  • How We Change (Part 3)

Description: This week, let’s examine the core belief that perhaps led us to create the life we are living and what we might surrender or give up to begin forming a new belief that will fuel the discovery of who we actually are rather than the being we have created from our trauma, wounds, fears, etc. Who are you, really?

  • 262 How We Change (Part 2)

Remember when you were a kid and your parents wanted you to hang out with the “good” kids? Consider the foundation of that: We are greatly impacted by our environment. Another way of saying that is we are the conversations we engage in. Listen to the second part of How We Change. It may be time to shift the conversations you are a part of.

  • Surrendering My Will

Description: In this episode, let’s explore surrendering a bit more. Considering none of us like to surrender, why would we when we think we know what is best, or how something should be or go, why would I let go of that? However, what if there is something we are missing due to our “knowing”? Listen in and see what you hear.

  • A Mid-Air Collision

    255 A Mid-Air Collision

    Description:

Last night, as I got ready to go to sleep, the mid-air collision of a passenger plane with a military helicopter falling into the Potomac River happened. The search was still on as I fell asleep and then awoke to the news of no survivors. I find myself reflecting on, once again, another tragic loss.

After listening, share in the comments, I’d love to hear from you.
