It is daunting enough to be a Black women who is new the the CEO seat, but the road get rougher when you add in racism and a screaming inner critic. In this episode, I talk to a client who is a first time CEO about how her inner critic was beating her up at every turn. The conversation starts from the beginning of her CEO posting and continues as she explains how the tools she gathered in coaching are helping her to be at peace with herself and her job.
