Our incredible guest for episode 3 is Anna Kiesser. Anna is a prosthetic & special makeup effects artist, mask maker, costume creatress and sculptor.

For the last 9 years she has been touring the world working on movie productions like “Star Wars- The Rise of Skywalker", "Wonder Woman ll", "Suspiria", "Inferno" and many more, helping actors to transform into their character. 

When Anna’s not doing incredible work on movies she’s supporting women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, power, feminine energy as a women’s wellness-moon circle facilitator.

She’s also created a series of mask-making workshops that combine the creative, liberating process of building masks with the playful, transformative and deeply self-reflective aspects of wearing a mask. 

We talked about her exciting life on and off movie sets, what called her to start using her art to help people heal and transform themselves and how she lives an unrestricted life.

Do you ever have a moment where you hear a story from a friend that you’ve never heard before and you are in awe?

I got the feeling multiple times in our live broadcast with Atticus Mooney. Mind. Is. Blown. Atticus is a movement enthusiast, DJ and embodiment coach.

She shared that our bodies have inbuilt systems by which to guide us, that in today’s world, we pretty much ignore.  Movement can allow us to keep our ‘channel open’. We can process emotions and make better decisions about life and work just by moving our bodies. And you don’t need to be a dancer to do this.

From sharing her incredible life decision that involved the pentagon, to how she views and is actively creating an unrestricted life, to how she uses organization to feel unrestricted, we heard a lot of incredible insights from Atticus. And lots of laughs too.

You may feel inspired to get up and move again, which in this current time, is needed more than ever.

My first guest was Stephanie Zellhoefer. Since 2008 I was drawn to her.

She is badass at work AND play. She is FEARLESS.  I often think, how do I be more like THAT!? Stephanie sings, dances, and develops strategies. She was born and raised in a split between the cities of So-Cal and the mountains of Nor-Cal.

She has traveled the world and had a roster of impressive career roles and clients such as WeWork, Red Bull, Disneyland, and more.

Now she is creating a company that organizes solutions that bring together want and need in the events industry.

From starting her career working in a restaurant to becoming a Disneyland Performer, to becoming the face of Panasonic on a US tour, to moving to Asia to work with global brands on designing their workspaces with WeWork, she’s lived a pretty exciting life. We learned that she used a hula hoop to recover from a torn ACL.

She built the world’s biggest shower. She has lived her life by seizing opportunities (or rather seeing them and going for them) and how she lives her life by saying yes. She views distractions as ‘opportunities’ rather than annoyances. And she incorporates planning into everything she does, which counter-intuitively makes her feel free.

As she’s in ‘startup’ mode with her current venture, she also shared some of the frustrations in building a business and how she approaches them. How she learned that keeping your idea to yourself is not the right thing to do and the struggles of finding a niche.
