Are you aware that within the chakra system, you have hand chakras and foot chakras? Well, you do, and they are very multi-tasking. So let’s investigate these interesting energy centers as part of the deep dive into the material presented in the book Intuition And Chakras, authored by Dr. Lesley Phillips.

So what might your hand chakras and foot chakras have to do with your psychic abilities? Maybe these lesser-known chakras don’t sound as sexy to people as the third eye, but in a way, they are as psychically active, if not more so.

Think about your handshake. How often do you shake hands with people or touch them somehow? For many of you, these touches can be very sensitive to energy. The reason for this is the marvelous psychic gift of Clairtangency. Several different psychic abilities are contained under the umbrella of the psychic sense of Clairtangency, the ability to feel universal energy.

There are four different psychic abilities that your hand chakras are involved with:

Psychometry is the ability to feel and sense the energy stored within an object with your hands. Most commonly, people who practice psychometry read a piece of jewelry regularly worn by an individual. The energy of that piece of jewelry will tell you things about that person.

The reason for this is that all objects store energy. For example, if one wears a piece of jewelry often enough, it absorbs the individual’s energy. The energy tells a tale of that object and the person wearing it.

A Psychometrician is a person who performs psychometry. They do so by holding it in their hands and using their hand chakras to sense the energy in that object. They can read and translate the information of that individual.

So, for example, if you were holding this ring I am wearing, you could read the energy of three generations of my family that is stored in it. It was worn by my grandmother, my mother, and now worn by me. My grandfather purchased it while stationed in North Korea and smuggled it into the UK in his socks. So it has a tale to tell.

So the idea is that one can read the energy using the hand chakras, whether it’s jewelry, an item of clothing, or some other treasured belonging.

Another example of Clairtangency could be working with crystals and stones. Crystals will absorb energy and store energy. So you can actually program crystals with energy and information. This energy or information can be read using your hand chakras.

Another example of using the hand chakras in sensing energy and this general component of psychometry is dowsing.

So hopefully, you have seen the idea of dowsing. Dowsing for water is traditional in England and also the USA. Typically a dowser will find a Hazelwood twig, usually one that looks like an elongated slingshot. It has a straight part and then two long handles. They hold it in their hands. The dowsing branch twitches or bends when water is sensed under the surface.

You can also use copper rods. They will move to demonstrate the edges of the auric field.

Finally, working with the pendulum is a form of psychometry. And so you all know that the old midwives. They would take a necklace and hold it over the tummy of a pregnant lady, and they could tell if it were a girl or a boy.

All these examples of psychometry, Clairtangency, relate to using the sensitivity of the chakras in the center of your palms to feel and read energy.

So psychic ability number one associated with the hand chakras is psychometry. But you can extend that to some other things. For example, you may also use this psychic sensitivity in your hand chakras in energy healing.

And so, the hand chakras can be very much involved in the idea of healing because you can use them to feel the auric field. Everything is made up of electromagnetic energy. And everything is emitting and circulating electromagnetic energy through energy fields. So you can feel the auric field of anything, whether it’s a living creature or even an inanimate object. And so, using the Clairtangency aspect of your hand chakras, you can sense energy and the energy blocks where the energy is moving freely and clearly.

You can also read what type of energy is present. For example, you can learn the difference between fear, anger, or different things just by feeling how it feels through your hand chakras.

You can also extend how you use your hand chakras during an energy healing. You can also transmit healing energy. You can direct the transmission of healing energy using your palm chakras.

Also, if you’re healing a chakra, you can sense the energy of the chakra and where it might be blocked.

So your hand chakras are important energy centers. Very important indeed. And can be applied in many, many ways.

Another related psychic ability is telekinesis. I must add that there aren’t many people you meet who have a powerful version of this psychic power.

Telekinesis is like energy healing. It draws on a combination of chakras. So both of these abilities connect information from the crown chakra, the sixth chakra, the first chakra, and the hand chakra.

For example, when giving a healing, you need to be really grounded through your first chakra, the root chakra. And you use your sixth and seventh chakra and the hand chakras to be aware of information and direct energy. And it’s the same with telekinesis.

What Is Telekinesis?

Telekinesis is the ability to change the molecular structure of a physical object. A classic example is Uri Geller, who was world-renowned for bending spoons. Another example would be that of an Indian guru levitating off the ground.

So this psychic ability is the capability to interfere with or change the natural state of an item. And directing the energy and intention into the object, you want to create a change through your hand chakras and your intention. So it can be thought of as triangulating your hand chakras with the sixth and seventh chakra.

Hollywood is fascinated with telekinesis. There are all different blockbusters with many different versions of it:

The psychic energy runs down your arms and out through the palms of your hands. Because of this, the energy can be directed during healing. But it can also be energy directed to the purpose of manifestation.

Think about your hands. They are one of the most creative parts of you. All-day

long, you use them in some form of a creative way. Whether you are cooking a meal, writing notes, or painting. You use your hands to create your reality in one form or another. For example, when doing a painting, you might have a vision, and then you use your hands to bring into reality that vision.

Your feet are very close to the ground. They actually touch the ground for the best part of a day. So it stands to reason that each foot chakra does as well. The feet chakras are below the first chakra, the root chakra. And the first chakra is related to physical reality. So it deals with your information about the physical world.

This relationship includes everything about the physical world and the physical transmission and transfer of energy and information in some form between you and the planet. So everywhere you go, every step you take, an intimate relationship is happening between you and the planet. You are drawing energy and information from the planet. And you are also transmitting energy and information to the planet.

And so, tuning into the energy channels of the energy vortices and energy patterns on the planet is one of the rolls of the foot chakras. This relationship between you and the planet through your foot chakras works together with your root chakra.

Are your emotions in check? Do you trust your gut feelings? If not your second chakra, the sacral chakra, also known as the Svadhisthana Chakra, may have issues.

The Svadhisthana Chakra is another component of the deep dive through the chakra system we have been doing over the past 7 weeks. We have been following the information in Dr. Lesley Phillips’s book, “Intuition And Chakras,” to unlock the secrets of these unique energy centers.

All right. So do you trust your gut? So what are we talking about when we say do you trust your gut. Simply it is all about the psychic ability called Clairsentience, which is channeled through the second chakra, the Svadhisthana Chakra, also known as the Sacral Chakra. So we’re talking about the second chakra, and we’re talking about a particular psychic ability. Most humans have the experience of a gut reaction or a gut feeling when it comes to such things as:

Have you had that experience of a severe gut feeling or a gut reaction about something? You actually feel it in your gut, your sacral chakra area. The second chakra is about two finger widths below the navel. And it’s where your “guts” are. This energy center is also the seat of your emotions, emotional reality, sexuality, and creative expression.

Suppose you have identified with your svadhisthana chakra or seated your consciousness within that second chakra. In that case, the experience is very much sitting within your emotional body.

So depending on what your emotional reality is, it could be quite the roller coaster ride or stormy weather in that second chakra. It could seem to be like a whirlwind of activity. With an overactive sacral chakra, you can even have a bad gut feeling for no reason. And so it may not always be the most comfortable place.

One way to help clear an emotional build-up or overactive sacral chakra is to move the focus of your consciousness. For example, you can calm the storm of emotions by focusing your conscious energy and seating it in the center of your head, in your sixth chakra.

