But the reality for most of us is, tests and exams occur almost all simultaneously during the same day or all in the same week. And studying can get tricky! So why should you invest in your sleep if you're pressed for time? Well In this episode, you'll learn the benefits of having great quality sleep before studying for those exams and how to utilize caffeine to work for you and not against you. You'll also learn some strategies on how to get more Z's in order to get those A's!
