UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges

It's that special time of the year when we put aside all our grievances and embrace our fellow man but don't expect that on UNT. The fellas gab about the Berklee "holiday" party, Cliff takes everything to Innuendo Town USA, plus they learn all about Kwanzaa, jock itch, watch talk, gift giving and more! A special holiday TikTok dump puts a cap on the festivities on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

The good folks at YouTube begged him not to do it, the general public voted no, Hollywood asked who, and even the creator himself asked why, but we went ahead and did it anyways. It's episode 100 and good friend Cliff Beach's birthday combo episode! The fellas talk past guests, new UNT merch, cake is eaten, balloons are inflated, a very special gift appearance, technical difficulties arise, and a fistful of TikToks punch you in the face on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

The fellas get together once again but this time on the precipice of  their 100th episode! Topics include: auditions of the past, present and future, scam auditions, bestiality, Cliff's American Idol adventure, Christmas gifts, and of course the gift that keeps on giving, TikToks!  All that and a bit more on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

The fellas continue wrestling with technical difficulties but persevere like the true gallant heroes they are. Brian raps about the one that got away, gold toe socks, proper fonts and the boys get into how comedy is more inclusive now. Various mechanical failures cut the conversation short but the TikToks hold it all together on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

Well it's time for the fellas to give thanks and enjoy a merry feast.  Brian debuts his award winning thanksgiving monologue and the guys talk turkey about the holidays. Cliff asks about an entirely different type of feast much to the embarrassment of your fearless engineer/producer,  but thankfully the TikToks come to save the day on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

The fellas reconvene in the flesh in stunning 720 resolution for another hot episode. The guys eat shawarma and top it off with some ghost pepper jerky courtesy of the fine upstanding people at House of Jerky. Brian probes Cliff about his new lady friend and finally gives him his groomsman gift! Don't worry Tim gets a gift too but Brian gets nothing  and likes it! The UNT mascot Morty gets a proper send off and the TikToks flow like the mighty Mississippi  on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

It's time to bring on the spicy heat of the Hot Ones challenge. The  fellas take on Hot Ones season six hot sauces. Questions include worst gig, most embarrassing thing, would you do a commercial for herpes medication, and more. Can the guys handle the heat? Will Tim cheat the spice on the last wing? Probably! Tune in for all the mayhem and stay for a classic Hazy Fox jam after the show on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

The boys hearken back to pre-pandemic times by meeting together in the  same room! It's the spookiest time of the year and the fellas suited up as is tradition. Brian stuns the world with his pitch perfect Cliff Beach costume. A rousing discussion of past Halloween nights is followed by a little name that monster game, a few TikToks find their way in, and just when you thought it was safe to turn off the podcast Hazy Fox fires off a tasty jam that you just might have heard before on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

This week Brian is back on the rant with the demise of Hollywood's  Second City in the cross-hairs. The fellas discuss unions, book burning, if Tim's hair is receding, Cliff's penchant for headgear, Deeper Grooves moves to Saturday night, Cliff is a certified life coach, and Brian contemplates becoming a hot dog magnate! Hazy triples down on a classic tune and a carefully curated batch of TikToks pop off on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!

Cliff's saga continues with a trip to the emergency room after a harrowing encounter with a bee. The fellas talk local blues clubs, Richard Pryor, mosquitos, the Illuminati, single-name entertainers, and old man pains. The boys watch a handful of premium TikToks and Hazy Fox slyly pawns off an old favorite at the back end on this week's episode of UnNecessary Talk with Brian Sturges!