This is a fantastic skill. Focusing your consciousness on the sixth chakra will put you above your emotions. No chakra exists as an island. It’s called the chakra system for a reason. Sometimes people confuse their emotions with their intuition. It is not difficult to get your emotions, and your intuition twisted and not be able to tell them apart. So let’s talk about emotions and intuition a little bit.

So what are the emotions? Emotions are a feedback mechanism from your body to you. They help you understand how your body is responding to a specific situation you are in. It could be a physical situation, fight or flight, like being afraid because there is a saber-toothed Tiger over there.

As opposed to being an environmental issue, it could be mental. For example, you may have anxious thoughts about things, and the body reacts to that. So the emotions are your body telling you how it’s feeling. The psychic ability, Clairsentience, is your power to translate those emotional signals from the body.

You are not solely your body. You are Spirit in a human body. But Clairsentience is an ability that allows you, as your Higher Self, Spirit, to communicate with your body. So Clairsentience is involved in body-spirit communication. And its primary purpose is to help you with your relationship with your body and your emotional levels.

Of course, it benefits you to have a harmonious relationship with your body. Many humans don’t. Many people ignore their emotions. Either they push them down, bury them, deny them, or they come out spilling out in inappropriate ways. And because of this dis-harmonious relationship between body and Spirit, many of you operate primarily from an emotional level.

You are being governed by your second chakra, acting out of emotions. You can think of the body a bit like a wild stallion with a natural tendency to run wild. Unless you, the high vibration consciousness, can tame it somehow and take the reins, your emotional body will also run wild. And your Clairsentience helps you to do that. It helps you to communicate with the body on the level of these gut feelings.

So, if you think about emotions, you could put them in two simple categories, good feeling emotions and bad feeling emotions. And they act somewhat like like a spiritual compass.

Bad or negative feelings will tell you you are out of alignment with your higher self. In other words, your body and Spirit are misaligned. And the more negative or lower vibration of the emotion, the further away you are from being in alignment from you with your higher being.

And positive emotions will tell you that you are moving into or are in a state of alignment with your higher self. Okay, so if you feel good, it’s a clue as to your spiritual alignment. For example, suppose you feel positive and happy, joyous, celebrating life, or feelings of love, gratitude, or peace. In that case, you are in a matching vibration with your higher being. Your body’s emotional feedback mechanism, your sacral chakra, the Svadhisthana Chakra, will tell you so.

But if you feel in a state of fear inappropriately, hate, and so on, then you are out of alignment with your higher self and its natural state of being. You are the spiritual consciousness being of high vibration. You are a particle of God, which is the vibration of love. And so one of the things you are aiming for here while in these physical bodies is to bring that love and positive energy and channel it through the body.

So your Clairsentience will tell you whether you are or are not fulfilling that high vibratory state. When most people think about psychic abilities, they think about reading other people more than they think about reading themselves. But really, when you think about it, the most important thing is you. Remember, the goal is an alignment with your higher being. Unless you are being yourself, you can’t really help anybody else.

Your psychic abilities are always there. However, you may not be tapped in and tuned in to them. So remember the emotions are coming from the body, and you can have emotions all over the place, left, right and center. But are you paying attention to those emotions as the higher consciousness being that you are? And are you having it be a two-way conversation between you and your body? Because each you can have things go on all that come from sorts of programming levels.

And so Clairsentience is what enables you to have that communication level with your body and tend and listen to your body. Why are you afraid? Why are you angry? Why are you jealous? Why are you whatever it is? And what do you you know, what do you? And then you can discover what you can do as a course correction.

And now we come to one of the challenges around the second chakra and this psychic ability. And this psychic ability lends to the idea of people who call themselves empaths or highly sensitive individuals. Other people affect you so much. You can’t be in a crowd. Clairsentience can sometimes turn you into an emotional sponge, taking on other people’s emotions.

Often you don’t recognize the difference between your emotions and those of others. The problem is, those are not your feelings. They are owned by somebody else. They don’t belong in your space or your body. They can put you into an out-of-alignment state. And suppose you demonstrate a load of emotional energy from different sources. In that case, you will feel really overwhelmed and very confused.

So, people who are empathic and who are, we could say, learning about their second chakra can be labeled as overly-sensitive individuals. If you are one of these people, you tend to be a people pleaser. You are always aware of other people’s feelings, and you want to make sure they feel good so that you can feel good.

They feel good, so you can feel safe, and all of that kind of thing. You can have issues setting boundaries, right? You can have issues around even realizing your own needs. Because your needs are so intertwined with other people’s needs, you seem to have no boundaries. You are constantly running around trying to be of service to others. So you are putting other people first and putting yourself last. It just leads to this recipe of feeling completely drained and overwhelmed. You need boundaries.

As stated earlier, a sacral chakra meditation that helps seat your consciousness in the sixth chakra will allow you to make separations between your needs and others.

Before we answer the question “why is my throat chakra blocked” we need to examine the different aspects of the fifth chakra itself. So the throat chakra location, given its name, is at the base of your neck. And it’s actually located near your thyroid gland. And it flows from front to back through that location.

In the previous 5 parts of this deep dive into Dr. Lesley Phillips’s book, Intuition And Chakras, we have discussed most of the chakra system:

One of the least considered chakras is the fifth chakra. The throat chakra is quite important to you. It relates to all things connected to communication, both what you might call physical communication and spiritual communication.

This means anything to do with your self-expression, how you interact and have conversations with people, how you present yourself in the world, and how you express yourself. These are mostly part of your physical communication.

A whole bunch of psychic abilities are channeled through the fifth chakra. And those are led by your inner voice. And your inner voice is the voice of your higher being, you as Spirit, channeled through you. So it is the voice that sounds like you that is always loving and supportive and gives you excellent guidance.

Another psychic gift is clear-hearing or Clairaudience, one of the four primary psychic abilities called the Four Clairs. Clairaudience is your ability to hear other spirits. When you hear your messages, it could be your spirit guides talking to you.

You could be receiving messages in the form of music and songs and that kind of thing.

And then there is telepathic communication, which is essentially nonverbal. The fifth chakra relates to these telepathic channels. This is also a way that humans can communicate with animals and plants. And there are two types of telepathy, both of which involve sending and receiving information. One type of this communication is called broadband telepathy. The other is called narrowband telepathy.

So narrowband is one-on-one telepathic communication. This is what most people think of when they think of telepathy. The direct, non-verbal communication between two people.

Whereas broadband is one-to-many or many-to-one. This means it could be someone who is a speaker, and they are broadcasting a message to a whole group of people. So as well as the words you are saying, there is also information going telepathically into the crowd. Or vice-versa, you are receiving multiple messages from many people simultaneously. This form of telepathy is difficult not only to perform but accept. Too many voices.

And then, the final aspect of telepathic communication is pragmatic intuition. Another name for pragmatic intuition is practical, everyday intuition. It’s the kind of thing where you are about to leave the house on a nice day weather-wise. But something tells you to take an umbrella. So even though there is no sign of rain, you do the practical thing. And then you are vindicated later on because it does end up raining.

What might be some signs that you are having some issues with your throat chakra? And some of them are kind of obvious if you think about it on a physical level. For example, you may need to constantly clear your throat; you have a frog in your throat. Other signs may be more severe. Such signs can include laryngitis, sore throat, tonsillitis, or anything else along those lines. It is easy to relate to things in your fifth chakra that may be out of the norm.

