Gunshot victim on highland Ave. in Alton IL. Upon transport to Alton Memorial a large crowd of family and friends arrived. They became unruly and hospital staff requested assistance. Alton PD then utilized the ISPERN Network when they too became overwhelmed. Units from Roxana and South Roxana as well as Granite City Wood River the Madison County Sherrifs Office and ISP Troop 8 responded to assist with the crowd and a saftey corridor from the crowd in ER to transport the victim to the helipad.
