Today we’re having on a new friend of mine who is a coach, podcaster, author, speaker, and educator.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & has a whimsical and richly varied list of experiences. She was a Waldorf teacher, child model and actress, nanny to the children of high-profile Hollywood actors, and a published children’s poet. 

In 2017, She went on a Vision Quest in the Inyo Mountains, spending 3 days in the desert without food, fire, or a tent.
