We hear it a lot lately, the return of the "red scare"-Communism! It first starts as socialism and evolves into that big, bad, dangerous country known as Russia. At least, that's what the politicians tell us. What is the difference among Socialism, Communism, Capitalism, Democratic Socialism and Social Democracy? Well a lot. But there are also a lot of similarities and even more so, confusion as to what each democratic candidate is running on this year and what they support. Is there a clear answer? That's for the voters to decide.

We perceive things differently. That is the eye of the beholder. Our perception is based on individual tastes, background or bias. If you look at history, the idea of the cross appeal was by taking what the administration before you created, expanding on it and then adding your own twist. But today, the ideal of the cross appeal stems more with taking what your opponent has done so well, bending it to your will and making it your own.
