Do you desire to do something new? Are there any areas in your life where you have settled? When God wrote this particular passage of scripture to the people of Israel, they were at a very critical time in their lives. They had found themselves in captivity again, and were under great bondage. It is here that God, through the prophet Isaiah, comes to them with a word that says He recognizes their condition, He sees where they are, He sees what they are going through, and He sees what they are facing. He lets them know that despite what may be going on, He is still going to do something new and fresh in their lives.
