A negative thought is a negative pattern or repetitive thought that is unhelpful. Our desire is for you to overcome negative thoughts and patterns of thinking.
This week we will discuss the different types of negative thoughts and help you identify if you are a negative thinker. We will provide you with tools to overcome it by giving you five tips to help you overcome negative thinking.
Points to ponder:
Your life is perfectly designed to produce the results you're receiving today. Whatever you receive today, you designed it. (5:56)
Every time we think about a negative action, it never gets better. It's always worse. (7:28)
Anything worth doing is worth doing badly (8:30).
