In this episode of Unpredictable, I'm just winging it. From what I've been up to the past couple weeks, to some of the nonsense I've been dealing with behind closed doors. Had to take a small break from this because of overwhelming thoughts I've been having which required me to distant myself. Learning that we are all human & have limits that shouldn't be ignored.

She not only spectated my entire recovery, but also shares her knowledge about the brain & the specifics behind my surgery.

In this episode I explain a handful of issues I have to cope with while in the gym. For all my gym people out there this should be an extremely interesting podcast because it gives you a different perspective while training. I elaborate on how I’ve adapted my workouts so I can continually progress both mentally & physically.

This episode I dive in with my long time brother Danny. We elaborate on his immediate thoughts when he initially found out about how serious my surgery was. I quickly speak about the steps I took until the day of my surgery. We both talk on his deployment during an absolute pivotal part of my recovery & his thoughts before versus after. All in all we touch upon some good things in this episode & i'm excited to see what you all think.

This episode I spoke about the MAJOR importance of mental health & how we could all make a difference. I understand what it is like to suffer from numerous mental health issues & how I am extremely passionate about creating a supportive network for not only those suffering but for everyone that could potentially help this cause. I also touch upon the word extraordinary & how a pair of my personal sneakers serves as a constant reminder to always strive for more.

In this episode of Unpredictable, I wanted to share how the advice & guidance has guided me throughout my recovery. I use my wonderful stay at Kessler Rehab to explain how negativity can ultimately affect your overall mindset in a big way. I think it is absolute crucial for all of you to properly understand the difference between constructive criticism & straight up negativity. How we should react & how we should incorporate the outside noise so we can become the best version of ourself.

This episode of Unpredictable, I really try and give a look inside my head. Through my past experiences, I believe my mentality has given me the tools to chase down success. How I like to believe that my mindset is truly impenetrable. I’m confident my outlook on certain things, & my brutal honesty on some topics can shed some light on a bunch of themes that may be overlooked.
