Reebs has a great conversation with a former player of his, Josh Schulman, that he coached for two summers in the New York Collegiate Baseball League with the Niagara Power. Schulman entered the coaching ranks in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League and Pomona Pitzer, followed by his first stint at Wofford College, then onto Yale, and has returned back to Wofford.
They discuss the importance of investing in themselves to become a better coach, what that looks like, and how their faith and relationship with God have impacted who they are as individuals and how that transpires to how they coach their players.
Other topics include reaching peak performance, the importance of structure in a system but enabling players to have freedom in how they reach the teams goals, how to perform as a clutch individual and team, among other material.
Schulman's podcast debut is dynamite! If you enjoy it, please share it with those around you and tune in each Thursday for new episodes!
