Stu Fritz, a true winner on and off the field who has accumulated over 600 wins as a head coach at the collegiate level, joins Reebs for a deep dive into topics that cover all things surrounding winning and success. He has led the Hope College Dutchmen to 10 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) championships during his tenure and 4 NCAA tournament appearances.

Fritz is also a Board Member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and has served in the roles of Vice President and President of the prestigious organization.

Reebs has a great conversation with a former player of his, Josh Schulman, that he coached for two summers in the New York Collegiate Baseball League with the Niagara Power. Schulman entered the coaching ranks in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League and Pomona Pitzer, followed by his first stint at Wofford College, then onto Yale, and has returned back to Wofford.
