What is real Success?

Our culture is obsessed with success. We are all obsessed with our   success and perhaps even more obsessed with giving another person. They   are all the tools they need to succeed. We all do our best, but many   times, there is confusion about what real success is. There is a vague   understanding that success means that our children will one day have a   good education, a good job, a right family, and good citizens.  Nevertheless, that is a concise vision. It is not much success for  our  children to grow up to have worldly success for fifty years and then   spend eternity in hell. That is a temporary success, but an eternal   failure.

In God’s eyes, success means discovering His will for your life and   using that purpose for God’s glory, not for your glory. When we help  our  children to be truly successful, we must see the big picture. If a   child grows up understanding that, then he has a much better chance of   experiencing real and lasting success because he will be successful in   God’s eyes. Read More