Also, thyroid issues may indicate that you have a throat chakra blockage because your fifth chakra is definitely associated with your thyroid gland. So that can also be linked to your fifth chakra having some issues. Possibly things like speech issues such as a delay or developmental aspects of a child who does not speak as early as expected.

So if you expand on any or all of the earlier mentioned issues, you may have a revelation. As you think beyond the physical to the emotional level, there are more throat chakra blocked symptoms that may become apparant.

Many physical representations of a throat chakra imbalance can manifest as non-physical issues. They can be classified as emotional problems or challenges. These challenges could include such examples as:

Many people see a failure to speak up for themselves as simply being shy. This may be precisely that, simple shyness. But where does shyness stem from? Some other examples of a throat chakra issue could be things like generally feeling uneasy and uninspired and not wanting to express that creative impulse through self-expression. You could also be a poor communicator, which could show up differently. Maybe your message is unclear, or you don’t know what your message is. There could be situations when you are trying to express yourself, and it does not come out transparently. So you could be a poor communicator. You could be a poor listener. Another example of a throat chakra issue is when you dominate someone by speaking over the top of them.

Many people do not recognize a throat chakra imbalance of some nature as being a significant issue. Therefore, some of the following examples may seem to be harsh statements. Still, they are accurate representations of how some people may feel. Here are a few more illustrations of discernment problems that may occur along with a throat chakra issue.

Many of you are confused about spiritual communication. This is when you are connecting with your higher self. During this type of communication, it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed because of the amount of information coming to you or the many different voices. You don’t know who to listen to.

Some people may even get to the point where they wonder about their sanity. Are they going crazy because there is all of this stuff going on? You know, the “only crazy people hear voices” theory.

And it could also be that you are confused about your inner voice or what it sounds like. You could be confused about your spirit guides. So there are so many different ways in which a blocked throat chakra can manifest. And of course, underlying those different manifestations of it being blocked, there can be various personal beliefs that become embedded, basically programmed, in your psyche.

We touched on them, but for example, you are too shy to speak up, have problems expressing yourself, believe that you are unworthy, or not clever and not intelligent. You could have a belief that who’s going to listen to you anyway. You could have a belief that you are going to be rejected if you speak up or you are going to be attacked in some way.

There can be many different layers of beliefs that underpin why you are afraid to speak up, and often you will have your origins in childhood. And you do have a lot of programming in our culture, or at least you used to when you were growing up. For example, the old child-rearing motto is that children should be seen and not heard. So many of you were told to go and sit in the corner and be quiet. So many of you have had experiences like that.

Every single one of you is different. You are each a unique aspect of divine consciousness. Because the One the Great All That Is, has fragmented itself into many different aspects of itself. And each one of those aspects has a unique perspective. And you are one of those aspects of God, of the Divine. So it’s never true that you have nothing to say or share or that your perspective is invalid. You are one of the perspectives of God.

There are ways to get through these throat chakra imbalances. First, you can practice a daily throat chakra meditation that grounds negative energy. You can work with your healing Spirit Guides or spiritual healer like me to help facilitate clearing and balancing. So if you have asked yourself the question, “why is my throat chakra blocked‘ or “why am I the way I am around communication,” there is a way to get an answer. Regardless of what path you take, it is well worth the effort.

Many of you are aware of your third eye and that it relates to psychic properties like Clairvoyance. But did you know that the third is ineffective without a pineal gland activation? The sixth chakra and the pineal gland are being examined in this edition of the deep dive miniseries. This information relates to some of the subject matter in my book, Intuition, And Chakras. Intuition And Chakrasis about the many different psychic abilities and their corresponding chakras. This is a journey through your chakra system, which is the communication channel for psychic and intuitive abilities, also known as extrasensory perception or ESP.

Your third eye relates to your sixth chakra, also called your brow chakra. This energy center is situated in the center of your forehead. This chakra is a continuous swirling vortex of energy. And if you look at you it from the front, it looks like a Catherine Wheel, a spinning wheel of multi-colored fireworks.

Looking at it from the side, it looks like a sideways spinning funnel, and the sixth chakra energy center goes all the way through your head. So your third eye is actually located where the pineal gland.

So your sixth chakra looks like a spinning disk or funnel. Both views go through the center of your forehead and continue through your head. And the center of your head is known as the Third Eye. Why? Because this is where your pineal gland is situated.

And the pineal gland, in esoteric or metaphysical circles and in the western tradition, is known as the seat of the soul. In Eastern tradition, it’s called the Upper Dantian. And it is where you, the spiritual consciousness, can sit within your physical system.

So the pineal gland is called the third eye because it contains photoreceptor cells like a gland that is a receptacle for light. And scientists don’t know a lot about that gland. But they do know it is involved in the sleep-wake cycle. It produces melatonin and detects if it’s daylight or time to sleep.

But esoterically speaking, you, the high vibration being, the pineal gland, acts as a receptacle for your spiritual light. A place where the spiritual you can sit within your body and experience yourself as Spirit while in human form.

And one of the ancient mysteries is being able to understand the pineal gland. So to learn to access and experience a pineal gland activation and consciously understand how to use and operate your Clairvoyance. This is how it was known in the ancient mystery schools.

And if you research the term pineal gland and Eye of Horus, you will find all sorts of diagrams that show you the Eye of Horus superimposed over those structures in the brain. As the ancient Egyptians knew about the pineal gland and to access their consciousness there. So when you focus your energy in the center of your head, you are activating that pineal gland, as well as the psychic ability of Clairvoyance.

In other words, the seat of the soul is the seat of your ability to see as Spirit. And, and so Clairvoyance is such a precious gift. Because one of the things that it does for you is it gives you neutrality. As Spirit, you are neutral. But, as your body personality, you tend not to be neutral. This is because one of the aspects of the human experience is dealing with your emotions, your intellect, and the other characteristics of your ego.

For this reason, it’s so common for humans to be in a state of judgment. Whether that is judging somebody else, judging yourself, or feeling critical about something. And in fact, in a way, the role of the intellect is to be quite critical by putting things in boxes to understand them.

This constantly being in a state of judgment and non-acceptance can get you into trouble. However, if you can learn to focus and seat your consciousness in your pineal gland, your third eye, you activate your Clairvoyance. And using your Clairvoyance, you become the neutral observer of your reality. You can be an impartial witness to what is going on in your life. You can observe yourself and your life creations from a state of neutrality and nonjudgment. So why should that be important to you?

For several reasons, being an unbiased observer of your life is beneficial. One reason is that when you judge something, you generally don’t like it. You may wish it would change. But you can’t change anything in your life while you are still in judgment. So first, you need to accept it.

So being in the center of your head, your pineal gland, allows you to change things you want to change in your reality. The main reason for this is that it immediately puts you into a state of acceptance of what is. From this point, you can then use the Law Of Attraction to attain your desired life. You must be open and accepting. You also must be in a place where you are positive and can actually see the thing you are in the process of manifesting. They must seem as being authentic and already in existence in your life. You cannot attract anything to you from a place of lack, want, or judgment.

So why work towards learning how to open your third eye? A standard third eye-opening experience is that you activate your psychic ability of clear-seeing, Clairvoyance. This is not only a wonderful gift for yourself but can also help others.

Many people search for a Clairvoyant reading for one reason or another. You and they will have a much better experience if you are neutral with them. Coming from a neutral place is much better than being in a state of judgment and superimposing any ideas upon them.

