I feel like there's a lot of confusion out there between strengths and skills which results in seekers continuously choosing the wrong career path.

• Success — When you do the activity, you feel effective and in control. 
• Instinct — Before you do the activity, you look forward to doing it. 
• Growth — While you are doing the activity, you feel inquisitive, focused, and called to grow. 
• Needs — Our strengths create needs in us. When our strengths are utilized, we feel fulfilled and ENERGIZED.
