I got a chance to crop dust my friends this weekend. (Just that’s a joke about farting on them!) I had a great time running through the woods and I had a really beautiful experience around what’s available to me both trail running and road running.

I decided to go to the beach after my evening shift and I wanted to sit with you and share my deep thought. I’ve decided to be lit up and I want to stay that way!

I have touched the beach every day from my first day here. It’s a beautiful ritual that connects me to something bigger than me. While I was sitting here I was really feeling happy and in my personal joy, I wanted to share it with you hoping it might inspire your joy.

It’s a 6 hour drive to my next adventure and I want to hang with you....

It’s totally okay in life to want what you had. Sometimes we expect that if we return to what was that it will be exactly the same and when it’s not, it leads to disappointment. Instead of expectation, leave yourself open and perhaps joy will indeed finds its way to your space, perhaps much differently then you ever expected.

This was super fun! Here my before and after of my triathlon goodness. I might feel like crap right now but it was totally worth it!!

With so much going on, I’m up with the sun to prepare for a race tomorrow. It is a beautiful morning but that water looks pretty cold. Meanwhile, my sweet Moira can feel the loss of Marvin. I’ve never seen such kitten behavior from her. Chasing her own tail.... she even caught it!!

My sweet Marvin.... enjoy every moment you get in your life my friends. You never know when it’s the last.

After watching some fun documentary shows, I continue to be reminded that we alone build the world around us how we want it. We do it Unconsciously anyway, why not do it on purpose!