So the pineal gland, the third eye, the center of your head, is this extraordinary place where you can sit and have that gift of neutrality. It also helps you focus on the present moment, just like grounding. The reason for this neutrality focuses on the energy in your body. Your body is in the present moment. And so when you are in the center of your head, you are in the here and now. And you are focusing your energy on the here and now.

Being fully present makes you a compelling presence and a powerful creator of your own life. The more diffuse your energy, the less powerful you are and the less connected you are with reality.

So you now understand that the pineal gland activates your psychic gift of Clairvoyance. So what exactly is Clairvoyance? The first point you learned was it allows you to see things from a neutral position without judgment. Also, pineal gland activation allows you to see as Spirit.

Another ability of Clairvoyance is it allows you to see energy, including spirits. So when you are focused and in the seat of your soul, the pineal gland activates a unique ability. This ability is seeing energy like Auric Fields and the different chakras spinning. You can also see your spirit guides and other kinds of energy phenomena.

As a Clairvoyant, you can look in somebody’s energy field and see different packages of energy and the information they have stored there. These energies can look like a symbol, a picture, a little movie, a little memory, or a little vignette. It also enables you to see geometric patterns connected to mathematical formulae. And all these things contain information that Clairvoyance allows you to unpackage and translate into a special meaning.

Like other chakras, the sixth chakra is a conduit for spiritual information. But unlike any other chakra, the third eye is critical when you want to delve deeply into your psychic abilities. Without access to the neutrality offered by this chakra, you will not be able to function fully as a Psychic. Also, that level of neutrality gives you a form of protection. For example, if you sit in the heart chakra, you are more likely to go into sympathy and merge with somebody.

How is your heart chakra doing? Do you need a heart chakra healing? Actually, the question might be better put, “how do you know you need a heart chakra healing?” Well, in this edition of the deep dive of Dr. Lesley Phillips’s book,  Intuition And Chakras, the topic will be aspects of the fourth chakra, the Heart Chakra. The first thing that will come to your mind will be love, of course. But there is more to it.

The Sanskrit word for the heart chakra is “Anahata .”The translation is unstruck, unhurt and unbeaten. This primary chakra is the fourth of seven in the chakra system. The central aspect of this energy center is that It acts as the center of love for oneself and others. Some of the qualities and concerns of the heart chakra are:

Of all the beautiful qualities of the heart chakra, love may be the primary. However, there is more to it from the perspective of intuition and psychic abilities. Because that is really what you are about and what my Intuition And Chakras reveal. 

So, if you are interested, do an internet search about the chakras or go into your local metaphysical bookstore. You’ll find a lot of information about chakras. But they mainly involve chakra healing, cleansing, and clearing. The goal is mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. And that is a very valid approach to learning about the chakras. But few people, if anyone, have written about psychic abilities related to the chakras and how all of the chakras channel different psychic abilities. 

The heart chakra relates to two primary psychic abilities, which are relatively unspoken in the metaphysical community. The two aspects of the heart chakra being referred to are Oneness and Affinity. So how do Oneness and Affinity impact you and your life? 

Another way of saying Oneness is the interconnectedness of all things. Well, that is a short phrase, the interconnectedness of all things. But what does interconnectedness mean? It means all things in the universe, known and unknown, literally all things, everything. Everything that you can comprehend, everything that you can’t comprehend, everything that you can think of, and everything you can’t. Everything is all things; all people, animals, plants, minerals, planets, universes, beings, everything. So interconnectedness means all these things and more are interconnected. 

And you can experience that interconnectedness, that feeling of connection to all that exists. You can do so through this aspect of Oneness and your heart chakra. This is important to understand. The concept of Oneness can be misunderstood. Much of the time, even in spiritual and religious circles, there is a defined concept. This is this idea that your goal is to merge into the Oneness. This idea is that we start off as a separate entity from the Oneness and are seeking a merge. Untrue. 

Also, many people are afraid of losing their identity. They are afraid to merge into the Oneness. After all, who would they be? And my definition of Oneness is that it helps you understand who you are and where you fit. So as a human being in a physical body, you have a unique identity as a soul in the cosmos. You have a unique energy frequency. And even as an individual, you are still part of everything. And without you, the entire universes would collapse. So you are an integral part of all that is and, and you are unique, and so is everybody else. So if you think about Oneness in the context of humanity, the human species, it is a crucial concept to comprehend and receive.

An example of an excellent metaphor for this concept of Ones is that of a gigantic jigsaw puzzle. And every person is a piece in the jigsaw puzzle. There are no two pieces of the puzzle the same. And the jigsaw puzzle cannot be completed without all the pieces occupying the place where they fit amongst the whole. So if you try to squeeze your piece, your corner piece, into the middle, it will not go very well. And so Oneness and your understanding of your place within the Oneness helps you understand your purpose, your identity. You will understand who you are and how you relate to the other pieces and the entire cosmic consciousness. 

The other aspect of the heart chakra you rarely hear about is Affinity. Affinity, in some senses, is equated to your internal compass. So what is Affinity? 

So think about some of the personal attributes of a person. In life, when you think of Affinity, it can be considered an attraction to something like a particular food or pastime. I can be considered to be such things as; magnetic attraction, passion, enthusiasm, or affection. 

You also learned about Affinity in school when you learned about chemistry and chemical bonds. You were taught how different atoms come together to make molecules. In physics, it is the cohesive force of the universe. It holds things together. It is also found in love. 

Suppose you think about the forces of cohesion and repulsion. In that case, you can see how every object in the universe is poised in a particular position or fit. And so the Affinity, your hearts’ Affinity, your hearts’ passion, can be a significant internal compass. 

So when you feel drawn toward something or someone, that is a form of intuition. Your intuition can compel you or draw you in a particular direction. That is your Affinity. 

So if you have a heart chakra blockage, you will have problems understanding or feeling that specific Affinity. So if you get your heart chakra clear, you can listen to that guidance, and you will always be taken in the direction of your highest excitement. You can then follow your path in the most vibrational alignment with who you are. 

Another well-known concept related to your heart chakra is unconditional love. What is unconditional love? The shortest definition I feel is absolute acceptance. This means that you have no judgment whatsoever. In unconditional love, there’s no requirement for forgiveness because there was no judgment in the first place. This means judgment of yourself as well as others. 

Heart Chakra Healing can include growth cycles and challenges in those areas. So if you are judgmental of others, your heart chakra is out of alignment. It is out of balance in those times and moments where you are being judgmental. Suppose you are stuck and unable to forgive somebody. In that case, that is also out of alignment with your higher self and with the underlying principle of the universe, which is unconditional love. 

The heart chakra location is in the middle of the seven main chakras. So in a way, it’s connected between heaven and earth. And it’s also a balancing point for other things. And one of these is giving and receiving. And you find most people you meet in the world are unbalanced in their giving and receiving. The spiritual people are more giving than receiving. Worldy-based individuals are more receiving than giving. So many of you need to balance your giving and receiving.

There is a fundamental dichotomy between giving and receiving and being in balance in your giving and receiving. A lot of people are out of balance between giving and receiving. Examples of this are people pleasers. A people pleaser always puts everybody else first and themselves last. Their focus is on keeping other people happy. If this represents how you are, you are out of balance on a heart chakra level. Because a balanced heart chakra would allow you to value and validate yourself. You would then be able to put yourself first and fill yourself up with love and appreciation. You could allow yourself to receive so that when you are giving, it’s from a position of overflowing. This would be opposed to a position of lack and exhaustion or because you’ve emptied your emotional tanks. 

