions are part of your overall vibration.

So you have an energy field made up of different things, but one of them is your emotional energy. And so manifestation is enhanced by developing your awareness of your emotions. Learn to be aware and monitor the vibrational state of your emotions on a daily, hourly, and a minute by minute basis because you can consciously shift out of the negative low-vibration emotions like fear, anger, or depression to joy, appreciation, and love. Emotional vibrations and your thoughts have an impact on your ability to manifest.

Thoughts create emotional states. Thinking things like, “I am not good enough,” “I am not worthy,” or nobody loves me” will lower your vibration. And if you think thoughts like that repeatedly, daily, it’s no wonder that you’re not manifesting the things you desire. Things will not show up in your life if they cannot match their vibratory state. Because the Law Of Attraction says, you’re going to get back whatever it is that you’re putting out.

So manifesting what you want is much easier if you transmit a positive synced signal. You can change your life by monitoring your thought patterns and changing negative thinking.

And so, eliminating sabotaging limiting thoughts and transforming negative into positive thinking will help you with your manifestation.

So talking about thoughts, let’s go on to the thoughts you just keep on thinking which are called beliefs. Let me repeat that. Beliefs are thoughts that you keep on thinking over and over again. Really, that is all a belief is. You believe these beliefs, but they are just thought with an energy construct. They are the foundation of your life. That you are operating from. You may feel that they are carved into stone. But these foundation stones can be smashed and replaced with different ones.

Many of these beliefs in your belief system, if not all, are not yours. You are programmed with them. They are downloaded into your psyche by your parents, teachers, friends, peers, culture, religion, politics, and media, to sight a few. So you need to examine your beliefs. You need to ask yourself if each belief is genuinely your belief or not.

Once you determine a belief to be yours, examine if it is a limiting belief. Why is this particular belief so important? For example, if you have been told you can’t create what you want, where does that leave you? So you need to change the belief that you can’t create what you want to the belief that you can create anything you want.

You can be really good at visualization and all the manifestation techniques. But if you don’t believe you can have it, or you don’t believe you deserve it, or you believe money runs through your fingers like water, you are still not going to be a successful manifestor.

So to successfully create your reality, you need to eliminate doubt. Because the more you doubt yourself and your ability to manifest, the more that that keeps what you want to manifest at bay. So it will take much longer, the more you doubt, for your manifestation to be created, if at all.

Another common trap to hold back attracting abundance is the blame game. Blaming other people for your reality being the way it is. You believe it’s someone else’s fault. It’s their fault that your life isn’t going how you want it. When you do this, you are giving away your power if you do that, and you do not believe in yourself and your own power to manifest.

How to manifest someone to contact you if you have your ringer turned off? You can’t. Basically, setting intentions and doing all the visualization is terrific. But, if you are blind to the fulfillment aspect of manifestation, you will fail.

You need to recognize when what you have asked for arrives. So many people, when trying to manifest things, set intentions and ask for something specific they desire. And something comes to them, but not quite as they imagined it to be.

For example, you may want the freedom to travel, which means you want a car. Suddenly somebody offers you a car. But it’s just not your favorite color. You completely miss the gift. You need to be able to recognize your creations when they arrive on your doorstep. And the fulfillment of your efforts may not always look exactly like you imagined.

Another example is you may wish to attract abundance in the form of money. Basically, how to attract unexpected money. You take a walk and find a quarter. You pick it up. This is financial abundance testing you out. Are you being grateful? Do you recognize this as abundance? Don’t forget to keep your eyes and heart open when that happens. Say thank you, thank you, thank you. If you cannot be thankful for a quarter, why would the Universe fulfill your desire for wealth?

One of the most common topics in the metaphysical realm is the aura. Yet, the importance of things like how to see aura issues, dirty auras, or even holes in your aura is underestimated. Your aura reflects much about your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychic health. Therefore, understanding and monitoring your aura can be a real asset for staying on track in your life.

What is an aura, and what does it do? Let’s look at it as a window through which you see reality. And also the window through which reality sees you. If your window is clean and clear, you will have a clearer view of reality. And other people will be able to see you more clearly.

If, on the other hand, the window of your aura is not clean. Suppose it’s all dirty, just like if the windows in your house were not very clean, it’s harder for you to see through the dirty glass.

This is a straightforward analogy. Yet it conveys the idea that your energy field should be kept clean and transparent if you like to monitor certain aspects of your overall health and welfare. But it is also vital if you want to develop your psychic abilities and use your intuition. So this is a dual path. One side of the path is self-healing. And the other side of the path is learning to activate and use your psychic abilities.

But if you don’t do the self-healing part, you won’t be as successful at the psychic part.

So what might your aura be dirty? Why might it not be clear? Why might it be like the dirty window? What kinds of muck might be present clouding your window? But the most important question needing answering is why is it important to know the answer to these questions?

Ultimately there are a few different answers. As a general response, the aura reflects who you are, your physical energy levels, and those of your Higher Being, Spirit. There can be things stored in your energy field which can cause you to be out of alignment. So one of those things could be what you call foreign energy. And that term just means any energy that’s not you.

Let’s look at this auric field energy. If you think about Planet Earth and its electromagnetic field flowing from the north to south poles. If you have ever seen a diagram of this energy flow, it’s like the toroidal field of a magnet. This toroidal shape is like a figure eight or a strange doughnut shape. And the human energy field is very, very similar to that and, in general, moves in a similar way.

