On the cusp of his 94th birthday, Jack Rafferty shares his life’s story. Jack worked as a press agent for a popular music venue in San Franciso and produced a television show. Jack married Barbara McNair, a lovely actress and recording artist.

Jack met Werner Erhard in San Francisco. Jack joined Erhard to become one of the founders of est, a pre-eminent leader in the human potential movement. Jack went on to design and deliver his own powerful courses in human relationships, work he continues today.

Born into the rural JIm Crow South, Carl Crider became a minister working for social justice, forged in part by the assassination of Dr Martin Luther King, his experience in the police riots at the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago, and an assignment in Russia as the Soviet Union was dissolving.

Dr. Wayne Anderson’s life is an adventure, both physical and spiritual. His parents took him to explore the Seychelles, India and Europe when he was nine years old. The experience changed his life. He went on to become a physician, a Buddhist practitioner and teacher.

Dean Smith’s musical career took some interesting twists and turns. One of the most interesting began when he was asked to join Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band’s US and European tour when Beefheart’s band quit two weeks before the first tour date.
