full disclosure...Saul and I usually meet up on Saturdays to record the Power HR, and we usually just hang out and decide what we wanna talk about, and usually its just us talking nonsense, literally hanging out, and we record it...then i split up the recordings, and mix/master them and releases them sporadically...so we always have content to release. 

but i fucked up.

Saul And I recorded 2 hrs of content just before new yrs, and i screwed up all the episodes. i got too sliced...we were both bummed...
