Monica Ray is a comic artist and graphic designer currently working on a strip webcomic called Animania (http://animania.monicaray.com), which features a couple science nerds who strive to create the perfect anime girlfriend.

She's been attending conventions with a passion since her call-to-fame as a contestant on Penny Arcade's Strip Search (http://www.penny-arcade.com/strip-search), a reality TV show which brought together comic artists from across the US to compete for a chance to work at Penny Arcade headquarters.
