Brad first got introduced to real estate when he read a book in 9th grade on how to buy houses. In 2002 an investor bought his neighbor's house in Vienna Virginia and after talking with the investor he decided to start Express Homebuyers. 20 years later Express Homebuyers has bought and sold 4,000 homes across the country and runs primarily without his involvement. Brad's main focus is making an impact on the team members and the clients they serve by providing a customized solution that best addresses the clients' individual needs. In early 2021 he went through a major life transformation and found freedom and happiness through self-love. During Brads efforts to help his son overcome his extreme anxiety he found out that he had unresolved trauma from his childhood. That unresolved trauma caused his subconscious mind to rule his life by a set of untruths - mainly that he wasn't worthy - causing a lack of self-love and self-compassion. Those untruths dominated his life, costing him two marriages, $9M in business mistakes, use of alcohol and marijuana to escape, amongst many other negative things. Through a transformative exercise and ongoing meditation and neural reprogramming. He has been able find self-love and self-compassion and no longer allows those untruths to affect his life. Today on Unstoppable REI Wealth we have another incredible guest, Blake Choisnet, our first french cowboy to the show.

Blake has successfully acquired 40 units sight unseen or why he turned down a 100% pay raise to invest full time. Blake is a highly successful real estate investor, business owner, coach and speaker. He did what was told of him, got great degrees that ‘would pay well’, worked hard, and then proceeded to be lulled into boredom and exasperation by the 9-5 life. Realizing he needed to find a way out of his full time job so he could actually live his life, he did something he thought he’d never be able to do: he started investing in real estate. What started with $10k of hard- earned savings (‘stupid money’ for tuition to the school of hard knocks) turned into a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio in 18 months. 12 months later he had enough monthly cash flow to cover all expenses and retired at the age of 32 despite his boss offering to double his salary to stay. He continued to hone his skills of finding below-market deals, raising private money, market economics, deal analysis, and real estate tax strategies, and within 5 years of buying his first property he became the first self-made millionaire in his family line.

Blake now splits his time between rapidly growing his real estate portfolio and teaching new investors how to get started investing in real estate. He believes he can teach anyone how to invest in real estate and helps his clients lower their risk and move faster - having helped new investors acquire over $10M of cashflowing real estate. His unique ability to learn difficult concepts quickly, communicate complex ideas simply, and diagnose roadblocks to progress makes Blake a uniquely skilled investor and coach.

This fund will give every investor the opportunity to be a part of a young, fast growing, conservative long term driven Real Property Fund with outstanding returns. Allon has set an ambitious goal of hitting $1,000,000,000 worth of holdings by the time he is 30 years old. At the time of writing this Allon is 26 years old and is doing everything in his power to achieve his goals. Derek has been married for 20 years, and he jokes that he “married up.” He and his wife have a unique family, with three children from different backgrounds.  They avidly help other couples who are struggling through the conception/adoption process.  Derek’s family loves to travel and experience new things.  An adrenaline junkie at heart who grew up racing stock cars and skydiving now enjoys hunting, fishing and camping...and watching the bucking bulls they own at rodeos.

Our guest today is a person that is truly built a life around freedom through real estate.

Jennifer Beadles is a value-add real estate investor, coach, and investment-focused real estate broker with a portfolio of over 250 units across seven states. Jennifer had a goal of buying a house by the age 21. Determined, she worked multiple jobs while finishing up college and lived out her dream of purchasing the least expensive home she could find.

What does financial Independence mean to Jennifer?

6 years ago both her husband and she worked 12-15 hour days, often 7 days a week. They did this in order to build a rental portfolio which would eventually replace the income from their work. Now, every day they get to decide what they want to do, not dread what they have to do.
