In this episode I talk about hustle and anti-hustle culture. The belief that getting to where you want in life will be smooth sailing. The belief that you will never experience burnout and or have to hustle to achieve your wildest dreams. I'm here to remind you that it does not have to be one or the other. You don't have to be all hustle 24/7 but you can't be no hustle to achieve your goals. We've all heard the saying that nothing good in life comes easy. If you have no goals and aspirations this episode may not be for you and if you've already quit and given up on your dreams we have nothing in common because I am of the belief that no matter how hard life or the journey gets- it's all part of the process and you must push through it. In this episode I share the importance of picking a theme or a word of the year. Another simple mindset hack that anyone can do. So, let's pick a theme or also known as a word of the year to help you achieve your goals and have more success this year. Find a word that resonates with you and the challenges you may be currently facing. A word that is going to inspire and motivate you to continue pushing through and evolving into the best version of yourself in 2023. Don't wait till the 1st of January to set your goals and plan of action. Do that now!
