AFC Bournemouth look to be securing another International signing with Brazilian Forward Evanilson joining the club for a record fee replacing the services we have lost with the departure of Dominic Solanke to Tottenham Hotspur.

The fee, mentioned to be over €40 Million, with that made up of €10 million add on's and €30 million upfront is exciting business for the club however it could also be seen as risky business.

Let us know your thoughts on the new signing already mentioned as happening by Mark McAdam and Sky Sports!

Ipswich Town last season completed a dramatic rise from a defeat by Barrow in the FA Cup with preceded Kieran McKenna getting the job at Portman Road and then guiding the Tractor Boys from League One to the Premier League!

We had the pleasure of welcoming on a comedian who King Charles classes amongst his favourites, an actor who has starred alongside Russell Crowe, Heath Ledger and Piers Brosnan and a writer of both comedy and his own TV programmes. A man who in the face of 9/11 managed to use comedy as a cause for good and break down barriers which developed at the time.

That man is Omid Djalili - a man who has starred in Gladiator, Notting Hill, The Mummy, Cassanova and was the lead man in David Baddiel movie The Infidel as well as performing on Live at the Apollo and touring the globe many occasions, most recently as part of the Namaste tour which starts its UK leg in December 2024!

See Omid's website to order your tickets for this great show now - https://www.omidnoagenda.com/

We also discuss important topics such as the ongoing situation in Iran and ongoing situation. And find out about Omid's time in Czechoslovakia and spotting David Hasselhoff at the Brandenburg Gate at the fall of the Berlin Wall as East and West Germany united!

We discuss in detail the rise of Ipswich and also Omid's early footballing memories. We thank Omid for his time and for joining us on this very enjoyable show to record and we will see him in Wimborne on the 1st March!

Harry Redknapp - former AFC Bournemouth, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, Southampton, Portsmouth, Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City manager - is back with his 2024/25 Premier League Season Preview Show here at UTCIAD.

Craig Beazley discusses exclusively with Harry the teams who should be looking over their shoulder and the ones with a chance for glory including Harry's Review of Euro 2024 and if Sir Eddie Howe of Bournemouth should be the man to go from Minus 17 to World Cup Winner (Hopefully).

Harry gives his verdict on if:

ARSENAL - Can they challenge again for the Premier League title after falling short last season and will Mikel Arteta get it right this time round...

ASTON VILLA - Can Unai Emery replicate last seasons heroics with the added distraction of Champions League Football...

AFC BOURNEMOUTH - Can we, the Cherries, who were in League Two all those years ago seemingly drifting out of the football league can again defy the odds and maybe reach Europe...

BRENTFORD - How will Thomas Frank cope without Ivan Toney and if he remains with them what effect will he have, should Ivan be loyal?

BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION - The Seagulls prepare for life without Roberto De Zerbi and the credentials of former St Pauli manager Fabian Hürzeler at the Amex...

CHELSEA - Can Enzo Maresca stop the rot at Stamford Bridge and turn the club round once and for all...

CRYSTAL PALACE - How will they fare without Olise and will Eze and Guehi be hanging around at Selhurst Park for another year...

EVERTON - A last season at Goodison Park before the big move to their amazing new stadium. But takeover troubles, could they be in danger?

FULHAM - A side who have done well under Marco Silva but can they continue the great work with few incomings...

IPSWICH TOWN - Kieran McKenna and the great work done by his team. From Bracknell Town in the FA Cup to the Etihad, Anfield and Old Trafford. Can they defy the odds?

LEICESTER CITY - A black cloud hangs over Steve Cooper and his side. Is staying up possible with a points deduction...

LIVERPOOL - How do you fill the boots left by Jurgen Klopp or has Arne Slot got a transition to contend with?

MANCHESTER CITY - Five in a Row? Should Pep be playing golf or can he win everything. Again?

MANCHESTER UNITED - Is time up for Erik ten Hag and has the FA Cup saved him?

NEWCASTLE UNITED - How can the Magpies do and will the Saudi owners be restless with another near miss of European football?

NOTTINGHAM FOREST - Was it a near miss last season or a great success to stay up and what happens at the City Ground to avoid a repeat...

SOUTHAMPTON - Russell Martin brings our friends down the M27 back into the Premier League. Craig might be pleased to see them but will it be a fleeting visit?

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR - Ange Postecoglou has work on his hands to get Spurs firing but what will the Spurs faithful expect this season?

WEST HAM UNITED - David Moyes is gone. A lot of West Ham fans are happy despite European success for the Hammers a few years back. But can Julen Lopetegui deliver what the London Stadium regulars want in exciting sexy football?

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS - Gary O'Neil did an amazing job last season before they ran out of gas. Can he do it again or does a season of struggle await Wolves at Molineux and whether Harry saw it in Gary when he was his manager...

Like always, please let us know your Premier League winners in the comments, followed by your European places and those to go down. Feel free to predict where your team will finish too and if you agree with Harry.

AFC Bournemouth have had many club anthems throughout the years. Some will be mildly memorable, some will be absolutely awful and one has Super Steve Fletcher singing The Beegee's song Staying Alive (pretty well if we are honest Big'Un!)

However we have an outstanding one created literally over the past few weeks celebrating Little Old Bournemouth being Premier League. And we had the pleasure of welcoming on the very man - Tom Wilkins - to discuss the song, how he became a Cherry (despite being bought up in Southampton), his music, life and his love for the club.

Also within the interview you will be able to listen to the very track!

We ask all Cherries fans to go support Tom by following him on Spotify, Amazon and Soundcloud and listening to the song on there and as it is a catchy tune with that bit of Britpop and Indie vibes, we are sure it will be a hit.

Go listen to Tom's music on Spotify here - https://open.spotify.com/artist/3uSB9SyZy3OPOVG5q4vbus?si=Mpk8HrcEQSeEUfm1AIOBFQ

AFC Bournemouth have today released their new Home Shirt which will be in store from 3rd August and it is a blast back to one of the greatest, if not the greatest, shirt we have ever played in.

Craig and Matt discuss the memories of the original and compare it against the new variation. We also score it before we touch on our new signing Dean Huijsen who joins from Juventus and was on loan at AS Roma last term.

Let us know what you think and what you think the away shirt will look like. Will it be another retro adaption or one of the rumours going around...

AFC Bournemouth last year recorded a £44Million Pre-Tax Profit which meant apart from Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester City, the Cherries made the most in the financial year. Well on the accounts...

Craig Beazley welcomed back onto the show Football Finance Expert and the star of The Price Of Football Kieran Maguire to discuss whether the club are financially well run.

We also discuss the new sponsor, gambling company bj88 and the background behind the company and whether there is a necessity for AFC Bournemouth to dance with the devil.

We also look at Cherries new Canford Magna training ground and ask whether the club need a Category 1 Academy. We look at Profit and Sustainability Rules - also known as PSR - and whether we could fall foul of this and if there are any clubs who could do. We look at the transfer dealings between a number of clubs to get round the rules. And finally the disparity between the top 6 or 7 and the rest of the league.

Ipswich Town fans will also be interested as we look at how a club like the Tractor Boys even possibly survive against the riches of the rest of the league. And Everton and Leicester City fans will be keen to listen in as we cover off potential points deductions for both.

Let us know what you think about Cherries sponsorship, finances and PSR.