So the heart chakra is about love, appreciation, and acceptance of yourself and others. And the acceptance of self and others is a big one. Most people are not fully accepting of themselves, nor are you fully accepting of others. Often you are judged or judging and criticizing yourself and others. And that is not unconditional love in any way, shape, or form. Also, that is not aligned with the Universe, God, and your higher being. It’s out of alignment state. 

Whether it is an overactive heart chakra or a blocked heart chakra, it takes conviction and patience to clear. You will probably experience heart chakra opening pain and much self-judgment when you first go down that path. However, suppose it is genuinely your conviction to do so. We are taking a deeper dive into Dr. Lesley Phillips’s book, Intuition And Chakras. We have delved into the first chakra, the root chakra, and the seventh chakra, the crown chakra. We now will explore the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra, and the chakra system. The solar plexus chakra is located around the stomach area in the upper abdomen and above the navel.

The third chakra relates to energy distribution. What is meant by energy distribution is how you utilize your lifeforce energy. How you are expending and investing your energy. You can look at the big picture of energy and look at every microsecond level as well. So the idea is that you x amount of energy. And the main question is, where are you investing this special force? Is your energy invested in supporting you in following your path and life purpose? Or is your energy being invested in looking after everybody else? Are you a people pleaser, putting other people’s needs first and putting yourself last?

That’s a common thing that many humans do. Your lifeforce energy is meant for you. And it’s meant for you to express your unique, authentic self. But so many of you are distracted and diverted from that. Your lifeforce energy is meant to support you in being your genuine self and living your purpose. But if you think about every day you spend here in this body, many different things happen throughout the day.

You wake up, have a shower, do all your ablutions, and eat breakfast. Then, you may get up and go for a run. Then most of you go to work or do some specific tasks. So every moment of these activities, regardless of what they are, your third chakra modulates your energy. It is shifting it up or down. Your energy is changing gears, directing your energy this way or that way. And regardless of what’s going on with you. Whether your focus is on what you are processing, your third chakra is involved.

So part of what the third chakra does is related to how you are using your energy in the physical world. However, it also relates to using your energy in the nonphysical world. So your third chakra relates both to your in-body experience and your out-of-body experience.

So what is meant by out-of-body experiences? A bunch of different things, actually. You could be referring to your Astral experience, which commonly happens when you are asleep and dreaming. Whether you are consciously dreaming or lucidly dreaming.

So when you are awake and in your physical bodies, you are experiencing life on the earth plane. However, you all travel outside of your bodies when you go to sleep, and you have experiences on the astral plane. So the astral plane is very closely related to the earth plane. So part of your energy is invested in your physical body. And part of your energy is invested in your astral body. And the third chakra governs the energy distribution of how you are using those bodies.

So the third chakra controls the energy used in out-of-body experience astral travel, lucid dreaming, and dreaming, which might be put in a similar category. Of course, it also controls the energy used by your body in physical reality. But these two are not the only bodies that you have. You also have a light body. Your light body allows for interdimensional travel.

This form of travel is when you are outside the body as a pure spirit and not in any corporal form. Maybe the most common experience of that is the tunnel of light. Most commonly, this occurs with near-death experiences. People may experience themselves traveling down this tunnel as a disembodied state.

So we are painting a picture of the landscape governed by your third chakra. So, there are specific rules of engagement in your earthly body and during your earth plane experience. These rules include being limited by time and space. Also, you are operating from this vehicle called a physical body. This body is decked out with physical senses, intellect, emotions, and many things that help you navigate the physical reality. These also can limit your earth plane experience.

When you are outside of the body, you are not dealing with the same landscape. So, in your Astral adventures, you may notice that time doesn’t work in the same way while dreaming. And space doesn’t work in the same way.

As an example, you are dreaming. In this dream, you have a thought. Let’s say the thought is that you are chatting to somebody at a train station. And you are asked, “Oh, where are you going?” You reply that you are going to Moscow. In the dream, as soon as you say that, boom, you can be in Moscow. But, of course, if that was happening in physical reality, you’d have to get on the train. So your physical reality experience is limited by time and space. Your out-of-body experience is not so. You are not governed by the same experience of time or space in your astral body and lucid dreaming state.

And another thing worth mentioning is the third chakra governs your out-of-body memory. So just think about it. When you are in your physical system, it’s not an enormous challenge for most of you to remember things. Mainly because you only do one thing at a time, more or less. You only experience one thing at a time. You experience your life in linear time and space.

But once you are outside of the body, you are in this infinite landscape of possibilities. This landscape is no longer governed by time and space. So your experience is infinite. And you can’t bring infinity into the finite. So your Astral memory is a function of the third chakra. It decides what you will remember and what you need to bring into the body. And then helps you store the information from the out-of-body state.

In a way, some of what you are experiencing in the out-of-body state is happening, nearer to the earth plane vibrationally and some further away. And so the higher in vibration and dimensionality that you go, which you do in your out-of-body state, the less sense much of it makes to your waking physical self.

Some of what goes on in the outer body state will not make sense to you. And sometimes, you do have dreams and wonder what they were all about. What was their more profound meaning? Attempts to symbolize and translate the dream experience can be frustrating. Because the out-of-body experience you have been having is so different from your experiences within the body. So you attempt to bring it down to a level that you can comprehend. ”

Another psychic ability or intuitive aspect governed by the third chakra is the out-of-body experience of shamanic journeying. And it’s also very possible, rather than waiting until you are dreaming, to consciously step into your astral body and out of your physical body. And all the great spiritual masters can operate both bodies simultaneously. And that’s why you get stories of Jesus teaching in the Middle East and in India at the same time. This is because he was highly evolved. Not only could he operate his astral body and physical body simultaneously, but he could also be observed in his astral body.

This may be that sometimes the experience of seeing a ghost is the experience of actually seeing somebody’s astral body. Perhaps not always, but possibly in some cases.

So, what kind of challenges can you face concerning your third chakra? One of the issues is the misappropriation of energy. It refers to how you are using your lifeforce energy. Are you using it to be your authentic self? Or are you a people pleaser running around using it by being responsible for everybody else?

Another challenge you can get into is the idea of competition levels. The third chakra can often have to do with things like status in society. If your solar plexus chakras’ energy is unbalanced or blocked, you may seriously worry about how you are perceived. Also, you may experience genuine concern about your success levels in the world. For example, making money.

And often, it is an out of alignment energy that says there is a hierarchy of people and you need to climb the ladder. You need to be better than someone else, and they need to be worse than you are. And you need to control others so that you can stay the top dog. So all of those kinds of things are third chakra growth cycles.

Your life force energy is your power. And really, true power has nothing to do with power over other people. It’s not being Vladimir Putin or Donald Trump. It actually is being a master of your own energy. This balance and mastery will allow and support you to do what you came here to do. Which is to be yourself and bring your unique vibration onto the planet. and share that with you all. So learning how to unblock chakras and carry out a solar plexus chakra healing is very important to living your life to the fullest.

So, in general, your spiritual life and path should focus equally on healing and developing your intuition. Because in my opinion, you can’t have one without the other. Or you can, but very quickly, you will be out of balance if you do not heal yourself. So one of the blocks to your intuition is that all this stuff you have stored in the energy field of your chakras is like trying to look through a dirty window and get a clear picture of your world. So you need to cleanse the dirty window to more easily tune into your psychic abilities. That activity raises your vibration. Which also is going to help you tune into the nonphysical world.

