So, they crossed your boundaries, huh? I got you.
As people, we can be really messy. Not everyone has the same values, respect, or intentions. The good news is—there is room for us to decide what we will and will not tolerate in our lives. God is glorified through boundaries. They help us show up just as He intended.
This episode gives some practical tips on what to do when someone crosses your boundaries. Let's get into it.

We're officially on season 3 and we couldn't be more excited!
To kick the season off, our host, Jordyn Imari brought on a very special guest! Chi Zhou is the founder of Salt and Light Inc. which sells handcrafted body oils, body butter, and scrubs.
Just like most of us, 2020 TESTED Chi and she had no choice but to lean on the Lord. Through that season, God gave her a revelation about living an abundant and prosperous life. She filled her vision board with a Tesla and a million dollar home and just KNEW that God would provide. Sounds amazing, right?
Listen to this raw and transparent episode where Chi and Jordyn dive into what it means to live in abundance.

"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” -Matthew 5:10
Say what? If I'm persecuted for righteousness I'm considered blessed?
In the final episode of the Beatitudes & Emotional Health series AND the final episode of season 2 of the Unveiled podcast, our host Jordyn Imari, unpacks the truth about picking up your cross and following Jesus Christ.
Let's get into it!

What does it look like to be a peacemaker?
Take a moment to picture Jesus on the cross.
We were sinners in conflict with God. We deserved death. However, Jesus took it upon himself to become sin in order to make peace and reconcile us back to God. He stood in our place. He took the blame for us. And his name was certainly not cleared, because they put Him to death.
Listen to this powerful episode where our host, Jordyn Imari, talks about what it means for us to be a peacemaker; and when we can't necessarily make peace, how to humble ourselves and allow God to fight our battles. Because He 's a God who fights for us.
But He can't fight for us if we're always standing in the way trying to throw the first punch.

So, about this heart of mine––can it be bad?
In today's episode, our host, Jordyn Imari is diving into part 6 of this series. She's discussing what the Bible says about our hearts. The Lord is concerned with our hearts as opposed to our outside appearance because the heart is where our innermost desires, thoughts, sense of calling and purpose, our understanding, and character reside.
In essence, who you are, what you think, what you say, how you act, flows from the heart.
Let's get into one of the most loving, yet broken parts of ourselves.

Mercy is a heart posture. And it only comes from a heart that has felt spiritual emptiness. This merciful heart has grieved its sin and has learned to wait meekly for the timing of the Lord, and it has learned to cry out in hunger for God’s righteousness.

Cut off culture. Cancel culture. Don't like someone? Unfriend them. This is the world in which we live.
As Believers, we're called to do the opposite, though. We're called to pursue peace, forgive, reconcile relationships, and live peacefully among others as best we can.
It's not always easy, though –– I know. But what does this say about your spirituality and emotional health if you can get this area of your life together? Tune in and let's chat!
We tackle:
+ restoring relationships
+ failed reconciliation
+ *actively* pursuing peace
