A month ago, I turned 28, and it got me reflecting on the lessons that have shaped me into the person I am today. In this video, I'm sharing 28 things I've learned in 28 years—some are lighthearted, some are difficult, but every one of them has helped me grow.

These are the life lessons that challenged me, changed my perspective, and continue to guide me through relationships, personal growth, and everyday life. This is definitely one of my longer videos, but if you have the time, I truly think it'll be worth the watch.

Grief can arise from the end of a relationship, life transitions, unmet expectations, changes in identity, and more. Consequently, the experience of grief is unique to each individual.

We discuss effective strategies for navigating grief, examining the existence of a fixed “timeline” for healing, and exploring how our relationship with grief evolves over time. Ultimately, we focus on finding hope amidst challenging seasons.

My hope is that this episode serves as a reminder that while the present may feel overwhelming, brighter days are ahead. Healing is not a linear process, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
