Up a Creek with 2 Paddles episodes

  • Ep.32 - Vitamin D Down Under

Welcome back to another episode of the UACW2P podcast! This weekend we went camping and we're coming to you from the southern Appalachian mountains in northern Georgia. It was a super fun and silly discussion. It took a few minutes to get in the swing of things after being cold for two days, but by the end of the episode we were both laughing about as hard as possible. This conversation went everywhere, from the camp site and the mountains, to pizza, to sunning your nether regions, and much more. This episode was a ton of fun and we hope you all enjoy!

    Thanks for listening!

  • Ep.31 - Splitting the Pie

Welcome back to the podcast, and thank you for tuning in! This week we opened up by talking about the music industry and streaming. We then moved to a slightly political topic and discussed the stock market and minimum wage. Hopefully we stayed away from the truly divisive political talk and kept it a little lighter. We finished out the episode with some philosophical thoughts that sound like teenage stoner discussions. As always, we hope you enjoy!

  • Ep.30 - A Beautiful Compromise

Welcome to another episode of the UACW2P podcast! Today we got out on the coldest day of the year, so far, to record an episode on the banks of the Broad River. This episode started with some follow-up talk about making dough, a short discussion about fitness influencers, some talk about current events in our lives, and then finished with a pretty deep discussion about humanity and our position within the natural order. The end got pretty thought-provoking, and was a very intriguing discussion. Hopefully you will enjoy!

  • Ep.29 - Addicted to Pizza

Welcome, and thank you for tuning in to this episode of UACW2P! This episode was recorded Monday, January 15th. During this episode we mainly discussed pizza and our methods of making pizza from scratch. We began with another topic and ended on another topic, but we discussed pizza for most of the episode. I'm not sure if this discussion could potentially help someone make pizza, but hopefully it inspires you to learn. As always, thank you for listening!

  • Ep.28 - We Might Check it Out

Welcome back! Today we met on the shore of lake Monticello and had a very dense conversation. We talked about exercise to protect against old-age falls, car accidents, and the nuclear facility on the lake. Blake got fired up about some geopolitical issues, and Austin got fired up about US healthcare. We ended the podcast by doing a cold plunge in the lake. As always, we have so much fun recording this podcast, and we want to thank all of our listeners for tuning in.

  • Ep.27 - Happy New Year!

Welcome back to the UACW2P podcast! We're back after a short holiday hiatus. In this episode we have many random discussions. It was all over the place, we talked about the grossness of refrigerators, upgrading computers, invasive species, and much more. We also announced that we may not be able to keep up the weekly schedule for the next few months, but we plan to meet up and record as much as we can. Once again, thank you all for the support, we greatly appreciate it.
