In this episode I give my initial reactions and next steps when I found out I did not match into an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program position in March of 2021. I also talk about my perspective on the SOAP process, and why I decided not to participate. 

This episode is for anyone who has not matched and felt alone in it. Not matching is a very isolating experience, and it is important to know there are others who went through this too.
