In this podcast I speak to Mark Rollins of Retirement Transformed about how life after work is changing and why we all need to think about the 30 - 40 years we will have after our 'traditional' work life ends.  In our parents and grandparents day, they were likely to live around 16 years after retirement at the age of 60 or 65.  In the 21st Century (and beyond) we are likely to live to a ripe of age of at least 80 - 90.  What to do with all that time and when should we start planning for it.

When does 'time' disappear for you - when are you out of time?

Why does it feel like this - ask yourself 'why' at least five times

Be aware of the opportunities that  seeking your purpose delivers into your life
