Unstuck your Life with Valyncia Graham

We fuckin up y'all! I know but hopefully, y'all still luv us...anyway on this episode, we talked about Jay needing viagra since he turned the big 4-0 but seriously we spoke on a serious topic that we as a culture like to avoid...the older you get, you're 1 step closer to your own mortality being challenged. Death is apart of this thing we call life & we wanted to share from our perspective what you need to do to prepare for the inevitable. As always, we hope that someone learns something from this episode. Anyway, please contact us at [email protected] if you need advice on how to get unstuck!

These IG pastors been trippin lately smh --this week, V held it down for the team by joining Cyrkle B on LoveAddict the Podcast. They got into alot of different things such as how the black church is really the downfall of the black community, they gave some insight on marriage, and also broke down TD Jakes controversial comments. Oh Kim Burrell smh! On this episode, V went in some more on the latest with Kim Burrell & then we tied that into the black church followed by the potential misguided "black excellence" phrase a lot of us live by. Who is Tiara Mack & why did she go viral? Of course, that led us to talk about white supremacy; we also talked about how important it is to sometimes completely let go. Anyway, please contact us at [email protected] if you need advice on how to get unstuck!

V was transparent on this one -- -we talked about taking care of your physical health, Roe v. Wade overturned which in turn led us to talk about why voting is so important. Anyway, please contact us at [email protected] if you need advice on how to get unstuck!

Life hit us in the worst way so we weren't able to get together for some fresh content this week but don't you fret, we dug in the archives & took it back to the 1st episode & used it as a measuring cup to see how far we've come as a pod. Look, Jay was only producing & not on here as a co-host but V still dogged that joint by herself. Anyway, please contact us at [email protected] if you need advice on how to get unstuck!

On this episode, we kicked it with Coach Philicia from the @slayingselfdoubt podcast. Before we really got into it, find out why Valyncia aint messing with Mexico anymore (S/O to all the listeners out there but we won't be doing any live shows there anytime soon lol); we talked about Roe vs. Wade & then got into the death of Kevin Samuels to get us warmed up.
