Weekend podcast, catching up on new and old news. From Kevin Hart's Grammy hosting gig controversy to Rae Sremmurd being Drake and Future's backup dancers we cover it all. 

A lot of thought went into whether we would make an episode for this or not. But after watching the Surviving R Kelly docu-series, we had more questions than answers. 

In other news, Dreamville annouced an exciting new project and we go over our hopes for ASAP Rockey and Rihanna in 2019.

 Tha Carter V dropped in the end of September 2018 and it’s supposedly Lil Wayne's last solo album. We dive into its contents with a friend of the show who has a rather mature perspective due to his upbringing. We welcome him to the show to discuss the album and stories of his exposure to hip hop culture growing up.  

We were supposed to go over upcoming hip hop projects in 2019, from the likes of Rihanna, Rick Ross, Bog Sean and more. It ended up being more of a flashback to a few projects that should stay in 2018.

This episode was actually recorded a long time ago, about a month after Drake dropped Scorpion. Due to a handful of technical difficulties, we had to delay its release. However, we are proud to release it as our first podcast in 2019. Shemar, the biggest Drake fan that we know goes head to head with Vish, who is a Drake skeptic over who had the better diss-tracks this summer (Story of Adidon vs I'm Upset). We go over Drake's beef with Kanye West and most notably Pusha T. This episode is full of hot takes, hip hop conspiracy theories and overall a good vibe. This is definitely the most fun we've had podcasting and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
