Chapter 23: After slaying Aunt Sophie and freeing her prisoners the party returns to the Border crossing to prepare for a possible ogre attack, and plan for the journey ahead. After holding back a midnight rampage, the group awakens in the morning to say their goodbyes to Penn Becker.

Chapter 22: A tough fight against Sophie and her Darklings. [Mariam audio missing]

Chapter 21: The group make it to Pudaru'tama's floating fortress, but on their way Tobias is cursed, slowly losing his mind and Sari has aged 30 years.  After a simple game with high stakes against the Lord of Darkness, Sebastian Carver wins back the soul of Jayda. Quickly the party returns to the Material plane to have learned that 10 days have passed in the material plane. They attempt finish their deal with Aunt Sophie, and save Tobias from his curse. 

Chapter 20: Fighting off Ghasts and Wights, the group travels deeper into the Shadowfell, Passing through the walled town of Shadow Grove and meeting an old acquaintance of Sophie. Outside the town a surprise attack by ghosts kills Penn, however with Sari's scroll Mariam is able to resurrect Becker.

Chapter 19: After discussing with Aunt Sophie about the situation with the Lord of Darkness, the group decides to assist the witch's quest to free Jayda's soul. They prepare to journey into the Shadowfell, a mirror of the material plane, but fill with death and shadow.

Chapter 18: After confronting the shadow obelisk the group find refuge with Penn Becker in the ruined town of Windrip. After learning a bit of the mysterious bird, he joins them in the morning as they leave to return to Auntie Sophie.

Chapter 17: After meeting Pen Becker in the decimated town of Windrip, and fighting their way through the Red Scourge, the party comes to a large black obelisk at the source. A deity overpowers the group, thwarts their attempts to stop the scourge, and takes Jayda's soul as well. Leaving the group wrecked and with only escape left.

Chapter 16: In a dream we meet Aunt Sophie with a strange deal, suspiciously they accept to help Aunt Sophie, to free the soul trapped in Sebastian's necklace.

Chapter 15: On their way to Mordell, the group meets a prisoner taken by the border guard.  A deserting soldier, Sebastian, enlisting his help to help protect them on their way to Mordell.

Chapter 14: The group meets with the curious creature Clover at an old windmill, they continue on a perilous journey taking Fiona and child Dern to Mordell.
