This episode is slightly different, known as the "double dunt". We're splitting into two shorter experiences and lessons that I've experienced in life. One pertaining to debt and money, and the other, my parents and the inevitability of growing old. I was so embarrassed about my debts, and poor handling of money, that I was considering leaving this section out of the podcast all together. But! This is my story, and it has to be included. Despite my embarrassment. If anything, I hope it will help people learn from my own mistakes, and not to be embarrassed about debt.
The second portion of the episode relates to my late parents. Our families battle with dementia, and how both my parents accepted old age. This was a hard life experience, and something that anyone who is lucky enough to have both parents, unluckily has to go through. It's never easy letting go. And loosing your parents leaves forever a hole in your heart that can never be filled.
