The Tshiko-nelo royal council will appeal a high court decision giving the demarcation board the green light to establish a new municipality in the Vhembe district in Limpopo. The new municipality is to include Vuwani and surrounding villages. The council is part of those who lost the bid to have the high court reverse the board's decision. Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged investors attending the World Economic Forum in Kigali, Rwanda to invest in South Africa's infrastructure. Vaal University of Technology management has admitted that allegations of theft made by students against campus security guards are true. This follows this violent clashes between students and the guards at the university's main campus in Vanderbijl Park, south of Johannesburg. Some students were injured. The students are demanding improved security within campus following burglary incidents. They also want the security company in charge to be removed. Classes have been suspended. The Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) has orderd the directors of Aurora Empowerment System to pay the workers or be sequestrated. President Jacob Zuma's nephew, Khulubuse Zuma is one of the three directors ordered to pay.
