So, in 2021 after working with Briony and a big leap of faith, Annabel launched Third Era Sustainability Consulting (Third Era for short). Their mission is to help high-performing businesses become industry leaders in sustainability.

When she’s not creating change with Third Era you can find her supporting community sustainability as a member of the Board of Trustees of Wao Wānaka, mountain biking with her dog Ollie, skiing in her hometown Wānaka, or freediving with her partner dreaming about how to restore the oceans.