We have covered the first chakra on our last adventure. The first chakra, the root chakra, has the lowest vibration of the standard chakra system because it relates to your connection to the physical and earth plane realities. Whereas the crown chakra is at the other end of the spectrum of the chakra system. The crown chakra, the seventh chakra, is the energy center on the top of your head. It is the gateway to higher consciousness. It is also the tie to all spirituality and the Universe.

So the idea is that you can experience your consciousness through your crown chakra. And by doing that, you can get to know yourself as Spirit. You can experience yourself as a spiritually centered being, a spiritual being that is beyond the limits of the body. Basically, Spirit is not tied to the time or space realities of the physical world. This energy enables you to encounter yourself more fully as sheer consciousness. This chakra is also the energy center where you bring in your spiritual energies.

So when you can flow cosmic energies through the crown chakra, it’s rechanneling your true spiritual nature into your physical body. You might not realize it, but this is how the crown chakra relates to your psychic abilities. There are two of the leading psychic abilities that this energy center channels. One of these is called Claircognizance or also known as clear-knowing.

Claircognizance is your ability to know as Spirit. It is the ability to simply “just know” things. You may think it’s a fairly common experience for people to have a sense of knowing, and this is true. However, the knowingness that we are speaking of is that of knowing with no physical proof. This knowing is not coming through the intellect.

You just profoundly intuitively know it. You don’t know why or how you know it. You just know because your Claircognizance, your sense of knowingness, is active.

And the other ability is trance mediumship. So trance mediumship is different than mediumship. This psychic power is the ability to channel Spirit. So you are all trance mediums because each of you was a spirit with a higher consciousness. But you have created your body as a vehicle. So that body is meant to be animated with your spirit energy.

And so, you channel your energy through your crown chakra into your physical system. While it’s a good idea for you to channel your own spirit energy because your body was created to house you, you can channel other energies as well. So trance mediumship can be used not only to channel your energy but also to other beings’ energy.

So channeling is a word that you may find occasionally used for the word possession. This term tends to be used when it’s a nonbenevolent being wreaking havoc with the person’s life. Channeling tends to be used when it refers to communicating with a benevolent being bringing wonderful information through. These are both forms of possession.

You have all had the experience where you say something or do something. Then you recognize that that expression, or even the sound and tone of your voice, was precisely that of a deceased relative like a parent. It can be because you are channeling, in part, that relative’s energy. You all do that. It’s widespread, especially in a family situation where people blend and merge their energies.

You can also channel beings other than past relatives and loved ones. But suppose you are not in control of your trance mediumship. In that case, you can also be manipulated and affected by other beings, dead or alive.

There are plenty of examples of that in your history. If you take somebody like Hitler and Jim Jones of the Jonestown Massacre. These gurus have followers that do unbelievable things because their guru asks them to. This is often a case of someone using their trance mediumship in a controlling or even destructive way.

So it’s crucial as you are developing psychic abilities that you learn to be in charge of the energy of your chakra system, especially that of your crown chakra. Another important chakra is your root chakra when working with your intuitive abilities.

As a quick review, your root chakra is responsible for grounding to the earth’s center. You must be grounded. This will deplete negative energy and allow good earth energy to enter your system. Once again, at the other end of the chakra system spectrum, you want to be aware of how open your crown chakra is.

So people are often under the impression that to develop your psychic abilities, you must open your chakras wide. And it’s really not about that. It’s about what experience of consciousness do you want? What experience of consciousness do you get if you open the chakra super-wide or close the chakra down somewhat.

So the more open your crown chakra is, the more you may lose touch with reality. Remember, this energy center is a gateway to higher consciousness. It is a way for you to connect with the great All That Is, and the great All That Is is not just enormous. It’s infinite. So there are infinite planes of reality, infinite experiences, and possibilities. And some of these infinite experiences and possibilities might be very far from what appears to be the common experience when you are in a body on Earth.

So, if you open your crown chakra too much, and your first chakra is closed off, and you are ungrounded, you may have negative results. You may potentially end up out there in the form of la-la land. So it’s essential to be aware of your crown chakra and how open it is.

You don’t really need it very wide open to connect with yourself and God. And from my perspective, the name of the game here on planet Earth is for you to channel yourself to bring your vibration into this planetary reality. And that is how you then start to enlighten yourself and change the world. So the best place to begin is with a grounding and centering meditation practice.

A few minutes a day will truly help you on your path to controlling the energies from your chakra system. Intuition And Chakras is an intuition book that explains the relationship between your psychic abilities and your chakra system. This is the first installation of a multi-part deep dive into the connections between as many as 22 psychic powers that make up your Psychic Blueprint and your seven primary chakras.

So, where does intuition come from, and which is the most essential chakra related to awakening your psychic powers? They are all important; however, it is definitely necessary to be familiar with your first chakra for several reasons.

So most people, when they begin to become interested in how to develop psychic abilities, are fascinated by the third eye, or the gateway to higher consciousness, the crown chakra. And they believe that that is where it’s all happening. And for sure, there are lots of things happening there. But if you really want to access your intuition in a way relevant to right here, right now, you have to be connected to your first chakra. This connection energetically creates a grounding chord between you and the planet.

Whether you are using one of your psychic gifts to uncover something for yourself or another person, you must be grounded through your first chakra to the planet’s center. Your first chakra contains your information about your physical reality about the physical world and how to navigate the physical world. And on one level, that means it contains all the information about your physical body, your physical body right down to the DNA, the cells, the physical organs, and the systems of the body.

These are all first chakra-level information on how to create a physical body. All of that programming about life in a physical form is in your first chakra. And also, from a psychic perspective, what you call survival instinct. Simply it is how to stay alive and thrive in this physical environment.

When you start your incarnation cycle on a planet such as Earth, you first have to orient to the planet and figure out what it’s all about. And then, as you go through multiple incarnations, you start to understand how you relate to the world. For example, you understand how to relate to the other forms of life within the world, other humans, how to be part of a human community, etc. And once you have got the survival stuff figured out, you can begin searching for greater meaning in life.

And finally, eventually, you figure out who you are, why you are here. What is your greatest excitement and passion? Then you can begin to express your unique vibration, all the way down at the physical level.

Once again, your first chakra is significant because it connects you with this reality. This reality includes things like; this incarnation you are experiencing, some of your income, worldly information stored in the planet, and whatever is being experienced and lived on the planet. These and more are all part of the planetary Akashic Record. And so, by grounding into the center of the Earth, you are connecting with, in essence, you are plugging into all that information about you; about everything that you know about the physical reality, the physical world, and how to survive and thrive.

So you can connect to all of that specific Akashic Records. You do so through communication with the Earth and through your first chakra. So and it also allows you to communicate with the physical planet itself, the Earth, which is your larger body. Your body is made of the Earth. In the Bible, it speaks to the idea that God made Adam out of the clay of the Earth.

And literally, there is a truth in that. You are made of the atoms, molecules, and physical components of the Earth. Your bodies are created from it, and they go back to it after you have completed your lifecycle. And, of course, your first chakra contains programming all about the human life cycle. It includes cycles of growth and changes that you go through from conception to gestation; being born, being a baby, and all about that developmental cycle of the human body and the human species. So they are all programmed into the Earth.

One important connection the information in this intuition book makes is that of your spiritual development and your first chakra. And so, if you are involved in your spiritual development and your spiritual evolvement, you can’t ignore your first chakra. Your first chakra is your primary source of connecting to critical information.

