Up North Longhorn Smokers is a business venture started by Chris and Sandra that features a way to teach their son Austin life skills for independent living.

At Up North Longhorn Smokers, smokes over 12 varieties of finishing salts in their   "old timey" wooden smokehouse using the same tried and true methods developed generations back. They take pride in handcrafting an all-natural product focused on three basic ingredients...sea salt, hardwood smoke, and time that they package for resale in 
Minnetonka, Minnesota.
