  • The Focus Deficit & Distraction Diet

    You don’t need more time.

    You need fewer distractions.

Episode 9 explores why distraction feels unavoidable, how modern environments train the brain to scan instead of stay, and why productivity systems fail without environmental change. From dopamine and caffeine to Parkinson’s Law and the Distraction Diet, this episode reframes focus as something you protect — not force.

  • New Year, Same Thorns

2026 is coming, which means nearly everyone is thinking of what resolution and goal with help them achieve the clique of "New Year, New Me". Personally, I'm feeling just as bummed out with fear and doubt on January 1st as I am on December 29th. This is a symptom of the "Unsatisfied" mindset - and in this episode we talk about the trouble that brings someone in light of the hope that redeems it in sufficient grace (2 Corinthians 12). Join me as we both struggle with goals and set goals at varying levels of difficulty.

  • Healthy Dose of Obsession

In this episode, I talk about why a healthy dose of obsession enhances the "Unsatisfied" mindset and is "probably" necessary for a time period when pursuing your passions. I give you three comparisons to use when discerning when you've gone from a healthy to an unhealthy obsession. These included idolization vs. harmonization, ergodicity vs. fleeting intensity, and finally, excellencism vs. perfectionism.