And your first chakra is actually heavily involved in the idea of healing because it contains all that information on the physical level. Healing is all about balancing energy. Your First chakra connects your physical system with the Earth, relating to the planet herself. And the planet is a master at balancing energies.

So, in earth sciences, you talk about homeostasis, which is keeping everything in the perfect balance to support life. Not too hot, too cold, too acidic, or too alkaline. Not to this, not to that, but just perfect. It is a perfect balance of conditions to support life.

So you are plugging into the planet. You have access to all the healing information and balancing information that exists on Earth and the cornucopia of abundance that this planet is. All the plants, the animals, and all your healing properties are contained within the Earth. There’s such an abundance of nutrition and other healing components within the bounty of the Earth to keep the body healthy.

And so so this is all first chakra information; the physical world, the physical planet, healing, or the how-to balance opposites, homeostasis. Everything here has an opposite. Cold is the opposite of hot, and in between is balance. And so you are spiritual beings, and as Spirit, you don’t exist within duality. But when you create a body, you are projecting yourself into a physical form.

The human body does exist within duality. And so you need to understand how the heck you balance that duality. And the whole of your life, that is what you are doing. The goal is to stay in alignment with your higher being and bring your spiritual energy down onto this earth plane of physical reality. Accessing all your consciousness down through to your first chakra level. At this first chakra level, you manifest and create consciously, bringing your energy here into physical reality.

But because of the duality and time and space that you exist in, you must make choices, and those choices reflect back on you. And sometimes, you find yourself in a situation where you are out of balance, and you want to or need to get back into balance now. And that is also how you expand and learn by having those new experiences about which you are making choices. And so your relationship with the Earth, your relationship with your first chakra, helps us do that.

You cannot be an Energy Master on this Earth without consciously understanding, knowing, unconsciously connecting, and operating through your first chakra. Otherwise, why could somebody like Jesus do the miracles he could do? He was a master of spiritual energy. He was a master of all his chakras, especially his first chakra.

So how do you walk on water? How do you turn water into wine? Well, that involves a high level of mastery over the physical environment. It involves the ability to change the molecular structure of something that is water into that which is wine. It involves the level of mastery to make something so heavy that it would normally sink in water to become lighter than water. And that is a first chakra ability.

And it’s commonly called telekinesis. Telekinesis is the ability to alter and modulate the components of physical reality. So yeah, you think about Uri Geller and spoon bending and how entertaining that was. But it’s also the foundation of miracle healers and miracle workers. Teachers like Jesus Christ could do this by being a master of balance, energy, and their first chakra.

In the Bible, it’s talked about standing on a rock. I think Jesus talks about standing on a rock, a foundation. What is he talking about? He is referring to his first chakra and grounding. Right? You are like a rock when you are grounded through your first chakra. You have a firm foundation. You are strong and stable. You are not a pushover. You are more in control of your energy. If you are not in charge of your first chakra, you are not grounded.

For example, electrical appliances have plugs with grounding wires to dispel errant electrical energy. This is to protect you from an electric shock if the appliance malfunctions. The grounding from the first chakra to the center of the Earth is exactly like that. It helps your excess or negative energy to ground to the center of the Earth. And it helps make it safe for you to bring that high vibration energy, that is, you, through your body made of dense physical matter. So if you want to bring heaven and Earth together, your spiritual and physical, you need to be grounded. You need to know about your first chakra and heaven and Earth. This is the starting point of a powerful, safe psychic nature.

So we have touched on about five or six different chapters in the intuition book, Intuition And Chakras. Generally, when you teach, talk about a subject, or write about it, to make it understandable from your human perspective, it is best to do so in a linear format, right? Yet, with intuition and psychic abilities, everything is interrelated and interconnected. So all of your chakras work together as a system, in conjunction with your intuitive abilities.

Many of you have special types of crystals and stones but do you know how to use healing crystals and high-energy stones to your benefit? Each of these healing crystals has significant properties. Of course, each of these properties may vary. However, they all do have one thing in common. They all have a resonance and energy within them. And this energy is a specific vibration to each of these healing crystals and stones.

A quick story. I like to have an array of crystals and stones in my office and home. This increases the positive energy and vibration of my surroundings. I had purchased a bag full of inexpensive tiny crystal clear crystals as a decoration for my office. I was meditating one day, and my guides began to feed me little information packages through these little crystals. It became evident that I bought these tiny crystals to remind me to be open and to receive the information they wanted to bring me.

When you are open to your intuition, you may come across a crystal or stone that will call to you. This experience happens because you are resonating with it. It can be anything from one of the many most powerful crystals to just a rock you find at the beach. It doesn’t matter. Beautiful things can happen to you when you feel a specific attachment to any specific crystal or stone.

So, on the one hand, there’s not much scientific evidence about crystals. A scientist would tell you about the crystal’s composition and structure and explain the color by the composition. Meanwhile, people have been using crystals for healing for 1000s of years. The Egyptians and the Sumerians, the Greeks, and the Romans had beliefs around the power of crystals to help them in battle and other uses. So historically, there is this relationship with the mineral kingdom.

And from an intuitive perspective, there is a significant belief that crystals can amplify energy. So you can channel energy through a crystal, and it will amplify energy. They will absorb energy. You can program a crystal by sending energy into a crystal, and it will store that specific information and energy. But, on the other hand, they can also absorb negative energies. And that is why you like to cleanse crystals on occasion.

You can cleanse crystals in different manners.

It is vital to cleanse crystals when you receive one, especially crystals for emotional healing. Unfortunately, people handle these precious gifts, and occasionally they may end up embedding their negative energy into the crystal. The idea is to purify them, cleanse them and help them let go of any negative energies they have picked up.

And so, how do you intuitively understand crystals? The way you would do it is by tuning into the vibrational frequency. Everything is energy and has a unique vibration, including you. Each different crystal has a different vibration. And there is an interaction or an interplay between the crystal’s vibration and your vibration.

And what effect that specific vibration will have on you depends on your current frequency. As an example, if you had two similar stones or crystals. If a scientist analyzed them, they would probably develop a comparable profile and composition. But the energies of these two may feel quite different to you. They would have their uniqueness, individuality, and even personality. And as an intuitive, you can use your intuition to tune into the energy. So don’t just get a book that tells you that an Amethyst has this particular attribute and so on. There might be some truth in it, but tune in to it directly and find out for yourself.

The book may say that an Amethyst is a purple stone and is said to be incredibly protective. Find out. Please tune in to its frequency. It may also be very healing and purifying. Possibly it can help rid the mind of negative thoughts and bring forth humility, sincerity, and spiritual wisdom. It can even promote willpower and healthy choices, act as a sleep aid, and demystify dreams.

When you think of that, that is a whole bunch of effects. So one stone might have been more potent because of its composition in one or the other factor. Also, their shape can affect their traits.

For example, you can be holding one Amethyst, which is part of a natural geode, and another that is an individual and differently shaped. And the one to you feels like it has a high, uplifting vibration more than the other.

Clear Quartz is considered to be a Master Healer. And what it does is it augments the other crystals with it. So, for instance, rose Quartz combined with general Quartz helps open your heart chakras.

A brilliant example of the energy of crystals is that of the Crystal Skulls. The genuine Crystal Skulls are ancient skulls carved out of big crystal pieces. They have been impregnated with information. Impregnated is not the right word. They’ve been programmed. The most famous one is the Mitchell Hedges Skull, which was discovered in a pyramid.

