Caroline Hu came to SPX from Somerville, MA to promote her science-influenced comics. Little Scientist is a light-hearted fantasy story about a girl who is exploring what it means to be a scientist. It's available at https://www.hudrewthis.com.

Chris Saber, member of the nerd-pop band Night Sabers, came to Middle Tennessee Anime Convention to perform with The Slants. He didn't have a presence in the artist alley this year, but often does and gives his perspective on tabling. His band has rock elements, but is light-hearted.
