Often times, kids have a hard time getting back into the flow of school These are ways that can help them get back into the the flow of things. 

Social Media is the way of the world but we have to protect our youth from being trapped in the middle of this way. This episode talks about how I engaged with the middle schoolers at my school about their social media experiences and ways to protect them from it. 

Kids have anxiety as well. It's sometimes overlooked. Let's see different coping strategies to help them get through situations in their lives.
