We put so much pressure on ourselves to do things the "right" way. Whether it's nailing a dance routine, following a timeline for major life milestones, or doing what society expects—it pulls us away from our individuality and purpose. This whole idea came to me while I was learning a dance routine and it made me think how we do this in so many areas of our life, keeping us stuck, stressed, trapped or like we're doing life wrong. Rules suffocate our essence and true authenticity so it's time to get curious.
