In this first episode of the podcast, Scott and Jenn introduced themselves and discussed their backgrounds. They discussed their respective careers, with Jenn sharing their experiences of reinventing themself and finding new meaning and purpose in their present work as a somatic coach and registered psychotherapist. Scott shared his experience in law enforcement and the impact of that 30+ year experiences on his personal growth and wellness. They also explored the concept of somatic therapy, the structure and roles within a crisis negotiation team, and touched on some of their current interests and preferences.
