you are not too beautiful, handsome, smart, funny, gifted, talented. you are allowed to be everything that you are. your whole self is safe to exist and no one gets to make you feel wrong for becoming your highest potential.

take the negativity and arrows people shoot at you, make a target and rise above them. show no mercy in your pursuit of elevating, show them who you are. don’t back down.

start giving back to your body. vitamins, minerals, nutrients and love. input output is one of my new favorite concepts. energy demands and input you are giving yourself reflects on the outside. be kind to yourself ☁️🌲
