I’m actually on my way to work… thanksgiving isn’t a “holiday” for me but it’s a great reminder to honor all the parts of ourselves and all the amazing things and people around us.

We are at it yet again friends! Thinking deep thoughts and figuring out the secret to creating vibrancy. Even in the midst of change we can find the beauty in simply being present. Sometimes though it sucks in a really beautiful way…

Never forget that the power to create is in your hands. Things in my life have shown me that I was so locked in a plan that I forgot I had a choice in the matter. Never forget the life you love is in your hands.

As I’m taking the 6 Hour Drive back home, I wanted to share some of my deep thoughts with you, as always!

I realized today as I did my beach sit, that I hadn’t really given myself permission to enjoy some stillness. Instead I have kept myself moving and shaking! After my fun trip with my friends at work, I realized the consequence to that in my well being.
