This week we went deep on the topic of Sibling Rivalry. According to Wikipedia Sibling rivalry is a type of competition or animosity among siblings, whether blood-related or not.
Siblings generally spend more time together during childhood than they do with their parents. The sibling bond is often complicated and is influenced by factors such as parental treatment, birth order, personality, and people and experiences outside the family. Sibling rivalry is particularly intense when children are very close in age and of the same gender and/or where one or both children are intellectually gifted.
So get your pens and papers out, take notes and LET'S UNPACK!

In this episode, the crew unpacks the topic of Boundaries and it's one we've been waiting to get into for a long time!
According to Wikipedia, Personal boundaries are guidelines, rules, or limits that a person creates to identify reasonable, safe, and permissible ways for other people to behave towards them and how they will respond when someone passes those limits. They are built out of a mix of conclusions, beliefs, opinions, attitudes, past experiences, and social learning.
Rev, Tiff, and Di unpack the different types of boundaries and how to deal when someone crosses your boundaries.

This week we're unpacking Imposter Syndrome.
Imposter Syndrome (IS) refers to an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be. While this definition is usually narrowly applied to intelligence and achievement, it has links to perfectionism and the social context.
We unpacked Dr. Valerie Young's 5 types of imposters and unpack how each of us is impacted by it.
An expert on the subject, Dr. Valerie Young, has categorized it into subgroups: the Perfectionist, the Superwoman/man, the Natural Genius, the Soloist, and the Expert.
We address Michelle Obama's feelings on imposter syndrome and we have an interesting AITB at the end of the show.
Don't forget to listen until the end!
