I have sure noticed it, and I think once you hear this, you’ll begin to see it much more.

Who knows, maybe you might even realize you do it yourself, either way it blows my mind every time I see it.

Is it a mental illness? Is it brainwashing? 

I have no idea, it’s definitely strange that’s for sure.

I don’t know about you, but as the days go on, it’s clear the Rona is not the real virus.

The virus is the media hands down and always has been.

I say the zombie apocalypse is here, but honestly I’ve already known this for years and would speak about it long before these crazy times.

Today’s episode was inspired from an email I received with this very question. I have come along way to being the person that I am and how open minded that I have become over the years. I’m always challenging my current beliefs and adopting new ones as well as new and better information is gathered.

I feel that everyone should have an open mind because that’s how we come together as a society. When one side doesn’t want to listen to the other, that’s where division and conflict happens. Just take a look at politics, one side is willing to listen, while the other is not. Plus that other side is wanting to shut down everything so that the other side doesn’t even have a voice.

We cannot move forward if we do not come together with an open mind to work our problems out.

Do you know that moment when you are starting a workout routine, or maybe you’ve changed your current routine, and you can literally feel yourself getting stronger.

As the old saying goes, “It doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.” It’s so true. That’s probably one of my favorite feelings ever. When you are doing what you were already doing before, but this time it feels easier because you are getting stronger.

That same weight you are lifting is still difficult, but it’s not that painful kind of difficult.

Get out there and get it!

This is a story I haven’t talked about in a very long time. It was back when I was in the army and something I’m not very proud of. However, I share it because sometimes in life we have to do what we feel is right. Even if we lose, we have to know that we tried and stood up for what we believe in.