These are not mere sculptures. For instance, the Mitchell Hedges skull was analyzed at Hewlett Packard. This unique skull was put under an electron microscope. The report resulting from the experiment was that no tool markings were found. They were quoted to say that even today’s tools could not create such a thing without leaving tool markings on it.

Many people think the crystal skulls were just made in the shape of a human skull to feel less alien to us and more acceptable. However, it is rumored that the original skulls were created and programmed with information by unknown forces.

Here is a healing crystals list, including just a few of the many crystals that we run across and may even overlook.

Clear Quartz: this is regarded as a master healing crystal. It is considered to hold the entire energy system.

Jasper: a nurturing stone that can aid during stressful times.

Obsidian: thought to be one of the crystals for emotional healing.

Amethyst: employed for healing, cleansing, and improving willpower

Tiger’s Eye: may reduce fear and provide a form of courage and improve motivation.

Turquoise: believed to reduce emotional stress and is also considered to enhance luck.

Sapphire: is considered to be a prosperity stone.

Jade: is also a prominent stone to enhance wealth and luck.

Rose Quartz: is also called the love stone and is thought to promote passion and confidence.

Ruby: is considered to enhance sexuality and sensuality.

These are just a few of the many stones and crystals you can access easily. Learning how to use healing stones does not take a massive education but simply a bit of enthusiasm.

You all have intuitive abilities. But are you using them to the utmost of their capacity? So, if not, what is affecting your unique psychic gifts? And in particular, is your environment negatively impacting your intuition? And are you having any issues recognizing your abilities? If any of these questions seem to resonate, you will find the answers below.

The level of intuition, recognizing and using your intuitive abilities, may seem to vary from person to person. However, everyone has the same access to these psychic abilities. So why the discrepancy?

I don’t ever want to present it like a hard and fast rule, “you must do this,” and “you must not do that,” to develop your psychic abilities. But I would say from my experience in teaching intuition for over 25 years now that certain things can help you hone your skills.

The first thing that can help you access your intuitive abilities, especially when you are first starting out, is creating a daily meditation practice. Meditation is a process used to connect you to your higher self, your Spirit. Intuitive abilities are gifts of the Spirit, and you bring them with you into this life. However, you lose your connection to these gifts somewhere along the way. One thing that happens is negative energy enters your inner being.

This negative energy needs to be released, and the easiest way to do this is through meditation. A grounding meditation, to be specific. When you first go down this path, a guided meditation works best. It removes much of the responsibility of doing everything right from you. This allows you to reap the benefits.

It is an excellent idea to have a quiet space to create a relaxing meditative state. But, of course, that doesn’t mean that you always have to be in meditation to access your intuition. But suppose you are committed and devoted to awakening your psychic abilities and developing your intuition. In that case, the correct meditation is the easiest and fastest path.

And so, it can be an idea to have a meditation zone in your home. Choose a space somewhere where it’s comfortable. Your meditation spot should afford some semblance of privacy. This can be someplace quiet and secluded, especially if you have a big family, where you can shut a door. Something that allows everyone to know you are meditating. Even a “meditation in progress” sign might be handy.

Equip your meditation refuge with a comfortable chair or some comfortable cushions and even a meditation blanket if you so desire. In addition, many people like to include some artwork that is conducive to meditation and live plants. There are also things like little ornaments, ceremonial objects, or crystals that can be added to make this your personal space. All to your own taste.

The general idea is somewhere where you can be left alone, feel relaxed, peaceful, and quiet so that you can easily go into and remain in a meditative state. The idea is that you can turn within and meditate and practice accessing your intuitive gifts.

So number one, I would say a meditation space. And meditation is the way I teach intuition. So you access your intuitive abilities through meditation and working with that spiritual energy.

Another idea for a really supportive environment for meditation and accessing and developing your psychic gifts is to be out in nature. Somewhere like a park with beautiful trees and plants. Someplace where it’s lovely, green, and verdant. A place where you can hear the bird song or water trickling from a stream or a pond. These are all perfect places to meditate. Most often, out in nature, the energy can feel evident. You can also meditate sitting by the ocean, on a rock, or on the beach. Rocks and sand can be quite grounding.

The energy at the seaside is lovely, or by a waterfall, a lake, a river, or running water of some kind. Waterfalls are my favorite because the motion of the waterfall can also be very grounding. And also, the movement of water can be very cleansing. It can clear your system for releasing the negative energy you don’t want into the waterfall or stream.

Out in nature, sitting at the base of a mountain or on some kind of rock like granite can be very grounding. So there are different energies out there in nature that you can explore. You can select what works for you regarding what is conducive to getting into a meditative state.

There are other notable places you can go to connect to your intuitive abilities. Over and above nature, there are zones and areas around the planet where powerful energy vortices are found. These powerful sources of positive energy can be sacred sites that you can visit and have a meditative experience connecting you to your psychic gifts.

There are lots of these power spots. Some of them are very famous, like Stone Henge, Glastonbury, Mount Shasta, Kilimanjaro, and a unique rock called Uluru. Many of these high-energy places are teaming with fast-moving energy. This energy can accelerate and amplify your personal energy and ability to meditate and uncover or expand your intuitive gifts.

So even in your local environment, even in your garden, you might find a little power spot that feels good for you to meditate.

All these areas mentioned are positive energy creators. However, there are also negative energy expanders that will interfere with your intuitive abilities. It is all about what is going on energetically around you.

For example, you move into a new house, and you feel like it’s haunted. Or maybe you share a house with somebody who is depressed, afraid, or going through some trauma. These things can cause enough negative energy to creep into your personal energy stores. This can really negatively affect your psychic resonance.

So what can you do in cases like this? First, you can ground the property. What is meant by grounding the property? Again, listen to those meditations that teach you to ground. But in this case, create a connection between the foundation of the property and the center of the earth. And then you are inviting all out of alignment energies to drop down that grounding cord. Imagine it like an energy flow, a waterfall, or just a big hole where the negative energy drops down into the earth.

And if you do that, you will instantly feel very different within your body because it changes the environment. It releases and lets go of all the energy distortions from the space. So tip number one is to give the environment that you are meditating in a grounding cord.

The second thing that you can do is create a column of gold light that flows from infinity, the Universe, through the roof of the building and flows through the building and down the grounding cord. So now you have this column of cleansing energy that is raining through like rain or a waterfall, constantly through the property. This is washing it clean. Cleansing it as it travels through all the atoms and molecules and electrons and washing away negative energies.

This golden light causes it to become unattractive to the dense, negative energies to exist in that high vibration gold energy. So if you are looking for an energetic way to cleanse the energy in your home, then that would be the way to do it. And you would find that your intuition would be enhanced when you do that. This is because now you no longer have to deal with distractions and interferences. That leaves the environment clean and clear for you to really focus on what you want to do, which is to meditate and access your intuition.

There are other ways to enhance your environment to help you bolster your intuitive abilities. Yet the central concept is the idea for you to stay constantly grounded. And the same thing for your home is to keep it constantly grounded. And if you are having that column of gold energy flowing through it, that is constantly washing and cleansing.

Now one other thing that you can do is you can assign some spirit guides to help maintain the vibration in your home and in your workplace. So there are specific guides and angels that you can have specialize in that kind of thing. These beings would be happy to fulfill your request and specialize in keeping the energy safe in your environment.