Any energy that’s not you in your auric field is foreign energy in your system. This energy does not match your unique vibration and will dirty your aura. There could be past experiences that were unpleasant or traumatic. And you may have stored the memory of those past traumatic experiences in your energy field.

If you have done that, you are looking at reality through that filter of trauma. When you do that, it colors your reality and the way you see the world. It can also result in recreating the events and produce more trauma. This is because that is the lens through which you are looking at the world. And more importantly, that is the vibration that you are carrying.

So past time experiences trauma can cloud your aura. Another example of something detrimental to your aura health and clarity is negative emotions. So often, you will store your past experiences, together with the emotions you felt at the time. And if the emotions were fear, sadness, pain, or hate, you carry those dense vibrations in your energy field. And they are out of alignment with your true vibration. Your true vibration is more like the vibration of love.

So those low vibration or bad feeling emotions in your energy field can be part of the dirty window effect. And thoughts, thought patterns, negative thinking and beliefs, and self-limiting beliefs can all be part of generating low vibratory states.

So you are not good enough is low vibration belief, which is out of alignment with your higher being and can cause a state of negative spiritual energy. Repetitive negative thinking, thoughts like something isn’t going to work or not being successful, has the same effect. This kind of thinking definitely impacts your overall spiritual vibration. This behavior impacts how you view reality and, in turn, can contribute to this dirty aura window effect.

The goal of psychic development is to provide the tools to aid in healing aura issues and then cleaning the dirty window. You can clear all of these foreign energies, past time energies, unsupportive beliefs, negative emotions, and so on, from your system. The result is that you reflect more of a vibration in alignment with your higher being. You are observing your actual reality and therefore creating your reality through that clear window of the soul. Your aura is the window of the soul and has been referred to as the fingerprint of God.

Your aura is your unique energy signature. It’s your book of you and contains all the information about you. What you think and feel determines what kind of growth is going on in your reality. And that can either be a spotless, clear glass view or a dirty, mucky, messed-up panorama. It all depends on the vibrations you have in your system.

One of the psychic abilities is Clairvoyance. This is the ability to see things that cannot be seen by the human eye. An aura reading is an excellent way to judge whether or not there is an issue with your auric energy field. From that point, you can make the required adjustments necessary to change your vibration.

How would you know if your aura is healthy? As mentioned, a psychic aura reading is an excellent way to determine any issues and if anything is out of alignment with your higher being. There can be some other things that you can look at in determining if you have a healthy aura or not. One of them is to monitor the motion of the energy.

Is the energy in your auric field moving? A sign of a healthy aura is that the energy is in motion. It’s moving. It’s not stuck. There’s flow happening.

Another example of good aura health is the quality of vibration. Is the vibration high, bright, vibrant, dull, dreary, or heavy? Okay, the brighter and the higher the vibration, the healthier the energy field is.

Well, one of the things that can expose whether your aura is healthy is aura color. Everybody talks about aura colors. However, many people persist that an aura should be a specific color. The color may be essential, but it is not constant. The colors of the rainbows differ because of the length of the light energy wave so does the aura color. It is the result of the frequency of the vibration.

Also, it’s not necessarily the color of the aura. Still, it can be the density, the opaqueness, the clarity, or how dark or light it may be.

Sometimes you meet people who say, “Well, my aura is blue,” and it turns out they went to a psychic ten years ago. At that time, they were told that their aura was blue. And then that’s what they believe about their aura. But your aura is not just one color. It’s changing all the time. In fact, your aura emanates from your chakra system.

Your aura is your coat of many colors. It is made up of layers of interpenetrating energy that emanate from the chakras. So each layer is a different vibration. And sometimes, each layer has more than one vibration within it. And so, it’s not just one permanent color. Just as your mood changes during the day, the colors in your energy field also change.

Your aura reflects what you’re going through, what situation you’re in, what you are processing, how you are feeling, and what you are thinking. So, for example, if somebody feels aggressive towards somebody else, that’s a particular energy pattern. Then you may see particular colors in their auric field that reflect that this person is now angry. You will see different colors if somebody is feeling sad. And so on, depending on the emotional state that they are in, depending on what they’re thinking.

Your energy field shifts and changes. The color of your aura also depends on what spiritual growth cycle you are experiencing. You are always learning new things. You are always learning on the level of your life experience and expanding on the level of that experience. And your energy field reflects the growth and learning that you are undergoing. And so somebody who is a competent aura reader can look at you and give you information. They can explain information about what growth you are going through on all levels of your reality.

Your auric energy is more than just colors and vibrational frequency. The human aura is multi-layered. Each layer of the aura relates to a different aspect of your life.

So the first layer relates more to survival, the physical world, physical reality, and so on. The second layer relates more to emotions, sexuality, and relationships. Finally, the third layer relates to energy distribution, out-of-body experience, and astral travel. And so, by learning to focus on different aspects of your auric energy field, a Clairvoyant can give you an aura reading. They can give you information that reflects those different aspects of your life.

How you work on the changes you need to make concerning the issue found during a reading is up to you. You may work on the issues on your own. You can even take psychic development classes to aid you in fine-tuning your requirements or monitoring your growth. On the other hand, you can work with a spiritual guide or mentor like me. Either way works. It is all about your choice and circumstances. The important part is taking action. Doing nothing changes nothing.
