The South African Federation of Trade Unions will be launched in Boksburg on the east Rand today( 21 April). The launch is spearheaded by former COSATU General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi who was expelled from the labour federation in 2015. Twenty-One ( 21) trade unions expected to join in with several affiliates from Cosatu such as metal-workers union NUMSA, and food workers union forming part of the new workers federation. The Hawks have arrested a controversial Durban-based Nigerian Pastor,who is wanted in connection with alleged sexual assault, at Port Elizabeth Airport.
